Newly released Wakanda 2.7.0 Studio reports port 8080 in use (when it is not) when attempting to start the server from Studio with an existing solution.
"Impossible to find or start Wakanda Enterprise Server. Port 8080 might already be in use by another application.
Wakanda 2.6.0 does not have this issue with the same solution, no changes.
Please advise.
The license for Wakanda Enterprise was not present. The application does not report not finding a valid license key; rather generates the above cryptic error message.

Since today for some reason I'm unable to connect to the NuGet package manager through Visual Studio.
[nuget.org] Unable to load the service index for source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json.
An error occurred while sending the request.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.
But I cannot get it to work again...
Things I tried.
Delete NuGet.config
Clear NuGet cache
Disable TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 explicitly
Enabled TLS1.2 explicitly
followed the manual from nuget at https://devblogs.microsoft.com/nuget/deprecating-tls-1-0-and-1-1-on-nuget-org/
Different Visual Studios
Update to the latest Visual Studio 2019
Tried different TLS settings in the RegEdit for 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. I don't have a TLS1.3 section yet.
I can browse to https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json with chrome
TLS1.2 Client settings:

Specs:
Windows Server 2012R2, Visual Studio 2019
Also tried it on a different Windows Server 2012R2 machine and same problem
It is still working on my laptop with Windows 10.
Hopefully someone has an idea.
Thanks
I had the same problem.
The solution was to install the microsoft/artifacts-credprovider as mentioned here
Invoke-Expression "& { $(irm https://aka.ms/install-artifacts-credprovider.ps1) } -AddNetfx"
Had exactly the same problem, running script from https://github.com/microsoft/azure-devops-tls12 and following instructions from it helped me.
In my case it generated additional script file, after running that and restaring pc nuget was working once again.
I recently had to reinstall my solution in Visual Studio for Mac. When I clicked run for the first time it asked for my system password to trust an SSL certificate. I clicked yes. Now the solution runs on localhost port 5001 instead of 5000 and is using https instead of http. I am now getting mixed content errors on my HttpRequests. How do I change it back to http and port 5000. This is Visual Studio Mac Community 8.6.5.
Ok so I just removed the reference to https://localhost:5001 in the ASP.Net Core run configuration found in Project Options and it was back to normal.
I want to start my web application in Visual Studio 2013, but it is not starting. It is showing me an error Port "2729" is in use. Which is the port number of my Web Application. Please guide me. How can I start my application which has 2729 port number.
I am having issues installing a BizTalk application using the msi-installer generated by BizTalk deployment framework.
When I run the installer, I instantly get an error telling me that there is a newer version of the application installed on the computer.
I have tried to look for the BizTalk application on the computer, but I am pretty sure that it isn't there.
Does anyone have any similar experiences?
What might cause such error?
Someone had copied the Product Upgrade Code in the Deployment file from another solution. I changed it to a new guid, and the application installed fine.
I installed Zend Studio on Windows 7. When i Start the Program one example project is automatically created. But When i run in browser i get this error :-
Cannot connect to the configuration database.
I think there is no Web server configured for it. Then i downloaded Apache web server and extracted the zip folder. Now how do i link this apache web server to Zend Studio? How do i start Apache Web Server from within Zend Studio? Please let me know anything is not clear.
Thanks in advance :)
Installing Zend Server (there is also a Community Edition) should simplify your work
I think that database is used for the sample project. so not setting it makes no sense.
Just for your need, try installing zend debugger made for apache and configure that.
Do you have a backtrace of where that error is occurring or does it pop up in a Window?
You can start Apache Web Server from Zend Studio by doing below steps.
Open Zend Studio.
Go to Window | Show View | PHP | Server.
Click on New button and Select Local Apache HTTP Server.
Click Next and fill the requested server details.
For details, you can refer: http://files.zend.com/help/Zend-Studio/content/adding_a_php_server.htm
Once the configuration process is successful you can create a PHP project (File | New | Local PHP project) with Apache web server as you PHP Server.
