With pylint, I'm getting an E0611 error on an import when I know the file exists and the script runs fine. Suggestions? I annotated the image below with the error.

In VS Code Preferences > Settings, change the "python.linting.pylintPath" to the virtual env path "/bin/pylint"

Removing all ignored files (in the __pycache__-folder, etc.) using the command git clean -dfx fixed the issue for me. (Warning: Ensure you do not have any important git-ignored files which you want to keep before executing this command.)

Here is a weird problem i'm facing; after updating Joomla to the latest version, website failed to up load but, as i've made a backup manually from these folders:
administrator
bin
cli
components
includes
layouts
libraries
modules
plugins
yt-assets
and all the root files, after restoring the backup still the website is not loading and just says
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare jblogerror() in on line 0" !

Apparently, the version of jBlog you are using is loading its attempting to load its own classes twice.
Let's assume the jBlog developers already fixed it and you carelessly ignored the warning to ensure all your extensions are compatible before updating.
Are you able to access administrator? Simply go there and upgrade jBlog including any modules.
Else, the issue lies within a plugin. In order to access the administrator and perform the update, you will need to manually disable the offending plugin.
A simple way is to rename its folder: start from plugins/system then plugins/content hopefully you'll have spotted it by then. Look into the subfolders of each and spot any that may be relevant to jBlog (or grep through the folder to locate the specific string)
If you have console access, simply run
# grep -rl jblogerror plugins/system
and you should see all the files that include such string, just rename their main plugin folder. But you could also do all this through ftp and guessing.
I am trying to write a script that automates opatch, but before I get into the actual scripting I want to test the commands directly through the command prompt. My oracle home is C:\oracle\Middleware, and my patch 23094292 folder is located in the Middleware folder. Here are the commands I am using to apply the patch:
cd C:\oracle\Middleware\23094292
C:\oracle\Middleware\OPatch\opatch apply
When I run the latter command I get this:
ZOP-51: The patch location is not valid for apply, because it doesn't have correct metadata, or it points to a patch directory.
Argument(s) Error... Patch location is not valid for apply
Please check the arguments and try again.

Shouldn't oracle home be the valid patch location? I am not too familiar with Oracle's product's, so I'm not certain. Please let me know if I can provide any further information. Any help explaining what I am doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
You're missing a directory in the 23094292 directory. There should be two directories in there, "files" and "etc". And then there should be a "README.txt" file there as well.
Edit: I'd just suggest removing the 23094292 directory and unzipping the zip file again, or re-download it if that doesn't work.
I have created a go script that compiles, starts, checks the status, and ends a web service I created (that is also in go). However, I have come to a road block.
With the compile feature I run the following command:
go install .
Which gives the following error:
./script.go:55: main redeclared in this block
previous declaration at ./hello.go:8
Which makes sense as I have two different files, both with the main func and main package. I also tried moving the script to another folder and then changing the command ran to:
go install {path}
Where {path} is equal to the path I want installed/compiled. Which I then got the following error:
exit status 1: can't load package: package /var/www/test.com/go: import "/var/www/test.com/go": cannot import absolute path
So in conclusion I have thought of only one solution (and I am up to hear others if mine isn't the best approach). My idea is to exclude the script file from compiling with the rest of the files, but I am unsure how to.
I did some research and couldn't find an easy way to do it (such as an --exclude flag with the go install command). Does anybody know how to accomplish what I am trying to achieve?

you could give the hello.go a different package name, that should work. Or i am missing something?

You almost got it. The file descriptor path must be absolute and encoded.
Encoding the path correctly with cli tools like "urlencode"(gridsite-clients) did not work for me.
If you have NodeJS installed and would use a linux machine, you could use this command.
chromium --app=`node -e "console.log('file://'+encodeURI(process.argv[1]))" "$(realpath "/path/of/your/file.html")"`
This works also fine with relative paths.
For windows you have to rewrite this yourself.
When I create exe within the C:\Program Files\dotNetInstaller\bin folder, and run it, it works perfect, install perfect, but when I try to install that exe from any other location/path, the error appears "The installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it. etc....."
I created an exe and moved to another XP system, on that system, it again gives me error ?
whats the solution ? Is there any admin rights issue ?
I have tried with both TRUE and FALSE of Administrator_Required option.

I should have written #CABPATH\ in the MSI->Package field. Before I was writing #TEMPPATH\
I think you can should add the location:
C:\Program Files\dotNetInstaller\bin
in the PATH environment variable. Follow the steps: Go to
My Computer->Right click->Properties->Advanced System Settings
->Click Environmental Variables. Now click PATH and then click EDIT.
In the variable value field, go to the end and append ';' (without quotes) and then add the above path.
