I was trying to run "brew install ffmpeg" and two download links failed. So it failed the installation.
Those are the links that aren't working:
==> Downloading https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/git-htmldocs-2.28.0.tar.
==> Downloading https://bitbucket.org/multicoreware/x265/downloads/x265_3.4.tar.gz
I got this errors:
Error: Failed to download resource "git--html"

Im trying to create a virtual enviorment based on an enviorment.yml file with the command:
"mamba env update -f environment.yml -n cs236781-hw".
The yml file contains this part:
- pip:
- nbmerge
- gym[atari,accept-rom-license,box2d]==0.21.0
which seems to fail as I get this error in my minicinda prompt:
Building wheel for AutoROM.accept-rom-license (pyproject.toml): started
Building wheel for AutoROM.accept-rom-license (pyproject.toml): finished with status 'error'
Failed to build AutoROM.accept-rom-license
Pip subprocess error:

× Building wheel for AutoROM.accept-rom-license (pyproject.toml) did not run successfully.
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing libtorrent: The specified module could not be found.
[end of output]
note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
ERROR: Failed building wheel for AutoROM.accept-rom-license
ERROR: Could not build wheels for AutoROM.accept-rom-license, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

Ive tried so many things to fix this (reinstalling conda, python even vscode and its c++ build tools) with no success.
Does anyone have any clue?
I assume you are working on Windows x64?
If yes, you will probably need OpenSSL 1.1.x.
Please try to install e.g. Win64OpenSSL_Light-1_1_1s.exe first, to get the required SSL libraries.

While opening my Go project in VSCode or using the Go: install/update tools command I am getting the following error:
1 tools failed to install.
gopls: failed to install gopls(golang.org/x/tools/gopls#latest): Error: Command failed: /usr/local/bin/go install -v golang.org/x/tools/gopls#latest

GOPATH is set properly (other tools were installed successfully).
Versions:
VSCode: 1.73.1
Golang: 1.19.3.
Found a workaround:
I simply updated the GOPROXY environment variable:
export GOPROXY="direct"
It started working after that.
Maybe some network issue within my company proxy was causing this in the first place.
I've been struggling to create a Laravel project for hours, I've searched a lot and I couldn't figure out a solution for this problem. I hope someone had the same problem before or know how can I solve this.
Here we go:
I'm trying to create a simple project in composer through this command:
laravel new blog
And also tried this one:
composer create-project --prefer-dist laravel/laravel blog
And I'm getting this error:

But then I still clueless why this is happening.
Sure there's must be something missing. But what is it?
Extra Information (if necessary): Windows 10 64-bit, Ruby24
Strangely I ended up installing Ruby version 2.3.x using rubyinstaller.org and it is working wonderfully. It might because I have my DevKit installed improperly (my guess: i'm ridk install and only choose 1).
Anyway I still prefer 2.3 because you just need to download the zipped file to get the DevKit working.
