I'm trying to send my to appStore but I've just run into an issue, I want this app to be available just on iPhones and not iPads but appStore Connection keep asking me iPad Screenshots before I send the app for revision, on XCode I've changed the deployment information...
but I couldn't find an update button to send this new information to appStore Connection, Should I restart the whole process again?

If your app if already live in the AppStore you cannot change this.
If you have already uploaded your app to AppStoreConnect but NOT submitted it, simply just change the bundle ID. Then make a new app in App Store Connect and copy over info.

I have built my application with deployment target 9.3 using Xcode 8.2.
Once I uploaded it to iTunes store it shows that "Uploaded Successfully" but the build disappears from iTunes after processing.
Can someone help me on this?
I got this issue many times.
Just check your email id which is attached with iTunes connect.
Your build has some issue and for that apple's developer team send email to you.
Fix that and upload new build.
My app has been uploaded successfully to iTunes connect, and I've selected the most recent version for testing:
However, it does not show up in the TestFlight app. And i'm signed into the iCloud account that is an internal tester for this app. Not sure why it's not showing up?
Looks like I needed to go through the invite email first. My bad, but hopefully this clears it up for someone assuming it will automatically show up in the TestFlight app.
I am facing an stupid issue.
While clicking on a link on email to download a beta test app in TestFlight, instead of showing the app in testflight its redirect me to app store to download TestFlight but my phone already have TestFlight. this is happening for all apps not for a specific.
any body have any idea why my iphone do that..

This might be due to IOS 8.1.2.. do i need to change anything in my xcode project.
All apps are already running on many devices.. i have sent new request to some new devices.

There may be many reasons... So I'll try to help you.
To who are you sending the email ? To a beta tester ? The email has to be the same then the App ID.
On the App Store, are you on the right store ? You should be on the store of your account and not on an other store.

Well, I submitted an app to the app store, but my little cousin went on my computer and screwed up the project so badly that I had to start from scratch. So I rebuilt everything back to how it was, and I am trying to submit it to the app store and it obviously isn't recognizing it as the same app,

although the bundle ID is the same as the old one. How can I go about doing this? I have to get this update out fast, any replies are greatly appreciated!
Have you prepared the app in iTunesconnect to receive an update?
After you have chosen to "Add version", you still have to press the button "Ready to upload binary" in the top right corner of the details screen of the app.
It should be sufficient to keep the app bundle the same in order to update.
You also have to use the same provisioning profiles as you used before.
My xcode version is 4.3. I successfully uploaded my project and Organizer-Archives says:No issues was found in "xxx". "xxx" has passed validation and may be submitted to the App Store.
But in iTunes Connect, the project state still shows "waiting for upload".
I reupload it ，but the state still show "waiting for upload".
Is this an error with Apple's servers or with the Application loader?
While uploading app to app store if your xcode stops because of any reason.
And itunes store status for app is - upload receive, but in xcode organizer status for archive is not submitted.
Then you may face any problem.
So take care that
1- Staus on app store is - Upload received and
2- In organise - Submitted.
Then there is no issue.
