In my project, I should receive data from the oracle and after processing it, write it to postgres, in my case, I need to use mybatis to communicate with the database. Can I connect to different databases in one project?(Postgres, Oracle) Have you faced such a situation?
If so, how do configure the datasourse? I need advice, thanks in advance. It will be great to see code examples

Is it possible to compare data from an Oracle DB and an Azure SQL DB. The data should be the same in each but I want to find out is there a way to check and confirm this?
I'm thinking maybe a Java application that could check and compare the same row of each application, or check totals/counts. Or is there a more straight forward way? Any advice appreciated.

Have you created an Azure SQL Database from an Oracle DB or the other way around?
My approach would be:
Use SSMA to translate the Oracle database to a SQL Server database.
Now use any compare database you find online (there are many) and compare the two.
If you tell me more about the story of the database I can understand better.
In one of the use cases in my application there is a requirement to publish neo4j transaction data to oracle database in real time. I did google on it, but couldn't find a tool or plug-in which can help. Everywhere on internet talks about rdbms to neo4j sync. So I am planning to do this by manually invoking jdbc commands.

I am getting no way to connect all above database using mirth
because In Mcsm(mirth connect server manager) there is only few database option like(postgres,durby,oracle,mysql).
so is there any alternate way to use url of (cache,informaix database) in mcsm.

Having said that, it means that the mirthdb the database that mirth uses for its integration purpose can be configured/installed on any of the above RDBMS systems, most of the times its either postgre or mysql.
Other than this, there is no other means of connecting to informix (even though I would love to see that happen), that depends on Mirth corp.
If you have a JDBC driver (.jar file) for the other database(s), you could try these steps:
Add the .jar file to the $MIRTH_HOME/custom-lib directory
Add/Change a driver entry to the file $MIRTH_HOME/conf/dbdrivers.xml
I'm not sure if that will let you choose other databases in MCSM or only allows you to choose them in Mirth channels (Database Reader, Database Writer, etc), but it's worth a try. I am unable to test it right now.

I'm trying to move snapshots of data from our MongoDB into our Oracle BI data store.
From the BI team I've been asked to make the data available for ODI, but I haven't been able to find an example of that being done.
Is it possible and what do I need to implement it?
If there is a more generic way of getting MongoDB data into Oracle then I'm happy to propose that as well.

This is something that will be queried once a day, maybe twice but at this stage the BI report granularity is daily
In ODI, under the Topology tab and Physical Architecture sub-tab, you can see all technologies that are supported out of the box. MongoDB is not one of them. There are also no Knowledge Modules available for importing/exporting from/to MongoDB.
ODI supports implementing your own technologies and your own Knowledge Modules.
This manual will get you started with developing your won Knowledge module, and in one of the other manuals i'm sure you can find an explanation on how to implement your own technologies. (Ctrl-F for "Data integrator")
If you're lucky, you might find someone else who has already implemented it. Your best places to look would be The Oracle Technology Network Forum, or a forum related to MongoDB.
Instead of creating a direct link, you could also take an easier workaround. Export the data from the MongoDB to a format that ODI supports, and MongoDB can extract to. CSV or XML maybe? Then load the data trough ODI into the oracle database. I think... that will be the best option, unless you have to do this frequently...

In Oracle, just creating a new connection with existing MS Access database and then converting to oracle.

The two choices you proffer could be rewritten like this:
Use an automated tool written by experts
Do it the hard way and figure it out for myself
This is a personal, even philosophical, choice. Do you need to get the task done quickly? Or do you want to learn something along the way?

My experience integrating all things oracle with all things microsoft has always been complicated, and a lot of manual intervention was required.
It also depends on the complexity of your existing access database, if it's only one table, then you can grab that table sql, correct it for nvarchar -> varchar2 fields and datapump the data into oracle.
If Access has 1000+ tables I would suggest getting a professional to do it. Any reasonable dba should handle it no problem.

You can customize the code based on your requirement. You can bundle the whole code into one class and prepare it as exe application.
