How to show current rows in ag grid.
I am using below code which gets executed when onFilterModified is called.
let tempRowCount = this.api.getModel().getRowCount();
console.log("temp count changin",tempRowCount);
// alert("row count"+tempRowCount);
this.noOfRowsVisible = String(tempRowCount);
Then I am binding the variable noOfRowsVisible to view(HTML).
The problem is I am able to get filtered rowcount in console as defined above in the method. But view is not updated with new value of noOfRowsVisible.
Please help someone.
Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to update a record's attribute of picklist type with null by using Sdk.Sync.Update? It's not working for me.
Here's what I do:
var detailsObj = updatedDetailsObj; // I get updatedDetailsObj from previous logic, not shown here
var operation = new Sdk.Entity("kcl_operation");
operation.setId(operationId, false); // I have operationId from previous logic, not shown here
operation.addAttribute(new Sdk.String("op_updatedAccount", detailsObj.UpdatedAccount)); // works, get updated
operation.addAttribute(new Sdk.OptionSet("op_updatedExplanation", null)); // doesn't get updated
Sdk.Sync.update(operation);
After the completion of Sdk.Sync.update, the string field get updated, but the picklist field is left with its previous value, instead of null.
I also took a look inside the XML being sent inside Sdk.Sync.update, and indeed, it lacks the pair of "op_updatedExplanation" and null.
How can make it work?
Added:
I'm not doing it inside a form but inside a grid page, so that the user checks several records and I need to make the update on all of them.
standard CRM SDK code (assuming entity name and field name):
Entity operation = new Entity("kcl_operation");
operation.Id = operationId;
operation["op_updatedexplanation"] = null;
service.Update(operation);
where service is an IOrganizationService instance
Please use this snippet to set value as null.
Xrm.Page.getAttribute("op_updatedexplanation").setValue(null);
This will just set the value in the form. You may have to save the form to see the value getting stored in database.
Xrm.Page.data.entity.save();
If the control is disabled - you have to set the submitmode attribute also.
Xrm.Page.getAttribute("op_updatedexplanation").setSubmitMode("always");
how to get all values from dataview in a webix,
this still doesn't work by me, because the table is not to be selected
var data = $$('experienceTable');
console.log(data.getSelectedId())
To get some specific record
console.log(data.getItem(id));
And to get all records
console.log(data.serialize())
hi guyz this is my first time here. ahmmm i'd like to ask some question regarding session. ahmm
how i cant alert session value from first page to 2nd page using jquery,ajax, or javascript??
please help, im new on that language. ):
You can pass value from one page to other using url query string.
one link to second page add data as parameter like http://your-url.com?data=user-session-value
in the second page call the below javascript function in onload or where you need value
function getParameterByName(name) {
name = name.replace(/[\[]/, "\\[").replace(/[\]]/, "\\]");
var regex = new RegExp("[\\?&]" + name + "=([^&#]*)"),
results = regex.exec(location.search);
return results === null ? "" : decodeURIComponent(results[1].replace(/\+/g, " "));
}
you can alert the value like alert(getParameterByName('data'));
In this way your data will show in url. if you don't want to show it then use localstorage. But you need to be in same domain. I mean u can't pass data from one website to other.
In page one just set the data in local storage like localStorage.setItem('data', 'user-session-value');To alert the data in second page call alert(localStorage.getItem('data'));
Hope this can solve your issue... Happy coding...
I have noticed that crystal report runs the Linq query once again when the page index is changed, means when we load second page from first page?
So just wanted to know if we can get which page is loaded so that we can keep values in session.
Just a hint is required as I am not getting the desired results from Google.
Update:
I am sorry in a hurry I just clicked on a wrong tag.
So the problem is like:
This is my code below which I use fr running my crystal report:
var rpt = new Result();
List<class> lst1 = new DALMethod().Get();
rpt.SetDataSource(lst1);
CRReportViewer.ReportSource = rpt;
When I switch from page one to two or more, this method in DAL is called again taking the same time it took first time to load, so I just want to have the data in session when query runs first time, and next time when I get the page index, then I will show data from session.
Is there a way around by which I can get the page index in this c# code?
I had found the solution, hope this might help someone else:
I was using a generic list as a data source:
As soon as we get to know the page loads for the first time, I mean not a postback, we can initialize a list to be maintained in session.
After showing the report we can add the data source (which is a list type).
On Report page shift data will be taken from session.
if (!IsPostBack)
{
//clear session and create new session
Session["ReportGenericList"] = null;
}
List<class> datasourceLst=null;
if (Session["ReportGenericList"] != null)
{
datasourceLst= (List<class>)Session["ReportGenericList"];
}
else
{
datasourceLst = //call methods to fill datasource
Session["ReportGenericList"] = datasourceLst;
}
I have this code as a change function on a DropDownList in Flash Builder:
public function chooseCategoryDDL_changeHandler(event:IndexChangeEvent):void {
var para:Object = new Object();
para.action = "changecategoryxml";
para.book_class = event.selectedItem.book_class;
if (event.selectedItem > -1 ) {
changeCategory.send(para);
}
However I get a code hint stating that there's 'access of undefined property selectedItem'. Yet when I set the para.book_class to be:
para.book_class = event.IndexChangeEvent.book_class;
The code hinting then states error '1078: Label must be simple identifier'. What i'm trying to do is when a user clicks on a selected item from the DDL, the 'changecategoryxml' function is called if the selected item is > -1 (as the DDL is an ArrayCollection). Please can anyone help me with the correct syntax?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
EDIT: I now know how accept rates works, please don't be put off by the relatively low percentage!
I always use event.currentTarget.selectedItem with the IndexChangeEvent. That should work in your case as well.
