I have a website and I made this website into a mobile application using webview. Everything is perfect. However, the Google and Facebook login buttons on my website do not work in my mobile application with webview. I don't get any response when I press these buttons. I would be glad if you could help.
<WebView Source="MyWebSiteUrl"/>
There is no other code in my app

I'm a Rails developer and I'm discovering now NativeScript. I know Vue, and looks like NativeScript support Vue.js
As you know Huawei device cannot accesso anymore to Google Play Services, but the web version of the Google Apps, like Youtube, Gmail, Drive still works.
Instead of having a lot of web shortcut on my home screen I think to write a simple NativeScript App where i list on the homescreen some Google Services I need and clicking on an icon, Google Drive for example, I launch drive.google.com inside the WebView.
Do you think is possibile? Do you see any issue with login?
This is for an Android app that I want to develop using App Inventor, to read the content of a web page when a user decides to share it to my app.
When you are on a web page, in Chrome, you have the option to "Share" it. If you click this option, you get a list of available apps on your Android device to pick from. How can I make my app appear on that list?
How do I make my app read the web page that is shared by the user to my app? I want to read the text, not render the web page.
Thanks.
This is not possible with App Inventor, unfortunately.
I am building an app in Phonegap for windows phone 7, iOS and android using JQuery mobile. The app was rejected by Microsoft because when it links to an external page to donate to a charity, the URL bar is not visible when the user goes to this external page to show the user that HTTPS is being used. Is there a way to show the URL bar in the external page or to maybe force the link to open in Internet explorer.
Have you tried to use
target="_blank"
for external ulr?
Alternatively you can use the ChildBrowser Plugin.
I'm trying to do what is simple in iOS, redirect from the browser to my app (I am authenticating via a website which then loads the url that switches back to my app via appreferencename:/) in Mango.
Is there a way to switch to an app from a browser via a link?
Thanks!
It's not possible, unfortunately. You are able to link to a marketplace page, but that's only useful if you want to download or update an app.
Open Windows Phone 7 App from URL
I got to a stage that my Mvc mobile view (iPhone) is rendering in a web browser.
Eg.
Home
Mobile
iPhone
Index.aspx
My question is how can I get this View into an iPhone type simulator? I don't know hot to get the mobile view to a nice looking simulator. Any ideas appreciated.
Found the solution. I can use this to show the web mobile content. Doesn't work in most browsers but work in this device.
