Cause
When this error is displayed:
The following method did not exist:
'org.springframework.plugin.core.PluginRegistry org.springframework.plugin.core.PluginRegistry.of(java.util.List)'
It means spring-plugin-core 1.2.0 is in effect. This is good for springfox-swagger2 v2.9.2, however, some other components can't find PluginRegistry.of(java.util.List) in spring-plugin-core, because it is defined in a later version.
When this error is displayed:

Solution
You may resolve this issue by using the snapshot version of springfox library. It has been upgraded to use the newer version of spring-plugin-core.

Adding dependency to org.springframework.cloud:spring-cloud-starter-loadbalancer helped in my case, as adviced by #OlgaMaciaszek
Looks like I faced the problem with similar root cause.
To use Spring Cloud with Spring Boot you have to respect versions compatibility.
I had a project based on Spring Boot (2.3.12.RELEASE) and Spring Cloud (Hoxton.SR11) which is fine.
But I also tried to use the latest version of com.playtika.reactivefeign:feign-reactive:3.0.3 which actually relies on Spring Cloud (2020.0.x)
As a result I've faced the same error
Error creating bean with name 'loadBalancerWebClientBuilderBeanPostProcessor'`
In my case I've downgraded reactivefeign version to 2.0.31
I have resolved this by removing unnecessary dependency which was causing issues for this issue that is :
'org.springframework.cloud.client.loadbalancer.reactive.DeferringLoadBalancerExchangeFilterFunction' that could not be found.

Following line,
spring.datasource.driver.class-name=oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
should change as,
spring.datasource.driver-class-name=oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
Note that its not driver.class-name, instead its driver-class-name

As we could see the respective versions used are Java (1.8), Jasper Reports(6.6.0) and Spring boot (2.0.3.RELEASE).
Is there anything we have been missing or added extra as a dependency?
Or is it the sequence of dependencies which is affecting the proper import?
Finally figured it out What's New in Spring Framework 5.x as per the documentation
Removed Packages, Classes and Methods
Dropped support: Portlet, Velocity, JasperReports, XMLBeans, JDO, Guava.
Recommendation: Stay on Spring Framework 4.3.x for those if needed.

I probably have an issue with my POM in my SpringBoot App.
Currently I am trying to access my Keycloak Server with the
"admin-client-keycloak"
But on the call:

I get Error:

The Error occurs from the 'keycloak-admin-client' module.
Now the main question is:
Whats the problem? Or is it realy a bug inside the version of 'keycloak-admin-client'?
I guess not which leads my to a second question:
How can I found out what I need to change in a situation like this?
Thanks in advance for all suggestions. I primary want to learn how to solve such issues by my own in future.

Well I am a step further but the issue is still there.
The POM I show you here is a POM of library which is used in other projects.
These Project have a 'spring-Boot-starter' which are using the 'jersey' version:1.54.
So the problem seems clear.
I added the 'jersey 2.0.2' dependency in the final project POM

But the issue still exists.
How can I force maven use the 2.0.2 version and override the 1.5.?
Only adding the dependecy doesnt seems to help.
Some of the other dependencies are using a different version of the lib jsr311-api. In my case it was the eureka client. I just added an exclude with this dependency in the pom and it worked

Please make sure UriBuilder class exist on your project. And make sure only one UriBuilder class (version) exist in your project. (It can be multiple on your project with different versions.) Different versions can be overlapped.
keycloak-admin-client version should same with your keycloak server version.
add additional dependency to pom (versions must be added, for keycloak 3.0.0.Final => resteasy dependecies 3.5.0.Final works for me. Dependencies must be complied.)

Note: This is my suggestion, if you are develop multi-layer app. You can divide your project to layers. You can divide your spring boot starter app and keycloak access layer. And use this new project as dependecy.
