According to the Progress website, NativeChat is supporting 72 languages including French. However, when we create a new bot, there is only 6 languages offered, and this doesn't include French (nor Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc).
Furthermore, there is warning inviting to choose carefully the bot language as it can't be change thereafter. I also looked at the documentation but there is nothing regarding this setting.
My question :
How can we create a French speaking NativeChat bot?

so released an app a few months ago. It is slowly starting to get more and more installs, not too many until now, it just passed 1000 installations. However, over 90% of new installs are from one country (Germany). It is ranked higher in PlayStore in Germany - but are there any possibilities to increase the reputation in other countries? The app isn't regional, it is an timer for perfect boiled eggs, so interests should not come from only one country... The app is available in English, German, French and Spanish.
Is there a way to increase the reputation and ranking in the Playstore in other countries?

I could suggest something: try promoting your app to other countries through instagram, facebook and see if you get any new installations from the countries you chose. If so then it's not a bug, otherwise you could possibly be facing a bug somewhere in playstore or playstore is not showing your app in other countries.
It is not only about how great your app is but also how people will take it and think of it. Even if your app is available in different languages (English, Spanish, French) which are the most spoken languages, it does not mean that it will have great success. The mindset of the people is different and differs from region to region, what people like and need in Germany does not necessarily be the same in France. Put always the user in the center and understand his needs so you can make the application successful.
Does Dialogflox CX support agent in Arabic language ? The language support documentation mentions Arabic (preview) Text support. I am not sure what preview means here. How to accomplish a english/arabic language chat bot best using dialogueflow CX, please explain.

If you want to use multiple languages in a Dialogflow CX agent, you can add additional languages in the Agent settings > Languages tab. The language you choose when creating an agent is set as the default language. For the complete list, see the languages reference page.
Note that the requests to the agent should contain a language code to match intents of the desired language. If not specified, the agent's default language is used.
I want to check if Microsoft Bot can support the Arabic language.
Our customer needs to ask questions in Arabic and the bot to be able to chat with him using the Q&A knowledge base.
I do not have any code to share here, as I don't know whether it is possible or not.

I looked through MSDN and couldn't find a clear cut answer to this one. So, if i'm building a localized WP7-application, should i conform to phone's language/culture settings or can i roll my own language/culture-switching mechanism inside the app?

This is stated in "Testing Your Application":
When changing a display language, verify that the language of your
application UI automatically updates to that language.
Should this be taken as a "soft" guideline or a precondition for Marketplace acceptance?
ps. I know that this question is pretty academic in nature, because i cannot think of any scenario where standard localization mechanism wouldn't be enough.

You would have to perform this sort of test on a real device, by navigating to settings > region + language. In this page you can change language and other locale information such as date format.
I'm not sure, but I guess a developer may implement "own" language switching mechanism inside the app. One example is: I have English choosen as a device language but Czech as region I live. I don't want to see whole OS in Czech but I would like to see one specific application (which supports Czech) in Czech language. It means, without switching OS to Czech this cannot be provided. For this scenario, I think, is the best to have a possibility to choose the language in the app as well - so I can stay in English OS language and I can switch this app to Czech.
Can anyone point out an extension where we can add articles in another language, the point is to allow the user to create an article similar to the ones already existent and write them in another language, so that, when the users clicks the flag of that language, the articles (and menu) will switch to those is English.

I have found only extensions that deal with automatic translations or with locale files and stuff like that, and the intended is something really simple, without any of those stuff.
