I uploaded a Privacy Policy and I would like to add Terms&Conditions.
Where can I do it in the Play Console? I don't find any button\text field to do it.
There is no option to add Terms & Conditions for an app listing page, only a Privacy Policy.
You can add Terms & Conditions in app screens.

When one of our users is creating views with Advanced Find, the views appear in his My Views until he refreshes the page, and disappear after it. I reproduced it on few computers with different browsers and for different entities in CRM. It is working as expected for other users. I already tried to remove and add CRM licenses for this user.
Any ideas?
Finally I created support request for Microsoft. They ran some script on their side and solved the problem.
We experienced this today, shared personal views & dashboards not shown for a particular user.
Removing roles or unsharing/resharing didn’t solve the issue. In all cases, POA table was showing perfect access levels (used xrmtoolbox - search POA plugin). But Access checker xrmtoolbox plugin reveals no access for those saved views (userquery) & user dashboard (userform).
The issue is solved after removing/assigning license in O365.
Another observation: User’s last name changed & asked for AD account modification, our help desk created dupe profile & merged. This could have messed the systemuser entry.
I want to let registered users to create/edit their own articles under only one menu of my website. It works well but I need to manually enable them.
How can I set automatic publishing/enabling without giving them publisher rights?
I'm not sure what you mean by "under one menu" but you can limit publishing rights for a group to a single category. Otherwise I would write a plugin to either automatically publish on save or to modify the form for htat group so that the form shows the state field.
I am trying to get user profiles displayed as articles in a category blog. Is there a way to push some fields of the profiles as articles (and get these articles updated when the user updates the profile)?

It looks like you might be looking to display extended user profiles, not articles. I've used "Community Builder" extension for this. It might be an overkill for what you are trying to do, so look for extensions that extend user profiles, you won't be able to do it with Joomla "out of the box".
Do they need to be articles (com_contact instances)? If not, you could try an alternative with the additional benefit of using core extensions, the "Contact Creator Plugin" and "User profile" as It will do the work you are looking for:
Activate "User - Contact Creator" plugin - Every new user will have a contact profile created.
Configure its parameters - You can select which fields will appear in the user profile page.
Then you can add Add a menu item to display all your contacts (users) - Select the menu type: "Contact / List Contacts in a Category"

My client has ecommerce store on Volusion and he is getting so many fake orders and now I want to add CAPTCHA before user login on shoppincart.asp page or one-page-checkout.asp page (before place order button).

It is easy to use... You can find out the code how to put it. You just have to get one Public Key & Private Key for specific domain.
It's under the design menu in the admin panel, Hover over design, then click on articles.
Once on articles change display mode to list, and find one-page-checkout.asp and shoppingcart.asp click edit and add your code.

I've been trying to add the products in my Magento store to Google's product search for the last day. I was using the built-in Google base, then found that that 'API' was retired a month or two ago and that the Magento Connect 'Google Content' plugin is what I should be using.
Having installed that, when I then try and add products to Google Content all I ever get is:
"Captcha confirmation error." (I'm typing the captcha correctly).
I've mapped all the required attributes accordingly and all my Google merchant account settings as they should be in Magento's configuration.
Couldn't find anyone with the same issue via Google or Stackexchange, but hopefully someone will have an idea for as to where to start troubleshooting! I've tried adding individual products, not just the whole lot...
Ideas?

I've just managed to solve our problem, in the settings for Google API there is an 'Account Type' dropdown, I've set this to google and now the CAPTCHA problem isn't tripping things up and it's submitting product to our merchant account.
log into your google account then put this in the address bar:
