I've got many emails with the same format as shown in the screenshot above: Finished Product, Material Description and Assembly Location. Is there a way to extract specific data from an email? As seen from the screenshot above (the body of the email in outlook), I would like to get the result for Material Description; which in this case is Nike and paste over into an excel file.

The Get Mail Messages activity works best when you already have Outlook installed. If so take that:
In the For Each activity you set the Type to MailMessage
In the Regular expression activity called Matches you go into the item.Body and matching all Material Description: (.+) occurrences.
And finally you do anything you want with the found matches. Make sure to use another for each here if you have more than one match. If not it's the easiest way to access the occurrence with Matches(0).toString and before check if there is any match given:

I have several occurrences of same Anchor Tag string in one document - /sn1/. But when signing I can see only one generated field - near the first match. Documentation says that a sign tab is created in every place a match is found in a document. What am I doing wrong or should strings be unique?
Update: I have the document in Hebrew(RTL) language, probably it's somehow connected with the problem, as I tested another document, but this time in English, and had multiple fields at the place of anchor string instances with no problem.
Well, it was incorrect convertation via libreconv gem that prevented additional sign tabs from appearing. The problem was in initial convertation from .docx to .pdf using the above mentioned gem. I do not recommend it at least for RTL documents.
Super new to XPath so forgive me if I stumble through terms. I'm using IMPORTXML() in a google doc in order to pull info from a webpage. Basically what I'm shooting for is to turn this

What I can't figure out is how to pull info between the <br> nodes and pull the string from within the <a> node.
I've fumbled my way as far as =IMPORTXML($A$1, "//p/b[starts-with(text(), '"& $A4 &"')]/following-sibling::text()[1]") to get a return of 1 for Casting Time, but not any further.
The end goal is to do this for about a dozen different values across the page and cycle the checks through about 500 web pages, hence the cells in the formula. Any help would be appreciated.
Super in depth clarification section
Using XPath and a Google Sheet I am attempting to automatically make a roll20 formatted template macro for each spell on a spell casters list.
For example, the Shaman Spell List I used //tr/td[1]/a[#href] and //tr/td[1]/a/#href to create side by side columns of spell names and their associated URL's.
Then on another page I can copy and paste the entire class spell list and use Vlookup to get the associated URL's while keeping the organized level sectioned tables like so (Note the Hyperlinked spell names are rich text so the internal URL is invisible to IMPORTXML, hence the extra step).
With a single class having upwards of 500+ spells the ultimate goal is to create a series of IMPORTXML that look at the spell URL and pull relevant data from this particular section. For this example I'm using Arcane Mark.

I was wondering how I can program a collection interface that will collect an array of tags/hashtags for a message for example, much like Twitter and Instagram.
I would need to use a textfield or some collection mechanism. In a textfield, it seems that the user can input a string, but I would want to collect multiple tags.
Would I need to parse the input? What if one of the hashtags are more than one word?

This is very dependent on how you intend store, and later use the input. The quick answer is that you could allow them to input one string of multiple hashtags such as: '#stack #something #thirdtag' and then feed that right in to whatever will be consuming the hashtags.
If you need to consume one hashtag at a time, you can either parse the string and save each hashtag individually or use a repeating control to add hashtags one at a time. IE: "Add another hashtag" .
I have outlook 2011 in my mac. I have more than 30,000 emails in my mail box and would like to search from all the mails based on inputs.
Now using Advanced find I can do that , But for each and every value I have to add a new search criteria
eg . Subject contains xxx
Subject contains yyy
Subject contains zzz
it would be very difficult for me to add the search value manually if I have 1000 values to search for.
Is there any effective way to do this or do we some plugin which would read from input file and populate these vales ?

In Windows version of Outlook there is a hidden tab that can be enabled by creating a new registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software \Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\QueryBuilder. See here (sroll to Building DASL Queries).
This adds SQL tab to Filter dialog of Customize Current View. Here you can write a text with DASL query. The query for your example would look like this:

You can create script that takes all keywords from a text file and formats them like

and construct the DASL query prorgamatically from a text file. You can store your generated queries as text files and copy them in the SQL tab as necessary.
This solution is surely far from perfect but it is relatively easy to implement. The problem is that I do not know how to enable that tab in Outlook 2011 on Mac nor whether it is possible at all. I do not have a Mac so take this rather as a hint.
I wrote a Ruby script that appended "data" to the beginning of every word of the English dictionary, and then filtered out various strings using different parameters, and now I want to use a site like namecheap or gandi.net in order to take each of these strings and insert them into the domain name availability checker in order to determine which ones are available.
It is my understanding that this will involve making a POST HTTP request of some kind, as well as grabbing the element in question, but I don't really understand the dynamics of what to read about in order to do this kind of thing.
I imagine that after a few requests I will be limited, but as a learning exercise I am still curious as to how I would go about doing this.
I inspected the element (on namecheap) to see what the tag looked like, to find any uniquely identifiable class/id names that I could use to grab that specific part of the source, and found that inside a fieldset tag, there was a line of HTML that I can't seem to paste here, so here is a picture:
