Unable to create a Glympse account - glympse

I've tried on multiple phones now (different people's phone numbers), and every time I try to create an account in the Glympse App (Android), I get an "invalid number" error.
Since the app gets my phone number directly from Android, I thought maybe this had to do with formatting. But I've tried all of the following formats, and got the same error every time:
0000000000
000-000-0000
000.000.0000
(000) 000-0000
It's not like Glympse has a username/password system, and someone has already registered this phone number or anything like that. It's my real and only phone number.

The issue seems to be a system wide recaptcha failure. I have been contacting glympse for around 15 days and no one has replied as of yet.
You cannot setup a developer account because the recaptcha is not working correctly despite it turning green like it should when you get the answers right. I am hoping glympse will respond soon as we are sitting around waiting to start. :)

For me, there was the same issue and I was trying to fix it for several hours and after all I fount a solution that worked for me. By default, if you have a micro-sd card in the mobile android will install some apps on the sd card. In the case of this software, it is causing this error. So go to ur settings - storage - apps and select glympse and change the storage to internal memory for this app. Relaunce the app and u should register ur mobile number without any problems. Atleast in my case i hope this will help you. Please let me know.

Need new way to put apps in j2me phone

This morning I discovered that the one way known to work to get an app into my java phone, rumkin.com, has stopped working. I need an alternative.
The phone I'm developing for is an LG Rumor Reflex, model LN272. It does not have WiFi, and attempts to point browsers at 127.0.0.1 have always failed. So the only way to install an app is through the internet.
I do not have a website of my own.
mobilefish.com claims to do what I need, including generate a .jad file automatically. However, half the time it refuses to upload the file, claiming that I didn't enter the correct code when in fact I did; and the rest of the time, attempting to download the .jad file fails.
Google searches have turned up the now defunct rumkin, mobilefish, and results that have nothing to do with what I need.
Can anyone point me to either a phone upload site that still/actually works, or some means of installing through the usb cable that works. Also has anyone had any success doing this through dropbox or similar storage sites?

Unable to publish Windows Phone 8.1 application from Visual Studio 2013 Express

When I click on Store Menu -> Associate App with the Store ... OR Create App Packages I got the following error:
An unexpected network error has occurred. The app list cannot be refreshed. Please retry by pressing the Refresh button.
Even I can't upload the appx files because it fails when checking the app identity and publisher ...
I appreciate your help
Thanks
Sam
We are facing the same issue. This thread here says something about large number of apps that could be the reason. We have only 3 apps on the list. So it doesn't really seem to be the reason. Its the same with both Windows Phone and the Store apps. Accessing dashboard in the browser seems to be unaffected.
Also, I tried different ISPs to rule out that reason.
There seems to be a store problem. I'm talking to Microsoft's support, trying to get a feedback for the service to be back up.
Update:
Microsoft seems to have fixed the issue, which really was on their side.
Please, try again, as it should be all ok now. I've tested and it is all working.
I was facing this issue for the last 2 days. It works fine now. It was probably due to the account migration(so not all user would have faced this issue) and unrelated to the count of apps.
Can you try again?
Thank you all, it seems to be working now, MS fixed the issue.

Cannot submit Xcode Archive to Itunes Connect. "Uploading Archive: Sending API Usage to Itunes Connect"

