I downloaded Jdeveloper. After double clicking on .exe file, it opens a popup window, and after that command window opens and gives the error as shown in picture- https://i.stack.imgur.com/8TT0p.png
what i tried-
unzip the other folder. (not worked)
2.changed the directory name this folder (not worked)
reinstalled Jdeveloper(not worked)
Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank You.

Using TeXworks v0.6.5 (MiKTeX 20.7) on Windows 10 Home, I am trying to write a line to a text file.
When typesetting this code

the console outputs the following message (last 5 lines of the compilation log):

Sorry, but "MiKTeX Compiler Driver" did not succeed.

Below is a link to a screenshot of the TeXworks console with the code:
TeXworks console with the problematic code
I installed all the recent updates using the MiKTeX console, but this did not solve the issue.
What is the source of the error, and how should I fix it?
Stay way from texify whenever possible.
you never know what exactly texify is doing
texify is notorious for throwing away all helpful output that would allow users to actually debug their problems
Instead I suggest to either
directly compile with pdflatex if you have a simple document without extra stuff like bibliographies etc.
for more complex documents, compile with an automatisation tool like latexmk. This will automatically determine the required number of tex runs, will invoke bibtex/biber or any other tools your document might need
I just had to change my HDD. So I installed a version of Windows 10 Education on my computer, and now I'm trying to install Visual studio 2017 community/enterprise ( tried both ). After running the installer which was downloaded from the official website it doesn't start the installation, I just see for a tiny amount of time a small window pop but then it instantly shuts. What could be the reason for this behavior and how to fix this problem?
Edit: I can install other software, I managed to install a few other programs without a problem, I notice this behavior only with Visual studio and additionally .NET Framework installer.
Edit2:
I found this in my temp folder :

Edit 3: THANKS MICROSOFT you really screwed me up huh.
Edit 4: After full Windows reinstall with the latest version still getting this error.
Edit 5: Changed windows version from education to professional and it works!
Had the same issue. I was running installer from my /Download folder.
Try move the installer to D: drive, it helped me.

I downloaded Clamwin source code and loaded the clamwin solution to visual studio(2010 professional) and successfully built all project without any errors. After clicking start without debugging(seting clamscan project as startup ) I'am getting bellow error on cmd-prompt.

I searched solution online and I got Clam is looking for it's database files and the directory doesn't have them, doesn't exist, or Clam doesn't have sufficient rights to access the files.
But how should I solve this? should I create file or directory in that path or should I make it find itself?
Just run freshclam -> downloads fresh vc db to predefined dir (DatabaseDirectory in freshclam.conf). Before you do this, you must set up the freshclam.conf.
Then set up the same DatabaseDirectory in clam.conf.
(There was a bug here for me. I was installing on Windows and used forward slashes all over the config files as dir delimiter of path. At DatabaseDirectory value i had to change my forward slashes to backslashes to be able to run clamdscan successfully)
Finally, try run clamscan.
Please, tell me, if it did not help.
As specified in question Clam is looking for it's database files and the directory, directory /db should be updated with database by Running the freshclam tool,to run freshclam(if there is an Error), download the freshclam.conf file and edit the file as required. Then click on start debugging from the debug menu. Clamscan scans current working directory. For more information on clamscan
I am trying to use Selenium RC to run regression tests on a website. I created a test suite using the Selenium IDE tool and 3 tests associated with it. These tests run successfully within the IDE but when I try to run them using Selenium server, I always get stuck at "Checking Resource aliases"

Everything seems to work right up to the point where it actually runs the tests. Researching around showed problems with people using "Test Case" instead of "Test Suite" when naming the test suite in HTML, which I'm not doing. I also removed the XML line in the test suite file to see if it would matter. I'm not using a proxy as another user here had an issue with this error.
This is all running on a headless Debian server. There are numerous guides for demonstrating how to set this up using Xvfb. I'm sure I'm missing something simple but I can't figure out what.
I personally use the selenium webdriver. That may be an alternative to the RC client if you have something to kick off the scripts.
I'm trying to install Ant on Windows 7 using these instructions, but at stage 5, when I run the command ant -f fetch.xml -Ddest=system, I get the following error:

I understand that the URL is not reachable, so I tried to enter this URL into my browser, and indeed it does not exist. I found the file maven-artifact-ant-2.0.4-dep.jar at:
http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/org/apache/maven/maven-artifact-ant/2.0.4/maven-artifact-ant-2.0.4-dep.jar
instead. So how can I fix this problem?
Just need to update the m2.url property in the lib/library.properties file to http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2.
Run ANT as follows
$ ant -f $ANT_HOME/fetch.xml -Ddest=user -Dm2.url=http://repo1.maven.org/maven2
The m2.url property needs to be overloaded. The following property file in ANT needs to be updated:
$ANT_HOME/lib/libraries.properties
Using a now deprecated Maven Central URL
The URL is correct, but you're trying to download the files into a subfolder of Program Files (C:\Program Files\WinAnt\lib). To do so you need to be running your commands with Administrator rights.
So right click on your Command Prompt shortcut and select "run as administrator" or enter "cmd" into the search field of the start menu and press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER.
Then try to run the ant command again:
ant -f fetch.xml -Ddest=system
And if you have trouble downloading any other files using the script, it seems to work well to just download them using your browser, put them in the right place, and then edit fetch.xml to not download the file.
