Can I show subscription plans in my app without IAP - google-play

Can I show subscription plans of my audit platform, no prices, only descriptions, in my app, with buttons that navigates to my website, to buy there, without need to use In-App Purchases?

No. even though Google Play is more lenient about this but it is completely prohibited in both platforms Apple App Store & Google Play.
you can see how Spotify handels this in its iOS app
install Spotify App and see how they do not even link to the main website of the service from the app because this is not allowed.
you can only show description and tell people to go to your website without linking to your website.

Is it possible to give a promo code for a paid Mac App (no in-app purchases)

I have a paid app and I would like to give some users free access.
I have no in-app purchases and the Features tab in App Store Connect says "Promo Codes can only be generated for approved versions".
How do I generate a promo code?
Provided you have a released version of your app it should be listed in the Features tab, the message you are seeing suggests your app is not yet approved and available for purchase. Just wait until it is. HTH
Edit: The link in your question did not work for me so I assumed the app was not approved. However I just found it by searching the App Store. It has only just been released, the Features tab is probably lagging a bit, as before just wait a while and it should appear.

What happen if I stop publishing my app from a country on Google Play?

I made an Android app which has Admob ads and I stopped publishing my app from a spesific country. But there are 17 people which have already downloaded my app from this country.
Now, what happens to them after the stop publishing my app from their country?
Can I still make money from their ads click?
Is my app going to remove from their devices automatically?
They still will see your ads (and click).
Admob and Google Play are different services.
The apps will still contain your app. Google Play is just a shop.

Google Apps Marketplace icon missing from App Launcher

We have developed a Google Apps Marketplace app and recently received reports from our users, that the App Launcher ("grid") wouldn't show our app's icon anymore.
This is a screenshot how it looks for my personal Google Apps account when I'm on www.google.com:
And this is a screenshot from my account when I'm on admin.google.com/AdminHome:
As you can see, only when I'm on the Google Apps account page, I can see icons of Marketplace apps. But it used to show up anywhere, also on www.google.com.
So Google must have changed something. The question is: can we get it back to the old behaviour?
PS: I know that it's just a link and one could simply bookmark it, but some of our customers are not really 'tech-savvy' and believe our app is 'gone completely' now. This is causing confusion everywhere.

Google Play Developer Console for User to see only 1 app

I am building an app for a client and want to give them access to see store listing settings. However, the problem is even I can do app specific rights to a user, he can still see other apps. Even though he cant edit other apps but I don't want him to see the list. I want him to see only his app.
There is currently no way to limit the invited user's right to view your other listings in the Google Play Developer Console. The only rights you can customize are the following:
Create & edit draft apps
Edit store listing, pricing & distribution
Manage Production APKs
Manage Alpha & Beta APKs
Manage Alpha & Beta users
View financial reports
Reply to reviews
Edit games
Publish games

Google Marketplace App Install Flow

When installing a Google Marketplace App, the flow usually ends with the admin in the app's settings on Google with the option to sign in now. Is there a way to end with the user actually using the app (i.e. not having to click the link to sign in to start using the app)? Could the user just be sent to the app on the optional setup without returning to the app settings page on Google without that causing other problems?
Some of the documentation says:
We strongly recommend that the administrator be directed through a short, linear series of actions and returned to Google quickly so additional users can start using the application.
I tried testing this out, but it seems like there's some lag between installing and the app showing up in the "more" drop down for Google (I tried installing another app and did end up on the final page but the app still didn't show up in another account. It's been a few hours and it still isn't there) so it's hard to tell if it's just slow or not actually installed on other users' accounts.
Sorry the last section was misleading. This is not a question about the link not showing up immediately.
The new experience for Google Apps Marketplace lets you land the user in the app instead of the admin console. There's now a popup for the app to request permissions and to agree to terms and then the user ends up in the app. One-step installation. Good work Google.
