Gitlab CI. mvn verify. Failed to execute goal - maven

I tried build locally:
mvn -B verify
All works fine.
.gitlab-ci.yml :
image: maven:latest
verify-job:
script:
- mvn -B verify
After checked several modules maven. I get error:

no module uses dependency org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin
I checked another answers on SO with the same error, no one is related with CI GitLab integration.
I can guess it's related to ktlint, but why local builds are successful?

I find a solution:
just add to pom.xml
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-surefire-plugin</artifactId>
<version>3.0.0-M1</version>
</plugin>

Here you can go for the solution, your pipeline need to be define jdk package add:
Just make sure about the java version as per your project needs:
Java_Build:
stage: build
image:
name: docker:20.10
services:
- docker:dind
before_script:
- apk update
- apk add openjdk8
- apk add maven
script:
- mvn -B verify

any help?? I'm a beginner and I googled it but no solution
Actually all it takes that instead of passing the command: mvn install enter the command: mvn install -DskipTests ! that's all it take !! because those errors are generated by testing ! so skip the test and all worked super greatly

Jenkins svn branches

I recently created an automated process to run multi-step Maven builds for my organization. But i am having difficulty committing the version changes on svn
I want to update this file contents and compile my code and then commit this file back to svn. So that SVN has latest build version number.
How do I commit this changed file to SVN.
Ty very much.
I invoke top-level Maven targets to release in svn:
my goals is: release:perform -DconnectionUrl=scm:svn:http://XXX
This is my maven error in jenkins:
[maven] $ cmd.exe /C "D:\apache-maven-3.5.0\bin\mvn.cmd release:perform -DconnectionUrl=scm:svn:http://10.10.20.151/svn/repos/aubay/test/jenkins/branches && exit %%ERRORLEVEL%%"

in my pom.xml i use the dependency:
<plugin>
<groupId>org.codehaus.sonar</groupId>
<artifactId>sonar-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<version>5.1</version>
</plugin>
I do not understand, why maven uses an other plugin than this which is included as dependency.
The Jenkins Job calls the following Targets:
clean
compile
sonar:sonar
-Dsonar.jdbc.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:#oracle11db:1521/orcl
-Dsonar.host.url=http://192.168.0.100:9000
I use Jenkins Version 2.21.
SonarQube scanner 2.6.1 is configured in global configuration
I also tried to call
org.codehaus.mojo:sonar-maven-plugin:2.3:sonar
directly. but it needs java8 and my Project was build with Java7
have you tried using the plugin from org.codehaus.mojo?
<plugin>
<groupId>org.codehaus.mojo</groupId>
<artifactId>sonar-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<version>2.3</version>
</plugin>

Maven surefire - test failures on clean install

I have a Spring MVC project that I am currently working on. Everything looks fine and I am not missing any of the jar files. On "mvn clean install" I am getting the error below.
So far I've tried all the other suggestion that I found on similar topics like: "mvn dependency::tree" so I can check if I am missing any repository but no result.
For some guys it looks like "mvn clean install -U" was the solution but not in my case, getting the same error.

Fix those test cases and try.

Run mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip. This command will skips the test phase.
