I want to using Opencv to deal with the vedio from the DJI Drones, however, what troubles me is that I do not konw how to get a frame from the vedio, what's more, how can I transfer it to Mat?

Im struggling for a while now but i am unable to find a solution.
While streaming video to my Chromecast (Netflix, Disney, Prime) the volume is extremely low. The weird thing is that streaming audio (Spotify) goed well.
Therefor i dont think its related to the tv itself but more how the video stream is handled.
I have tried a lot, ensured that the connections are ok, factory resets and such but till now not much success.
Hope that someone has a clue since it is quiet anoying

After a lot of struggles and multiple contact moments with Google support the only option they came with was a fresh install of the device.
The actual problem lies that there is some sort of hidden volume slider that i can only adjust via my Google Assistant. When i say to another device to put my volume to 100% suddenly my volume went up
I need to publish the live video from iphone camera to wowza server. During search I found, that this might be possible with LivuLib library. But don't know how to use this. Anyone have any idea on this or other alternative way to achieve this.

I was able to use http://github.com/jgh-/VideoCore and also https://github.com/slavavdovichenko/MediaLibDemos3x to stream to YouTube. I think Wowza would be similar.
I downloaded the Silverlight WaveMediaStreamSource from this site.
but I am having issues playing .wav files on Windows phone 7 using this wavemediastreamsource with MediaElement control.
I need help from someone who has solved this problem to please share their code or help tell me changes they made to make it work.
I am able to successfully parse the .wav file and pull all header information.
I am stuck, any pointers and sample codes will help greatly if you have fixed this issue yourself or know how to.

Is it feasible to develope an app which has ability to share a file to another window phone 7 device via bluetooth or wifi ? what i want to share is an image, video or music.

As SplashID APP is doing same thing using WIFI. We can use TCP sockets to implement file share feature. we need to send packets in small chunk.

Nikovrdoljak’s mentioned a method for backup isolated storage data to sky drive. Try this method. I don't know whether it will solve ur issue or not but try it.
