Spring-boot with vaadin13 and wildfly NoClassDefFoundError - spring-boot

I'm setting a new multi-module maven project in which I would like to use:
Spring boot
Vaadin 13
Wildfly-13
When I try to deploy a war I get
"18:16:17,130 WARN [org.jboss.modules.define] (MSC service thread 1-3) Failed to define class org.springframework.http.server.reactive.AbstractListenerWriteProcessor in Module "deployment.universe-web-2.1.4.RELEASE.war"
from Service Module Loader: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Failed to link org/springframework/http/server/reactive/AbstractListenerWriteProcessor"
I think the problem is in how a describe dependencies in different modules. My project structure:

Currently, I'm only trying to start simple vaadin single page web ui.
I tried to delete the wildfly standalone folder with no luck.
Also, I tried to move dependencies around from universe-web to universe-ui without any luck. The pom below represents the current situation which I think is the right one.

Dependency managment in maven

Can someone explain me why my parent POM doesn't provide versions of dependecies for my child projects? I read 10 times docs on maven site and I'm stuck.

in this example version for API gateway isn't provide. In my opinion Hoxton.RELEASE should set the 2.2.1 version.

Spring Boot (kotlin) circular dependency

I created the Spring Boot project with the Spring Boot Initializer. I have added Core, Data and Service modules. Now I see a warning after the build and in IntelliJ Project Structure: Project exampleapi: there is circular dependency between 'service' module, 'data' module, 'core' module.

You get circular dependency error b/c each of the child modules inherits the parent's configuration where you declare dependencies on the childs. Hence the circular dependency error.
You need to remove parent reference from each of the childs for them not to inherit this dependency configuration.

What is the maven dependency plugin for org.jfree.chart.labels?

I have added below two plugins in my pom but it is still failing -

But it still fails with, cannot find symbol-

It should be defined inside "dependencies"
