HL7 FHIR IG Publisher returns java NullPointerException - hl7-fhir

I'm trying to generate documentation of my HL7 FHIR profiles using IG Publisher (publisher.jar). I'm running it on command line on macOS. I've uploaded the IG resource on Simplifier and it validates with no errors.
The problem is that i'm getting java.lang.NullPointerException. Full output below:

From the stack dump, you are missing a "path" property in your json config file, but I highly recommend that you switch to using the new set up, a ini file that points to a template and a IG resource. Use something like the sample-ig as a starter (https://github.com/FHIR/sample-ig) or see the how-to (https://build.fhir.org/ig/FHIR/ig-guidance/index.html)

I quite new on Jmeter and tried to see where that "size" attribute is currently locate to see how change it, but could not find it on any *.properties file
any though how can be this fixed, what the message is referring to?
thanks
This error is likely due to an incompatibility of JMeter with Java 17 (as mentioned by Dmitri T).
Whilst we wait for a fix, a workaround would be downgrading to Java 16. I can confirm this solved the issue for me.
I had the same issue with:
MacOS big SUR version 11.6
Jmeter 5.4.1 (installed via brew)
Temurin 11 (LTS) OpenJDK & Temurin 8 (LTS) OpenJDK
Running Jmeter with Java 8 solved my issue. The problem was, that Jmeter always used Java 11. I struggled some days to find out, how to set the Jmeter Java version:
set the correct Java 8 Home in: /usr/local/Cellar/jmeter/5.4.1/bin/jmeter:
JAVA_HOME=$JAVA_8_HOME exec "/usr/local/Cellar/jmeter/5.4.1/libexec/bin/jmeter" "$#"
Maybe there are easier ways to set Java 8 for Jmeter - but this was the only solution which worked for me.
I had Java 8 installed however, the JMeter was picking up Java 1.17 which was nowhere in my system. So uninstalling and reinstalling jmeter, worked like a charm for me.
I cannot reproduce your issue using:
openjdk:8-jre-alpine docker image
JMeter 5.4.1
Test plan Test.jmx from extras folder of JMeter
Demo:
If you cannot reproduce the above behaviour I think you made some changes either to Results File Configuration or to Reporting Configuration or both so you need to inspect all the JMeter Properties which differ from the defaults and restore their values to the original ones.
If you need further support you need to share at least first 2 lines of your outFilePath.jtl results file. Better if possible the full file and all the .properties files from JMeter's "bin" folder.
exec commandline /usr/libexec/java_home -V
enter image description here
replace bin of jmeter JAVA_HOME
enter image description here
and then ,it is success.

neo4j-import tool documentation for neo4j 3.0

Is there any documentation available for the neo4j-import command line tool for neo4j 3.0? I've used the command line tool and the powershell script version in neo4j 2.3.3, but the same commands are not working for neo4j 3.0 when using the Windows 64bit version. I can successfully run the import using The Linux/UNIX (tar) version of neo4j 3.0.
bin\neo4j-import.bat --into "C:\Neo4j\TBR_3\data\databases\graph.db" --nodes "C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\header_person_neo4j.psv,C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\nodes_person_neo4j.psv" --nodes "C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\header_address_neo4j.psv,C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\nodes_address_neo4j.psv" --nodes "C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\header_telephone_neo4j.psv,C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\nodes_telephone_neo4j.psv" --relationships "C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\header_personAddress_neo4j.psv,C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\rels_personAddress_neo4j.psv" --relationships "C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\header_personTelephone_neo4j.psv,C:\Developer\Neo4j_Staging\TBR\rels_personTelephone_neo4j.psv" --delimiter "|"
gives me:
'")"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
To get an idea of the structure of the headers I'm using, the header_person_neo4j.psv file contains:
masterIndividualKey:ID(Person)|matchIndividualKey:int|individualKey:int|stdTitle:string[]|stdTitleAlias:string[]|stdForename:string[]|stdForenameAlias:string[]|stdForenameNYSIIS:string[]|stdForenameSoundex:string[]|stdForenameDoubleMetaphone:string[]|stdOthername:string[]|stdOthernameAlias:string[]|stdOthernameNYSIIS:string[]|stdOthernameSoundex:string[]|stdOthernameDoubleMetaphone:string[]|stdSurname:string[]|stdSurnameNYSIIS:string[]|stdSurnameSoundex:string[]|stdSurnameDoubleMetaphone:string[]|stdGender:string[]|stdNameQuality:int[]|stdDOB:string|stdDOBMax:string|stdDOBMin:string|stdHierarchy:int[]|stdRecency:string[]|stdRecencyMax:string|stdHierarchyMin:int|stdPreferredName:int|stdGenderCombined:string|title:string|forename:string|surname:string|gender:string|nameScore:int|dateOfBirth:string|dateOfDeath:string|deathDateActual:string|:LABEL
Here is the import tool documentation which explains with examples. The problem is with your file URL, in Windows you have to use different file URL for example as bellow:
neo4j-import --into C:/neo4j/data/databases/MEDIUM_GRAPH --id-type integer --stacktrace --nodes:STORE "C:/nodes/store_header.csv,C:/nodes/dimstore.csv"
This blog is also useful to understand different methods tricks. All data by default are imported as string in neo4j so you do not need to specify string data type in your csv headers. Refer to this document to get information about csv file header format.

Verpatch.exe error

I am trying to add new version resource string to .exe file using verpatch.
I need to add new sting to version resource as I am creating test connector to Qlikview. For QlikView and Qlik Sense to be able to recognize an .exe file as a connector, the file version information resource must include the property “QlikView Connector”.
I am developing my connector with Visual Studio and this command is run as a post build command and build ends with error. I also tried to run it from command line with same result:
C:\verpatch>verpatch.exe C:\QV_temp\QVTestConnector.exe /s "QlikView Connector" "Qv Test Connector"
Exception in ParseBinaryVersionResource
Error in ParseBinaryVersionResource
error parsing version info from the file
Some of actions failed, exiting
I have also tried different versions on verpatch.exe. Any ideas?
The example that Qlik gives on their documentation does not seem to work with the version of verpatch.exe that ships with QVX SDK 2.1.
I resolved this error by updating to a newer version from CodePlex.
Edit:
verpatch seems to have moved to https://github.com/pavel-a/ddverpatch/releases
Please see documentation. After /s should go "description".
If it has problem reading existing version resource, try to rewrite it completely with /va. So, do something like:
verpatch your.exe 1.0.0.0 /va /s desc "QlikView Connector" /s product "Qv Test Connector"
If you can share the problematic exe with the author of verpatch (on Codeplex), he may provide a fix.
I couldn't set properties on my executable with any version of verpatch - because I had a different codepage in the resource strings.
I would recommend rather using the Python package pe-tools (PyPI), which has a nicely documented command peresed that does this (docs).
You can also set specific version-info fields or set resource entries to the contents of a file:
peresed filename.exe -V "QlikView Connector=Qv Test Connector"
I have run this command successfully, but not verified whether the properties were set - but other properties like FileDescription are set correctly.

Missing some spoon steps (plugins) at runtime (KarafLifecycleListener Error)

I am using open-source Pentaho distribution from github.com (version 6.1-SNAPSHOT).
In Spoon there are some step missing (e.g. There is no Mongodb input/output step listed) and I cant add dataservice to step (There are no errors, this option just isn't on the list).
I have reinstalled everything (removed .kettle and .pentaho directories as well as whole source and distribution) but it didn't help.
This is what I get at spoon startup:

I suspect that

has something to do with it as missing plugins reside somewhere under karaf/ directory.
It was working just fine week ago.
I am using Ubuntu 15.04.
I will be grateful for any hints.
Greetings.
you are using a non stable release. this is the place where you can download the latest stable release http://sourceforge.net/projects/pentaho/
Agreed with jipipayo, For Pentaho CE version, download it from http://community.pentaho.com/ official instead of github. It is highly possible that the codes in github might be in unstable condition.
Also in case you have a missing plugin, try using the Pentaho Marketplace and download the required plugins.
Hope this helps :)

Jmeter error occurred when running jmeter.bat

just download and extracted jmeter on my pc.
when i double click jmeter.bat, this error occurred
An error occurred: class com.google.common.collect.AbstractMapBasedMultimap over
rides final method setMap.(Ljava/util/Map;)V
errorlevel=1
Press any key to continue . . .
why is jmeter have to do with com.google.common.collect.AbstractMapBasedMultimap.
any idea what is wrong with my environment?
im using
apache-jmeter-2.11 and java version "1.7.0_51"
i have also extracted 5 plugins: standard set, extras with lib set, extras set, WebDriver set and Hadoop set.
updated:
i sort of found out the problem. It is because i din't extract the plugins in correct order.
it must follow this order: Extras > ExtrasLib > Hadoop > Standard > WebDriver when extracting the plugins into jmeter directory. Then the jmeter can be started without error.
You error may be related to the presence of 2 different versions of GUAVA library.
I suppose you are using some third party JMeter plugin (possibly JMeter-Plugins + Selenium Driver).
