I have installed Visual Studio 2017 with SSDT extension.
There is a Query (on OLAP) in SAP BW. I can connect to this query using Analysis for Office from Excel to see the data from this query. This connection is made through Insert Data source using SAP logon and my credentials.
My question is - Can I open the Query in Visual Studio like a Project? I mean not just see the data without any relationships, but to see the table and design views? How can I import the Model into Visual Studio?

You need Microsoft BW Connector installed which is a part of Microsoft® SQL Server® 2016 Feature Pack and also you need BI Developer Extensions for Visual Studio (SSDT) which you supposedly already have.
Just select SAP BW Source as a data source in Visual Studio and follow the instructions from this guide. Finally you should have something like this

I was trying to create a new oracle Database project in Visual studio 2013 but not able to find the right framework to do so. The closest I can find in VS 2013 is "SQLserver Database project" , which is not Oracle.

When I Google and look up how to add a RDLC report to my Visual Studio 2013 Project I get the answer i'd expect, usually "In the Templates pane, select Report or Report Wizard"

For the last month I thought this was because I needed to download SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2013. Yesterday I installed this. Now I need to create an RDLC but have no Template to do so
Could it be that VS-2013 Express has this feature turned off, because if I go into Help/About VS2013 Express for Web it has SQL Server Data Tools 12.0.30919.1 as an Installed product

As far as I know, you can't use VS 2013 Express to edit RDLC files. It requires at least the professional version.

You can, however, create them in Sql Server Reporting Services, which is part of the advanced version of Sql Server Express Edition, using SQL Server Business Intelligence Developer Studio (BIDS) Express.

I am using Visual Studio 2012, I can find the tables and its columns and properties etc. But seems I can't edit table's column properties.

I usually use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 for system development and I always use the built-in SQL Server Express in Visual Studio to create and manage a database.
Currently, I'm learning Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2008 to create and manage a database.
I got some questions here:
What is the differences of the database in built-in sql server in Visual Studio & SQL Server Management Studio? Such as features and limitations.
Will it be better to create and manage database in SQL Server Management Studio instead of the built-in visual studio database?
I encounter a problem which is unable to upload my built-in Visual Studio SQL database to the web server in the past. So is creating database in SQL Server Management Studio much ideal for uploading database file to web server?

Te latest versions of SSMS say "powered by Visual Studio" so your question could be moot. I think using SSMS gets you slightly closer to the database server itself -- which if you are doing admin too may be a good thing.
As you all know Visual Studio using 2005 schema to create RDLC reports.
SSRS 2008 use 2008 schema to create RDL reports.
So I'm looking for a solution to change VS 2005 schema to 2008 schema. How to do this.
will this issue fix with installing Report Viewer 2010 or not ?
You should be able to install Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) from the SSRS2008 install, and then just open the old reports in it, they get automatically updated to the new schema. But this will also mean that your report will no longer run on SSRS2005.
