Event Grid with communication with 2 microservices - azure-eventgrid

We are trying to achieve event-based communication between 2 microservices
Currently we have created 2 microservices with .Net Core.
Email Service
http://xxxx.demoemailserviceapi.azurewebsites.net/swagger
Product Service
http://yyyy.azurewebsites.net/swagger
We have created Event Grid to handle the communication between them. When we try to add endpoints to eventgrid and proceed with deployment then we are getting error as follows
Deployment has failed with the following error: {"code":"Url validation","message":"The attempt to validate the provided endpoint https://xxx.azurewebsites.net/runtime/webhooks/EventGrid failed. For more details, visit https://aka.ms/esvalidation."}
How can I resolve this?

I do recommend to read the following documents:
Event Grid trigger for Azure Functions
Event Grid security and authentication
Note, that the endpoint url of the EventGridTrigger function has the format:
https://{functionappname}.azurewebsites.net/runtime/webhooks/eventgrid?functionName={functionname}&code={systemkey}

Bot Framework SDK4 C# - send proactive message to a user in Teams / REST response timeout

Based on a GitHub sample, I created a dialog bot in Teams that collects information from a user and sends that to a Flow (Microsoft Flow/Power Automate) with a HTTP POST call.
After that the Bot waits for a response and sends it back to the user. This generally would be sufficient if the timeout for the call wasn't limited to 2 minutes - sometimes it takes longer to get the complete actions in Flow and get the response.
My question is how I could accomplish the same without getting the timeout. REST seemed the easiest as I'm not a programmer..
I checked the GitHub sample for proactive messaging (https://github.com/microsoft/BotBuilder-Samples/tree/master/samples/csharp_dotnetcore/16.proactive-messages), and that worked in the Emulator when I enter http://localhost:3978/api/notify, but I have no idea how to use it published to Azure. What would be the endpoint and how I could pass the message text?
Thanks
You should do some code modify if you want to send an message based on proactive-messages demo .
You can refer to my previous post which will meet your requirement.
After you modify the NotifyController.cs file , you can use send messages to a specific user with steps below :
Connect to your bot get current user ID :
Send message to this user by rest client tool or post man :
Result :
If you publish your bot to Azure , lets assume your Azure App service host is :https://xxxxxx.azurewebsites.net , then your bot message endpoint will be :https://xxxxxx.azurewebsites.net/api/messages and your /notify function endpoint will be : https://xxxxxx.azurewebsites.net/api/notify . In brief , just use your Azure App service endpoint to replace http://localhost:3978 will be fine .
Hope it helps . If there is anything unclear pls feel free to let me know .

How to get message events published on a Web API endpoint and feed it to bot framework v4 (C#, .Net Core Bot)?

I am using a third party API to provide Agent Handover (human chat) capabilities to my v4 based bot. The API requires a call back hook/ endpoint where it can send the messages/events back from the agent, and I have to get messages from it and display to users. When ever a new chat session is established a new session id is generated. And thus Session Id is passed back in all messages and events. Essentially they are sending events as Fire&Forget with a retry on failure.
For now I had implemented an eventstore (in Cosmos dB) to store events/messages and then poll Cosmos periodically display message back to user and mark them processed.
Is there any way to make it more real time or pub-sub kind of analogy?
I would like to know if some one have already implemented scenario like this. What should be the way to respond the incoming messages from agent to bot user.
Please suggest.
I would recommend creating a client using the Direct Line API to handle routing messages between the third party agent handover and the bot. Then in the bot you can pair the third party Direct Line conversation references with the user's conversation reference to forward the messages accordingly with proactive messages. For more details take a look at this Stack Overflow question.
Hope this helps!

Teams Webhook gives ReflectionTypeLoadException

Is the webhook connections broken in Microsoft Teams or how do we solve the following issue?
When applying the Microsoft Teams Get Started documentation we get the following response in Postman.
"System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information."
We have set up a webhook in Teams and use it to post Application Insights messages to a Logic App where one of the actions is the webhook to Teams. Everything went fine until now (7/21 and 7/22, 2019) when we saw in Azure the same exception as a response on status 200. To figure this all out we went back to basic and tried to execute the Get Started documentation. The same exception was thrown.
Code that we used was all from the documentation.
After a day or two the exception wasn't returned anymore after NO modifications to the logic app or payload to the Teams webhook. Everything works fine now.
For future use we added an action to the Logic App to read out the webhook's response to determine futher actions, like sending an e-mail if webhook failed.

implement notification dropdown for inbox messages using reactjs

I need to imeplement notification badge in navbar similar to stackoverflow where it shows the number if you get any notificaiton.
Similar to this i need to display number as soon as the task progress which initiated from the web app has completed. For this iam using java spring for backend service.
Do I need to call the API frequently to verify the status or is there any better way to implement sth like the socket with spring.
Thanks

Implementation of a message service in ASP.NET MVC

I have an infrastructure, bussiness rules and other logic, that I use in a WPF application, in it I have a messaging service that implements an message service interface, this service is register in a Container, I use Castle Windsor.
Every time that the infrastructure needs to show any kind of messages it uses this service and shows a message and waits for the reply, with this I don't have to a request to the GUI/WPF to show a message.
My problem is that I'm using this same infrastructure for a ASP.NET MVC site and I having some problems in find a solution where I can use this same interface. Basically if the message service has to show a messages it should be able to post a message box in the browser, preferably via AJAX and wait for the reply of the user and then continue the execution according to the answer.
I don't know if I'm made my self clear enough on the problem.
Any hints on how to implement such a service would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
The problem is the server knows nothing about open browsers, therefore it can't signal the broswer to show the message.
The solution would appear to be to queue messages from the service, have some script on the page that checks (using ajax) for items in the queue, and display messages as appropriate.
