Google play console screenshots validations bots

So I have had an app in google play for almost 6 months now, the last two month I updated my apps screenshots and from there I begun to get an app rejection each time I update My app.
The last time I fired an appeal and it got accepted so I thought that after the appeal got accepted I won't have any issue when I update my app in the future.
But now I got a new update and it got rejected again with Not adhering to Unauthorized use of copyrighted content policy
Those are the screenshots that I created my self.
Now what is the problem, Why do the google auto validation bots not accept those images?
Since the appeal got accepted it means that there should not be any problem.
Is there any way I could validate those images online for google play? and see what's wrong?
Or do you see any problem here that I can't see?
Here is the link to my google app if someone would like to check it out and see if I violate any policy with the description or otherwise.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.novelmanager&gl=SE
Here is the rejection mail I got.
Hi Developers at Alen Toma,
After a recent review, we found that your app NovelManager (com.novelmanager) is not compliant with one or more of our Developer Program Policies. See below for more information about your app’s status and how to correct the issue.
Issue with your app
Your app contains content that doesn't comply with the Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Content policy.
About Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Content policy
We don’t allow apps that infringe copyright. Modifying copyrighted content may still lead to a violation. Developers may be required to provide evidence of their rights to use copyrighted content.
App status: Rejected
Your app has been rejected and wasn't published due to this policy issue. If you submitted an update, the previous version of your app is still available on Google Play.
Action required: Submit an updated app for review
Here’s what to do to help get your app on Google Play:
Please review the Developer Distribution Agreement and Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Content policy.
Make appropriate changes to your app, and be sure to address the issue described above. Also check your app’s store listing for compliance, if applicable.
Double check that your app is compliant with all other Developer Program Policies.
Sign in to your Play Console and submit the update to your app.
Not adhering to Unauthorized use of copyrighted content policy
The copyrighted content includes the novels.
one of the cover images has copyrighted content that could be anything character or logo for example I can write a story that includes superman the story it self not copyrighted but the cover has superman image witch is copyrighted
you can try to blur the images something like this

Can't enable Google+ API

Today I try to enable Google+ API on API Manager and it said
Error: failed to do requirement checks
What wrong? I just disable it and I want to re-enable again.
This is most likely an outage on Google Developer console even though I am not seeing it on the status page.
There for the fastest way to get it resolved will be to go to the upper right hand corner in google developer console look for the !. Send feed back.
You cant feed back the actually error as its a popup but you can feed back from the screen before you attempt to enable an error.
I am having the same problem. Perhaps it is an outage.
Evidence: I count 5 people here so far that have the issue, and no google results for that exact error message. "Error: failed to do requirement checks" That means, it's a new error, and google's crawler hasn't had time to scrape even this question yet.
It's okay now, I just re-enabling the API and it works.
I think its outage

App rejected for inexistent copyright infringiment

today I submitted an update for my movies app. I dont know if I can link the app, but basically it is similar to the more pupular MovieMate. My app allows the user to browse movies, read descriptions, add them to watch list and so on.
The update was rejected since according to the useless guys at google I'm violating intellectual property, while all the other movie apps on the play store apparently are ok. It frustrates me since I put in MONTHS of work for this app and got very few downloads in the first month. And now i cant even submit updates.
The data is fetched through TheMovieDatabase and I give them credits both in the app and in the store description. The API are explicitly saying that I'm ALLOWED to use their information for commercial purposes.
Now I want to appeal. What should I write to the google guys to get the update accepted?

One app have was removed from play store. How many before my account is terminated?

Recently, I have received a message from Google Play Developer saying that one app was removed:
This app has been removed from Google Play for a violation of the
Google Play Developer Program Policy regarding Ad Walls and
Interstitial Ads. For additional information, please review the
interstitial ads help article, then correct your app's ads and
resubmit. Additional details have been sent to your account owner's
email address.
So I've heard that if I get 3 strikes like this one, my account will be terminated. Is that true?
Also, I am only using Admob ads.
Google's policy here states that
Removals
Don’t impact the standing of your Google Play Developer account.
Once your app is removed, the published version of your app won’t be available on Google Play until a compliant updated is submitted.
The message you quoted says that your app was removed, so you don't have much to worry. You just have to be more careful about following the Ads guidelines. They don't want you to keep publishing many apps that don't follow the rules.
Also, they don't define exactly how many Suspensions you can have:
Suspensions
Count as strikes against the good standing of your Google Play Developer account.
Egregious or multiple policy violations can result in suspension, as can repeated app rejections or removals.
But 3, as you mentioned, seems a fair number in a short period. Remeber: your apps won't be suspended for nothing, so take care to follow correctly the instructions.
It says right there that "Additional details have been sent to your account owner's email address". So that would be the place to look to get the specifics.
There are a variety of reasons that your app may have been reported. For instance, you should probably let people know that there are ads at all. Is your app rated as "kid friendly" but the ads are not?
I'm going to guess that it has something to do with placement. For instance, if people are clicking your ad accidentally because it's too close to another actionable item, that will get you in trouble.
It could also be because someone is clicking the ad repeatedly, during testing, or to be a joker. And it's raising a flag.
You really need to do your own research to find out what the problem is.
Once you've done with that, correct the problem and try again.

Parse AppOpened event track push notification consumption via Rest API

I'm trying to track an AppOpened event via Parse.com's Rest API, specifically related to the consumption of a push notification via a POST to https://api.parse.com/1/events/AppOpened
Since there's really no documentation on doing this, I was hoping adding a "push_hash" key inside the data sent to Parse would be enough, but I guess I'm just not that lucky.
Does anyone know what the required data for tracking push consumption via an AppOpened event is? I couldn't find anything online and was really hoping someone here could help (especially considering every support page they have points here).
Thanks~
You are right, there poor documentation but from other hands some people already meet this issue. And you can check their code for your situation:
Setting up a App Opened event
App-Open Analytic
Track App Opens with JavaScript
Try to use anything from this (use app & REST keys) and describe your result more detailed.
