I am kind of new to kafka and I have a question is it possible to connect to a kafka producer using websocket. I want to send geolocation data from my Ios app to kafka producer using websocket.

Is there a way in springboot or quarkus (or other framework) to consume messages from IBMMQ using push-subscription. I.e Not polling every minute to see if message exists.
Need not be JMS api.
The DefaultJms... in springboot is polling 1000x times more than the actual messages per day. It is not behaving as ' listener waiting for message push'
You could consume messages from IBM MQ using vert.x's AMQP client. This is a reactive toolkit that will give you an easy way of communicating with IBM MQ using the AMQP channel. Vert.x's AMQP client listens and reacts for push from IBM MQ.

Bridge between two WebSocket STOMP servers

We have an ActiveMQ server and our own API with WebSocket/STOMP service endpoint.
Is there a way to configure ActiveMQ to connect and subscribe to a topic in our API and then publish the messages in ActiveMQ?
If not, are there any other WebSocket/STOMP bridge components which could be used to achieve the same thing (subscribe to a topic in our API and post messages to a topic in ActiveMQ)?
The motivation of all this is... complicated.
ActiveMQ natively supports Camel routes. You could potentially use Camel's STOMP component to subscribe to your own STOMP endpoint and then send those messages to a local destination.

emq and Spring AMQP

I am new to both Spring AMQP and MQTT world. I have a legacy application which uses Rabbitmq as broker for mqtt messages.There are plans to use emqtt as broker and I want to know if my existing listeners ( on mqtt topics) written using Spring AMQP can work with emqtt or not ? I am just trying to save the effort of rewriting all those listeners using MqttClient.

How to get properly all queue messages from RabbitMQ in Spring?

I am using Spring, Spring-Websocket, STOMP for my application, and RabbitMQ as broker. I need to log all messages going through RabbitMQ to Postgresql tables.
I know that I can write #MessageMapping in Spring and log there, but my problem is that some clients talk to RabbitMQ directly through MQTT protocol, and Spring does not support it yet (https://jira.spring.io/browse/SPR-12581). Moreover browser clients talk through Spring to RabbitMQ using STOMP protocol.
RabbitMQ allows to track all messages using Firehose tracer. How to properly listen to amq.rabbitmq.trace topic from Spring? Or do I need to write separate Java app as consumer?
The Spring AMQP is for you!
You bind some custom queue to to that amq.rabbitmq.trace with appropriate pattern (e.g. publish.#) and configure SimpleMessageListenerContainer to receive messages from that queue.
It can be done even with pretty simple config: #EnableRabbit and #RabbitListener on some POJO method. Anyway the Binding #Bean must be there to attache your queue to that exchange.

How to receive message published on a topic using mqtt protocol in spring:jms application?

I am new to activemq.
I have a publisher which publish a message to a topic using mqtt protocol. And now I want to write a subscriber using Spring + JMS which will listen for the message on that topic.
I have following questions:
1) Can I have a same topic if I write the subscriber using tcp protocol.I mean to say, publisher will use MQTT to publish on a topic and subscriber will listen on that topic using TCP broker URL.
2) If above is not possible then how can I write a subscriber using spring + jms that will listen and receive the messages published on the topic using mqtt ?

Did you even try? Yes, it works pretty much as you expect it to. MQTT msgs gets converted to JMS if you try read it with JMS (OpenWire).
