Everytime I start MS Teams is takes forever. After a few minutes I get an error about connecting to one of ours NAS boxes. This goes on for 5 or 6 times. I think I have previously shared a file direct from the NAS so I am guess Teams is trying to connect to it to.
Does anyone know how I can either stop Teams trying to connect or remove the file I have shared?
I have tried to look at all the files I have shared but I can't find a way of looking at all the files I have shared in one view. It will take forever to go through every chat and view the files which are shared.
I am on Mac OS btw.
Thanks
Chris

I need to automate the upload of some files from client PCs to a central server. We're building central statistics for an online gaming community, processing game replay files.
target is my own small VPS server running ubuntu
upload file size 2-3MB
20-40 different clients running windows spread around the globe
I expect ~6GB of wanted data to be uploaded over the course of 7 weeks (a season in our game) and 5-10x that amount of "unwanted" data.
The files are processed on the server, and then they're not required anymore, and ought to be deleted to not run out of disk space eventually. I also only need some of the files, but due to the files requiring very complex processing including decryption, so i can only determine that after the server processed it.
My initial idea was to use a scriptable client such as WinSCP, and use some Windows scheduler entry to automate it. WinSCP documentation looks very nice. I am a bit hesitant because I see the following problems:
after deletion on the server, how to prevent re-upload ?
ease of setup to technical novices
reliability of the solution
I was thinking maybe someone has done the same before and can give some advice.
There's article on WinSCP site that deals with all this:
How do I transfer new/modified files only?
For advanced logic, like yours, it uses PowerShell script with use of WinSCP .NET assembly.
Particularly, there is a section that you will be interested in: Remembering the last timestamp – It shows how to remember the timestamp of the last uploaded file, so that the next time you will transfer only newer files, even if the previously uploaded files are not on the server anymore.
The example is for downloads with Session.GetFiles, but it will with small changes work for uploads with Session.PutFiles too.
It also points to another article: Remember already downloaded files so they are not downloaded again, which shows another method – To store names of already transferrer file to a file and use it the next time to decide, which files are new.
This morning I discovered that the one way known to work to get an app into my java phone, rumkin.com, has stopped working. I need an alternative.
The phone I'm developing for is an LG Rumor Reflex, model LN272. It does not have WiFi, and attempts to point browsers at 127.0.0.1 have always failed. So the only way to install an app is through the internet.
I do not have a website of my own.
mobilefish.com claims to do what I need, including generate a .jad file automatically. However, half the time it refuses to upload the file, claiming that I didn't enter the correct code when in fact I did; and the rest of the time, attempting to download the .jad file fails.
Google searches have turned up the now defunct rumkin, mobilefish, and results that have nothing to do with what I need.
Can anyone point me to either a phone upload site that still/actually works, or some means of installing through the usb cable that works. Also has anyone had any success doing this through dropbox or similar storage sites?
So the current system used stores users "My Documents" and other files in a personal drive and on a server. We use Microsoft's Sync Center to ensure both "My Documents" and the personal drive contain the most current data.
The problem is sometimes remote users don't connect to our server(they need to access our VPN to do so). This causes a problem with synchronization. It's very time consuming to check one person at a time on Microsoft's Sync Center.
Is there a way to automate detection? Maybe a Cmdlet?
So I found out that one can Auto Detect errors with a Event Log. This will create a notification of the issue when it occurs!
Heres a link to set it up with vista... the principles are the same though.

Does anyone know how to test in Delphi/VCL to see if Dropbox (or similar cloud syncing tools such as Google Drive, MS One-Drive, etc.) are:
running on a client computer, and
whether they are set to synchronize a particular folder/directory?
I am asking because I have been having issues with the database I am using (NexusDB). When the program database is installed in a folder that is also being synchronized by Dropbox this seems to cause program crashes (Dropbox seems to temporarily lock files making them unavailable to my program). I would like to be able to test for this and at least warn users.
I notice by the way that TMS software has a set of Delphi components for working with cloud syncing software, but have not tried these yet.
I am trying to get all the shared PCs using the code present at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa385341(v=vs.85).aspx
The problem I am facing is that the method WNetOpenEnum is taking huge amount of time while opening "Microsoft Windows Network" resource and returning the error ERROR_BAD_NETPATH.
I have noticed that the Windows explorer is able to access the shared PCs and their folders.
I also have noticed that WNetConnectionDialog also working fine.
If I select Browse button, its able to refresh the net connections and able to see the shared PCs and their folders.
Strangely the code present works fine for Point to Point connection.
Can some one help me in solving this issue?
Also can some one suggest me how to refresh the shared resources using windows API?
Are there any methods in QT/boost which can find shared PCS?
