Azure Data Studio: How to save a notebook. Also, how to rename it - azure-data-studio

Just tried Azure Data Store and I really like what I see.
However, this is rediculus, I 've been around to remember the physical version of
the "3d save button" and I cannot find it here.
I have created a bunch of notebooks AzDS named Notebook-0 through .... How do I save them? I can see no save option!
Also, how do I rename them?

go to File -> Save As
while you are in the notebook you want to save and it will allow you to save and rename your notebook.

Trying to keep default icons when associating multiple file extensions with same app on Windows

So I have my own windows app, 'MyApp', that I want to associate with multiple existing file extensions such as .pdf, .doc etc. Associating the extension is no problem, but then all of the file icons inherit their icon from the app, which I don't want.
I noticed that pdf files were associated with MS Edge on my Win11 machine, but that .pdf files were being displayed with a regular looking 'pdf' icon rather than an Edge one, exactly as I want to do.
I found this ms page that seems to describe how to do it with a DefaultIcon key in the registry, but my icon remains as MyApp's when I try. I also found this page which sounds similar to my problem. Implementing the answer's solution does change something, but all it does is give all of the associated files a shared icon (I pointed it to a 7zip one just for kicks) that is different from MyApp's.
I've concentrated on creating my own fake extension (.qqq) rather than trash settings for others, although I have tried using .pdf with no luck either.
I also noted the existing use of DefaultIcon with 7zip file extensions, but I was unable to replicate their behaviour with MyApp and its associated extensions.
Can anyone point out where I might be going wrong please?

Change save location of Tiddlywiki when using Download Saver

I am currently using Tiddlywiki as it comes, i.e. from the folder Downloads\tiddlywikilocations\index.html. It works flawlessly to save the file in the browser if it is located in exactly this folder, but it seems not possible to either rename the tiddlywikilocationsfolder or move it out of the Downloadsfolder.
How can I achieve this? I couldn't find any further information about this on the wiki itself. Ideally, I would like to use Tiddlywiki from a custom folder in another folder, without otherwise affecting the standard download behavior in Firefox (where to save files etc.)
Timimi extension for Firefox looks like what you need.
you can save the standalone TW from anywhere in your harddrive without any more interactions

How to put my OneNote notes from my machine to onedrive?

I have several notes on my OneNote on mac. I accidentally deleted the OneNote file on my OneDrive.
I have a copy of the notes on my mac but It is, understandably not able to synch with the server because the file is not there on the server.
How do I put the notes I have on my mac on the server?
I created another notebook and tried moving the notes one by one to this one but i get the following error.
The sections you're moving have not all been synced. Make sure you are online and fully synced before you move sections between notebooks.
Is there some way to get OneNote to ignore this?
I recommend following the instructions of this wiki:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/How-to-move-my-local-notebooks-to-OneDrive-or-SharePoint-7343c424-cdee-4bbf-9245-312549e81fc0
After trying various options, this is what worked for me. It is not exactly what i was looking for but i was able to save my notes.
I used the OneNote 2016 (not the free one) to export all my sections to files.
Note: You cannot do this for the whole notebook, fortunately you can export whole sections.(small mercies).
These show up as 'Open Sections'. Once I had exported all my sections. I copied them one by one from the 'Open Sections' to another notebook. I synched this notebook and that was it.
I finally found the answer in this blog post: https://40north.wordpress.com/2020/01/10/salvaging-onenote-notes/comment-page-1/?unapproved=2063&moderation-hash=1ddd37becedb0462043fad528bd5d3b1#comment-2063
Essentially you need to:
Create a new notebook
Create new sections in that new notebook with the same labels as the old notebook (time consuming I know)
left click the top page in the old section, hold shift click and left click the bottom page
move those pages into the new section
repeat indefinitely
If someone can figure out how to write a script for this, that'd be great, but for now I'll just do it manually until it becomes tiresome.

How to clear and reset Core Data data models

I have now >45 different versions of xcdatamodel in Xcode, of which 44 of them are no longer required, as I've eseentially gone for the drop/create approach of the entire database. How can I clear these out, without Xcode kicking up a fuss?
See the linked image:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/1bpdhf9bax6iicb/Screenshot%202014-05-23%2013.24.45.png
Note: this approach is waaaaayyyy simpler: https://stackoverflow.com/a/6712191/84783, but if you wanna get up to your elbows with project files, try my steps below.
I think they keep these around for current installations to do model migrations. Sadly I think you have some manual project file hacking.
Make sure you have the model you want set as the current model
Close Xcode
Right click on "Model.xcdatamodeld" in Finder
Choose Show Package Contents
Delete the models you no longer want
Right click on "MyProject.xcodeproj"
Choose Show Package Contents
Open project.pbxproj in a text editor
Search for ".xcdatamodel" and delete entries (Model.xcdatamodel and "Model X.xcdatamodel") no longer in use
Careful not to delete ".xcdatamodeld" files
Hope this helps, Rob

How to TFS-unmap without losing physical files?

At the moment when unmapping a source on TFS Source Control in Visual Studio 2010, the local downloaded files are removed automatically.
How can I keep them untouched?
Nam.
In VS2012
"You can remove the mapping in the Manage Workspaces dialog (File -> Source Control -> Advanced -> Workspaces...) Pick your workspace and select edit, remove the entry for that mapping. Then hit OK. When prompted to perform a Get you can say "no" and the items will stay on your local disk until you next perform a Get."
I added some more information on to it.
Source: Remove Mapping
Just in case anyone else need help with this because i went for hours searching for the solution....and this is the way to see all the mappings you have and remove them if wanted without deleting local files.
I have not seen this behavior. When un-mapping, are you choosing to re-download all files in the workspace? If so, choose not to do that, and the files should be preserved locally. Keep in mind that TFS is no longer tracking changes at that point, so it could get you into a lot of difficulty if you inadvertently make changes to those files.
What kind of process are you trying to implement that you need to keep these files around after an unmap? Maybe there's a different way to accomplish what you need?
--EDIT--
When you're doing this, files are just files, so you could:
do a Get of all files in that workspace
copy them to another folder on your hard drive
map that new folder
Do an "add files" on everything in the new folder structure
check in.
You will have to rebind all of the projects/solutions to source control when you do this.
