Can you help getting this most simple Cucumber test run in a the simplified Spring Boot 2.5, JDK17, JUnit 5 environment? I tried all kinds of solutions without any result.

I tried to import as many as i can find but it still not work. I had delete spring-boot-test-autoconfigure folder but still nothing
You need to import the is() method for it to be available for use in your class, add at the top of your file:

You might alos need to add Hamcrest Core to your Maven dependency list.

I found a useful way to did it

But when i perfom like this:

I've got strange situation, I have maven project in intelij. when i run
mvn clean test
test is passing, but when i try to run this test from intelij as "run test" it fails.
So intelij must be using some other libs, is there a way to:
1)set intelij to use ~/.m2 folder
2)see what dependencies is intelij using?

I am attempting to create an integration test which will test connections to the database and the data which is returned. However, I am running into the following error which has me puzzled and left unsure what to do next. Integration Test File: If I comment out #RunWith(SpringRunner.class) then it executes and prints the line. However, that line is need to access the JUnit4 features.

why don't you use test dependency remove:
Its seems spring-test dependency is the issue.
Replace the first dependency with the second one :

To me, it looks like you have mixed Spring Boot dependency versions. I'm not familiar with maven, but doesn't the spring-boot-starter-parent initialize the dependency management with its own version?

This is version 1.3.3, while you explicitly include spring-boot-starter-test and spring-boot-test (which you shouldn't need to add additionally) in version 1.5.10.
Spring Boot 1.4 or 1.5 introduced completely rewritten testing support, which makes it plausible that the TestContextBootstrapper is not found.

The code works:

It still works when #EnableFeignClients add to Spring Boot Application entry.
But once the #FeignClient instance wired to(by #Autowired) any config Class(#Configuration), it's not working.
I have checked http://myproject/mappings (The request mappings info provided by Spring boot), mappings "/goods/**" disappeared.

Meanwhile as a workaround I suggest to have a #Lazy whenever you try to inject Feign client interfaces.
The problem that FeignClientFactoryBean initiate a new child ApplicationContext for each Feign cleint and calls a ContextRefreshedEvent for them too early. The IntegrationRequestMappingHandlerMapping doesn't check for the context of the event and marks itself initialized wrong way, missing the scan for appropriate HTTP components.
When I try to execute mvn spring-boot:repackage I have this error:
Plus when I run the jar in my target's folder, the jsps are not found. However, it worked just fine when I do : mvn spring-boot:run
Where am I wrong? I've tried to follow the tutorial on github but the same problem remains.
