Java Heap Space Error | OutOfMemory while deploying EAR in Websphere - websphere

I am getting OutOfMemory error while deploying EAR (Size : 230MB) file in Websphere server.
Sometime deployment is getting success after increasing the heap size.
I have analyzed the heap dump and found leak suspects but not sure how to proceed here after.
Leak suspect : 217,295,824 bytes (87.23 %) of Java heap is used by 105
instances of java/util/WeakHashMap$Entry
Contains 3 instances of the following leak suspects:

- array of java/lang/Object holding 101,373,968 bytes at 0x1125c240
- array of java/lang/Object holding 13,602,688 bytes at 0x5290818
<\n> Total size : 217,295,824 bytes
Size : 1,040 bytes
Name : array of java/util/WeakHashMap$Entry

Is there any rouge process or something blocking in background ?

You didn't write your version, topology (single, network deployment), nor way you deploy your app (console, wsadmin ohter).
As you can see in the log, there is OutOfMemoryError during EJB deploy call.
You need to increase memory for ejb deploy you can either set it file or in OS level. Check this post Getting OutofMemory condition while deploying a large application in WebSphere Application Server
1) Set it in install-root/deploytool/itp/EJBDeploy.sh file
EJBDEPLOY_JVM_HEAP="-Xms1024 -Xmx1024" at the beginning of the
ejbdeploy.sh file.
2) Set it in operating System Environment.
Set EJBDEPLOY_JVM_HEAP= '-Xms1024 -Xmx1024' in OS environment
variable.
I'd also increase memory for your admin server in AdminAgent01 profile, as it looks like you are using admin agent.

Recommend not to update the ejbdeploy.sh. When update the WebSphere to a new fixpack, the ejbdeploy.sh will be restored.
Increasing heap size through admin console
login to admin console
go to "System administration" > "Deployment manager" > "Configuration" tab > "Server Infrastructure" section on the right > "Java and Process Management" > "Process definition"
"Additional Properties" section on the right > "Environment Entries"
"New" entry by providing the Name EJBDEPLOY_JVM_HEAP and value "-Xms256m -Xmx1024m"
Save and synchronize
restart the DM server

I am using CDH 5.3 cloudera quickstart, I wrote MapReduce Program. When i run that on shell i getting above exception.
Can any one please help me on this, how to resolve
The error "Unable to initialize any output collector" indicates that the job failed to start the container's, there can be multiple reasons for the same. However, one must review the container logs at hdfs to identify the cause the error.
In this specific instance, the value of mapreduce.task.io.sort.mb value was entered greater than 2047 MB, however the maximum value which it allows is 2047 MB, thus anything above its causes the jobs to fail marking the value provided as Invalid.
Solution:
Set the value of mapreduce.task.io.sort.mb < 2048MB

TL;DR -
Your SSTable which is 38866048 bytes, is both on your filesystem and on S3. This means the file has transferred over and you are in good shape. No need to worry about this error (though I opened an internal ticket to handle this kind of exception rather than throw a dump).
Details - A summary of what I suspect happened
1) There was a file transfer error when you reached 15736832 out of the 16777216 byte slice of the sstable.
2) At this point OpsCenter did not finish transferring the table or leave a partial version in s3
3) Another backup attempt later on moved the sstable with no error and a valid backup exists.

MobileFirst v7.0 Operations Console shows "No runtimes installed" despite Server Configuration Tool showing Runtime. Some errors in logs

This one has me beat, I've looked around at a lot of other posts/questions both on Stack Overflow and elsewhere, as well as spoken to some IBMers who don't know the cause either.
I have set up a MobileFirst Platform Server in a VM as per the instructions in the knowledge centre for v7.0 "Tutorial for a basic installation of MobileFirst Server" (using DB2 as the Database). I have followed every step, yet at step #9, the Operations Console does not actually show the runtime as I would expect. This means I am unable to deploy the adapters etc. to be able to test the app properly on a physical device. (Eventually this VM will have public IP exposure so we can use/demo the application on any internet connection).
The application Center etc. deployed to the server is working fine and I have been able to connect my phone and tablet to it to download the deployed APKs and install them fine. It's just this runtime issue that's not working.
There are a few messages in the logs, that based on my research indicate errors that can either be ignored, or that were already fixed in 6.3. I'd love for someone to be able to shed some light on what's causing the issue, this is driving a few of us bananas. We believe it may be something to do with a JMX or SSLSocket error but cannot actually figure out the exact cause or how to rectify it (as we're not using ssl at all that we know of).

Check this post - you cannot use full profile Java SDK by default with Liberty as it is configured to different SSLFactory.
You either need to:
- switch to Oracle JVM
- use separately downloadable IBM SDK for Liberty
- make following changes in the Liberty config:
Create jvm.options file with the following content:
-Djava.security.properties=./custom.java.security
Create custom.java.security in the same directory as jvm.options file you just need these two, nothing more:
ssl.SocketFactory.provider=
ssl.ServerSocketFactory.provider=
After some discussions about this error message, the suggestions to solve this are:
To either use a different JRE (Oracle JRE 6 or 7, or IBM JRE 6 or 7 outside of WAS Full Profile).
And/or follow the instructions in the doc link here:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAW57_8.5.5/com.ibm.websphere.wlp.nd.doc/ae/rwlp_trouble.html?cp=SSAW57_8.5.5%2F1-17-0

FileNotFound exception when launching an empty WebSphere server

There was no project deployed to the Websphere server, and I have yet to enable security feature on the WebSphere Server 7.0.
Could it be from previous attempts to create a server? I've not been successful. The directory C:\myworkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp1\ does not exist because I deleted tmp1 folder in an attempt to clean my server environment. Repeat deleted and reinstalling the server does not help.
Here's the stacktrace:
