Getting Error "read ECONNRESET" in Bot Framework

I am getting this 'ServiceError' when I am running my Bot from Visual Studio. It is showing..
code:"ServiceError"
message:"request to http://localhost:3978/api/messages failed, reason: read ECONNRESET"
Can anyone please help me to fix this issue? I tried changing port number also but facing the same issue.
This can be solved with two different ways:
Try to make sure to run the bot before trying to connect with emulator
Some cases it is because of the IISExpress configuration of IPv4 of port listings. IPv4 is not listing 127.0.0.1 with post 3978. Instead change from IISExpress to AspNetCore.Hosting

Connect to server via FTP with Notepad++?

I'm trying to log into my FTP account through Notepad++ but I cant get it to connect for the life of me. I know the password and hostname are correct because it works fine in filezilla.
I get the following info in the output:
-> TYPE I
Connecting
-> Quit
Unable to connect
Disconnected
I'm using
NPPv6.5.4
NppFTPv0.24.1
Incase it matters, the hostname is through awardspace.net dck.dx.am connection mode is passive, transfer mode is binary, everything else is default...
Thanks in advance for the help,
Dave
I'm getting the same results. The plugin worked before, it looks it is now broken. Starting as admin doesn't help, too. Maybe you can downgrade it to some older version and retry. If someone has time, he can fill a support request directly at NPP FTP homepage. As problems with this plugin are frequent, I switched to a different solution - see the second paragraph of that post.
EDIT: I've made some plugin diagnostics, please follow here.
Connecting
-> Quit
Unable to connect
No more explanation of the error.
The reason was, remote machine doesn’t allow FTP connections at all!
So Use sftp (select from connetion type)
this will work

How to find proxy server and password from .pac file

I am using dynatrace ajax edition and it requires an proxy server and password to connect to dynatrace server.
The problem is I ONLY have the .pac file URL that we use at work.
Is it possible to know which proxy server and port my requests resolve to so that I can provide the proxy server name and password directly?
I have checked few links in the stackoverflow community but they do not seem to answer this question.

I am using an windows 7 64 bit system with IE8.

After trolling through some more google search results,
This nifty tool helped me perfectly
Please note that I was on a 64 bit windows 7 machine, still it worked fine.
Hit the URL in the address bar of the browser. It should download the file. Open the file with any text editor. Looking at the content of the file, you can easily find out the proxy IP/port being used. This worked for me. Hope it helps others too.
To find your Web Proxy, simply go to:
http://www.whatismyproxy.com/
This web page will display information about your proxy server.

Finding contents of failed email sent from VBSCRIPT on Windows Server 2008

I made a dumb mistake and am hoping someone is smart enough to help me out of it :)
Using CDOSYS to send email from VBSCRIPT on an old web site. Switched servers; new host requires using a specific IP address for outgoing mail server. My previous host required simply "localhost" I failed to change that for a particular page. Analytics show me the form was submitted and, you guessed it, I would really like to have the contents of that failed email.
It never registered within SmarterMail, so it isn't in the logs there... Could at least part of the info be stored away in a log file somewhere? I was able to access the site logs and determine the IP address of the user that completed the form if that helps.
Thanks for taking the time and for any ideas!
It is possible it's in the local SMTP server's "badmail" folder. If it's not there, you're out of luck.