Hello Ive sent a version of my app one week ago through Xcode 6 and it didn't have any problem. Today Ive tried to upload a new version of my App via Xcode and when uploading, the progress bar stays in "Sending API usage to Itunes Connect". It doesn't give me any errors, nor warnings, it just stays like that forever.
Ive been looking in google and also in here, and found a lot of solutions (ones more logical than others). Well, Ive tried ALL those solutions, I've created new provision profiles, restarted my computer, restart Xcode, changed "netinfo", connect to new wifi, among others.
Its really driving me crazy since I didn't do anything, it just stopped working.
There are a lot of question with this same topic on the internet (including StackOverflow) and I think there is no one ultimate answer that really explain why this happen. Ive seen very detailed answers but none of them worked for me.
Some of this questions are:
1) Can't Submit App to App Store: “Sending API Usage to iTunes Connect” either times out or loses connection.
2) Application Loader (Apple) stuck on “Sending API usage to iTunes Connect”.
3) Stuck on “Sending API usage to iTunes Connect”.
If I export the archive into an .ipa I can upload it with application loader. I don't know why I can't do it with Xcode. Ive always used Xcode for this.
The reason I want to know how to do it with Xcode is that I don't know if uploading only the .ipa and configuring in app purchases only directly via itunes connect's webpage without doing it in application loader(the button that says "New In-app Purchases" template) , will also work.
I hope someone could help me.
Thank you.
minimise the organiser window
reopen it from mac floating menubar
This seems to be refreshing the connection while online. Works for me.
I had this same problem a few minutes ago, let me explain what I did:
Restart your router/modem
Restart your Mac
Set the active scheme in Xcode for iOS Device
Make a new archive
Validate before submit
These steps work perfectly for me, hope that helps.
I also faced similar problem. I can't upload from my office, but can upload from my home. I assumed that my office's internet connection has problem with Apple server. If you get problem with Xcode to upload, you can download Application Loader separately from iTunes connect and try with that and wait for passing sending api usage state.
Try doing this:
cd ~
mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/
"/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"
Seems to be working for a lot of others - https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/76803
I couldn't make this work on XCode 7.1.
I had to upgrade to 7.1.1, which allowed me to export the binary for App Store Deployment, and then use the Application Loader to upload the app for review.
Absolutely crazy, Apple.
I've found that instead of restarting your router and machine etc, simply clicking 'Renew DHCP Lease' in the TCP/IP settings of your internet device (under Network in System Preferences) solves the issue much quicker and easier, for me anyway.
Just another error that makes working in Apples eco-system all the more fun and exciting...
There was no one particular procedure that seemed to do it in my case: restarted router, restarted Mac, restarted Xcode, recreated profiles on developer website, viewed them in Xcode, recreated archives, attempted just validating for App Store. All of these things over and over again.
My experience has been that you should just kept trying until suddenly it works. Which is sadly not the magic button to click that I was looking for.
Possibly the fact that I managed only twice in the last dozen or so upload attempts in the morning from here in the UK (making it approx 02:30 over there in the US), indicates it's perhaps an iTunes overloaded problem.
I had the same problem, though none of the suggested steps solved my problem, other than using the Application Loader.
However, one thing that bothered me was a warning message saying that:
The resulting API analysis file is too large. We were unable to validate your API usage prior to delivery. This is just an informational message.
It came to me that it might be the reason why Xcode's uploading might be messed up, since it locks at the Sending API usage to iTunes Connect.
Some people mention it in some posts here in stackoverflow.
For me Network is not allowing to upload the build as office wireless is having firewall so I had to move to other wi-fi to upload the build.
Just adding another possible answer here that fixed it for me.
I was on a VPN at work. Disabling this and trying again worked.

Time needed to windows store process uploaded in app purchases?

what is the time needed for uploaded in app purchases for windows phone on windows store to be all set? I uploaded few of them 2 days ago and they are still not visible on my phone(and they should be, there is no issue in code).
For all of them status is published in windows store.
Is there any way I can check where is the issue? Can anyone provide me any info regarding this? I searched their web but there is nothing about time needed for processing.
Any info is helpful.
Thanks
It took about a day to upload in app purchases. It is necessary to reinstall the app on your test phone to make in app purchases visible.

NoSuchMethod Exception for createLiveCard

I am learning how to use the GDK and a nice explorer shared their HelloWorld project with me (https://code.google.com/p/hello-world-google-glass/source/checkout)
Unfortunately when I try to run the code I get the error:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
com.google.android.glass.timeline.TimelineManager.createLiveCard
I have been searching for solutions, but the closest I could find to my problem was addressed in this post: Google glass sample projects are crashing
As the accepted answer suggested, I went into the SDK manager and updated my whole API 15, including the GDK sneak peak. My GDK shows Revision 2. Still doesn't work.
Even weirder, all of the sample apps Google included work just fine. Any advice?
EDIT: The sample apps DO NOT WORK just fine, I just realized when I manually launch the apps instead of voice command, I am actually given 2 choices of each app. One works, one gives the exact same error as described above. I imagine the working one came from MyGlass and the other is the one I loaded.
EDIT #2 I looked on MyGlass and it turns out my Glass is running XE11 instead of 12. I can't find any instructions on how to update it to XE12. Ideas?
GDK incompatible changes were introduced in the change between XE11 and XE12, so this makes some sense.
It is a little odd that you're on XE11 still, however. There is no way to force the upgrade, but it should happen on its own when charging and on WiFi. You may want to do a reset (hold the power button down for 15 seconds - this is just a forced power off instead of sleep and won't delete anything) and see if that resolves anything or a hard reset (which will delete everything) from the settings menu. You may also want to contact a Glass Guide for further assistance in getting the upgrade.
To connect to secured Wifi, you can try Connectify (http:www.connectify.me) and turn your laptop into a Hotspot. First, connect the laptop to school wifi with authentication, then share the hotspot with your Glass. I assume that you know how to generate QR Code for Google Glass to connect to Wifi. The info is available on glass.google.com/myglass
Once it connects via Wifi, it should be able to upgrade. If Glass does not prompt you to upgrade to XE12 after connecting to Wifi, you can try Prisoner's suggestion to reset the Glass. BTW, thanks for trying my Hello World app. Good Luck!
