I have a 32 GB USB flash drive and it's corrupted, the message it shows afterwards is: The disk structure is corrupt and unreadable. I tried to repair it with a software called Mini Tool Partition Wizard and it failed, it seems this tool works on internal and external hard disks.
How can I repair my USB Flash?

Open Diskpart on Windows. Type list disk, select (select disk ...) your USB and enter the commands : clean, convert mbr, create partition primary.
Note that the "clean" command will delete all data on the device, so this is a procedure to rescue the disk for future use, but not to preserve the data on the disk.

I have a single 512 GB SSD with Windows 10 OS installed having partitions (GPT) as follows:
It turns out that the system partition hits ESP making me unable to extend it.
Could I resolve this using some third party software (e.g. GParted-live from USB thumb) using one of the following variants? (Will this have consequences or is it safe?)
Move ESP to the end of the disk.
Make copy of ESP and insert it into the first unallocated block (501 MB), then remove the original one.
If these variants are restricted, please explain why. If there is a better solution, please provide one.

Is it possible?
I've tried adding the external drive (i.e., drive to be backed up) in Windows backup options, but I just get an error (0x80070032).
If it matters, I'm using an HDD for backup, and an SSD that needs to be backed up.
I came across "AOMEI Backupper". It does the job, and actually did save me from losing 6 months of work (from home). However, I ended up just buying a bigger SSD and backing up to an external SSD (so I have a portable copy if needed).
AOMEI works, but is a little "rough around the edges", if you know what I mean..

Hey Any one please help me !! An unknown extra drive is shown in My Computer and when i tried to open it ... it says Access Denied .... I don't know from where it come from and when i checked it in Disk Management its not their. Please help me to remove that drive.
Below is the screen short of that Drive & Disk Management.
When I restarted my Windows system it's gone.
Remember: You should do a restart, not a shut down.
I think it's related to Windows updates.
I wonder if this could be that 100MB Windows Reserved EFI system partition that you somehow started displaying instead of it being hidden by default.

I have laptop with an external e-sata/USB combo port. I have an internal Seagate SATA drive removed from another laptop. I want to recover the data in this disc. Is it possible to connec t this hardisk through the e-SATA port? If so, what cable would I need to connect in?
You need a SATA-to-eSATA cable for the data. It's pretty standard. It's getting power to the drive that can sometimes be a challenge.
Alternatively, get an external enclosure, or a SATA-compatible dock. I use this one, and have had no troubles with it.

Accessing a raw disk partition in Windows Vista requires kernel mode control, as opposed to for instance WinXP where you can access it from user mode.
However, I've heard that when it comes to USB flash memory, a partition can still be accessed from user mode even on Windows Vista.
Is this true?
Regards
/Robert
You can do this on Vista, you may need admin rights, but no special kernel mode driver is needed.
This question shows how to do it How do I read a disk directly with .Net? I was reading the data off the USB stick directly as the file system on the stick was corrupted.
