Adobe announced its plans to stop supporting Flash at the end of 2020. And google announced that remove Flash completely from Chrome toward the end of 2020.
Still we are using magento1 and image upload depended on flash. if flash removed from chrome, how to upload images in magento 1?
is all magento 1 version depended on flash? (currently using 1.9.4.4)
is there any patch from magento for this issue?
what are the impact on magento 1, if flash removed from browser?
what is the solution for the image upload, if flash removed from browser?
As flash player is no longer in service you should move to html5 base uploader
Just follow instructions given in link below, I tested on 1.9.4 and it worked !!!

this was resolved in SUPEE 8788 and 1.9.3 release
Core team switched to JS uploader for this reason.

I'm writing some extensions for an old 4.7 typo3 installation. After copying my changes from a test installation to the live system, the Ajax overlay and spinner doesn't disappear in the Typo3 Backend. I see no errors are in the JavaScript console.
The content is loaded, I can manually hide the overlay with the debug tools of the browser. In Chrome everything works fine. I cleared the typo3 cache and browser cache and truncate the temp folder.
Any ideas what I can do?
sorry to say, but:
don't support anything for those old installations by updating extension or even write new extensions.
Those old installations have no support to the behaviour of the new browsers.
You just run into such a browser behaviour change. Nobody (except you?) will fix the behaviour in the javascript of the old core.
If you want to help the owner of that old page, help him to upgrade the site to a supported version
and then write a new extension!
I have created a second website on a Windows 2008 server and added the Amfphp 2.2.1 folder. I can view the BackOffice page in the local browser but when I go to the ServiceBrowser page it reports that Flash Player is needed. I have installed Flash Player and viewed Flash content to prove to myself it is working. Can anyone explain how to solve this please?

I'm using Uploadify on my website which uses flash and it doesn't work on Android Chrome, but does the paid HTML5 version work on mobile?
According to this post on their forums, a user (in March 2012) had Uploadifive working on their Galaxy Nexus. I'd say that most modern phones should run it if the Galaxy Nexus can do it.
Also, at the end of the day, it's only $5 for the standard license.
Uploadifive didnt work with my Chrome Browser on my Galaxy Note 4. I tried using Firefox browser and it worked. I uploaded the same files on different browsers. So, I guess the issue must be with Chrome on android.
Im using Joomla 2.5 with gantry framework and my template doesn't working on IE9. The logo is the only part loaded.
The problem:

Does anyone know what can be?
Thanks!
The problem is with the slideshow the console showing a few errors:
Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL http://www.wmi9.com.br
from frame with URL http://player.vimeo.com/video/2203727?wmode=transparent.
Domains, protocols and ports must match.
Try to remove the VIMEO and YOUTUBE slides.
Load perfectly in IE 9.0.8 on 64bit.
Interestingly enough, I have had an issue where the problem is not with IE itself. But with all the plugins and toolbars installed that it affects the page.
Folks,
I am using uploadify component (http://www.uploadify.com) in ASP.NET MVC 3. uploadify works fine with all browser (IE 8, Google Chrome). However, Mozilla Firefox does not display upload file button.
I have spent almost one day to troubleshoot and I still have not solution. Could you give some idea?
I just got a new computer and installed firefox (V8.0.1) yesterday. I've just experienced a similar issue (i.e. not seeing the uploadify button in firefox, though I do in chrome - both in the site I'm developing and http://www.uploadify.com/demos/). Using firefox I've browsed to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/. There I'm told "For your safety, Firefox has disabled your outdated version of Flash. Please upgrade to the latest version.". I've upgraded the version of Flash and now when I visit the uploadify demo page I can see the "Select Files" button, as expected.
Install adobe flash player...it will work properly....
