I have following Problems when attaching a library to connect to via the Tableau Web Data Connector. I get the following errors and wanted to know which polyfills or other solutions can bypass this errors:
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: Number.isInteger file: URL line xxxx
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: Set file: URL line xxxx
TypeError: undefined is not a constructor (evaluating 'Array.from(xxx)' file: URL line: xxxx
The Tableau Web Data Connector uses an old QT Webkit Browser in Version 5.4 and does not support ES6 or higher.
Any informations regarding this would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Usage of babel-polyfill was the answer for my problems.

I have a "SOURCE" module in laravel project. The edit functionality was working fine before I changed the DB. I added a column in DB table "source". After adding it, whenever I try to edit the source data from admin panel, the data gets modified but shows the error: simplexml_load_string(): Entity: line 1: parser error : StartTag: invalid element name
I am using API's in my project where I have used the function simplexml_load_string(). But this was working fine before I added a column to the DB. What could be a possible reason and solution for it?
I figured out the issue. The issue was with my apache server version. To resolve the issue with the CURL extension of PHP, I installed Apache AddOn (Version - 2.4.28) to support PHP (>7.2) extensions. I downloaded the same from here - https://wampserver.aviatechno.net/ and install it at my end. Restart the Wamp Services and choose the updated version of Apache web server. And it was resolved.
I am trying to include a gantt chart in my codeigniter application. Tutorial I followed step by step is: https://docs.dhtmlx.com/tutorials__connector_codeigniter__step6.html
After following all steps when I hit the route...
I got the error:
When I looked deep into issue, and hit the controller directly I got the issue that is:
An uncaught Exception was encountered
Type: Error
Message: Class 'Dhtmlx\Connector\GanttConnector' not found
Filename: D:\Xampp\htdocs\main_project_folder\sub_folder\application\controllers\Gantt.php
Line Number: 10
Backtrace:
File: D:\Xampp\htdocs\main_project_folder\sub_folder\index.php
Line: 315
Function: require_once
Sub_folder is actual project folder and inside it I have copy paste dhtmlx, dhtmlxGantt and dhtmlxScheduler folder.
I don't know that why it is not finding it.
Anyone who has experience working with Gantt in codeigniter? Any help would be highly appreciated. You can also suggest me some other way of including Gantt in codeigniter.
It's look like you don't have file in directory.
You can download connector here:
https://github.com/DHTMLX/connector-php/tree/master/codebase
and put it to folder with another connectors.
I'm trying to implement Realtime CRUD using Google Firebase in my web application,I've managed to retrieve data from the Firebase Database but I saw an error while inspecting elements.
Error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined at users:37
I've tried all possible solutions, these made the error gone but I can't add/update/delete data. basically none of this work
links:
ReferenceError: $ is not defined
Laravel 5 WebPack JQuery - $ is not defined
https://medium.com/#onwuka_gideon/fixing-laravel-jquery-is-not-defined-a316fd918e0a
I've followed every step on here:
*note that I am using Laravel 5.8 rather than 5.6
https://laravelcode.com/post/laravel-56-realtime-crud-system-using-google-firebase#
You can recreate the problem by following it.
include jQuery before firebase.js i.e.
recreated and worked as you mentioned in this LINK
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.4.1.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://www.gstatic.com/firebasejs/4.9.1/firebase.js"></script>

I'm trying to port the Twitter Notifier extension to FF.
I'm not too familiar with JavaScript so I just used extension factory to convert it to FF.
Unfortunately it is not working; I don't get any HTML5 desktop notifications.
I've looked at the code a bit and I think the problem is with twitter.js which should be found in the path 'resources\extension-data\js'.
http://pastebin.com/C0NqU4Ur
First I've changed
twitter.messagesDB = window.webkitIndexedDB.open("messagesDB");
to
twitter.messagesDB = window.mozIndexedDB.open("messagesDB");
but it still is not working.
The error console also doesn't show any error.
When I put a console.log command to the twitter.messagesDB.onsuccess function nothing is being outputted to the error console.
Also no output when I create an onerror function.
So I though to surround the functions with a try and catch clause but no error is being thrown.
So I tried to put twitter.messagesDB = twitter.messagesDB.result; out of the function and the following error shows up in the error console:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "A mutation operation was attempted on a database that did not allow mutations." code: "6" nsresult: "0x80660006 (NS_ERROR_DOM_INDEXEDDB_NOT_ALLOWED_ERR)" location: "chrome-extension://gjlehiopfilnaggndcmbhphaglkbkekf/js/twitter.js Line: 28"]
What does that mean?
How can I make it work in Firefox?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: I'm using Firefox 12 on Windows
This is due to an incompatibility between the Firefox implementation of IndexedDB, which supports the latest IndedexDB protocol published December 2011, and the Chrome implementation, which supports the version previous to that.
The breaking change is how databases are created, where the older (Chrome) implementation uses the setVersion transaction whereas the newer version (FF) uses an onupgradeneeded event and callback.
To see this change, please star this issue.
I created a website using CodeIgniter Framework 2.1.0 that was originally working well. Yesterday, I integrated this i18n code into the site for multi-language support.
Now, when I upload my site to cpanel and open it, I get this error in my log file:
[21-Nov-2011 10:19:04] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method CI_Lang::lang() in XXXX
However, the website is working well on my localhost server (xampp for Windows). What's wrong?
See the thread attached to the library: http://web.archive.org/web/20120112092127/http://codeigniter.com/forums/viewthread/179036. In the first post is attached a modified library that claims to alleviate the buggyness of the original.
There is also a post on the first page there referencing an error similar to yours:
After copying the files as described in the article I get the
following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method
CI_Lang::CI_Lang() in
/www/websites/audio-machinery/application/core/MY_Lang.php on line 32
Though he seems to be calling CI_Lang, not Lang. His solution appears to have been to use the code attached to the forum thread.
Also, cpanel is a control panel for hosting, not a hosting provider. But your hosting provider may be causing issues (e.g. if using older versions of PHP which do not work with newer version of CI. Often hosting providers will give you the ability to choose which version of PHP you are using--usually found in cPanel).
have you uploaded ALL the new files to your live server? that error implies that the code is not found or available to the script.
I came accross the same problem.... it was working fine on localhost but when loaded on live server it gives me undefined error... the problem appears becuase I created file with name My_Lang.php and My_Config.php as on live server it is case sensitive.... so I changed it to MY_Config.php and MY_Lang.php .... it works fine now.... Hope it will work for you too
