reauth every 7 days with the google calender api - google-api

google calender api limits access to 7 days.
So every week i have to do the process over agen to get access to my calender.
Google limits token for 7 days, then you have to do it all over agen witch is frustrating.
I've googled about this issue, and no one seems to know anything about it.
why cant i have permanent access to my calender with gcalcli without having to reauthenticate every week?

Google Places API OVER_QUERY_LIMIT

I'm working on a script which sends a few hundreds of API calls to Google Places API using the [nearbySearch]. After a few requests, I quickly get an OVER_QUOTA_LIMIT error.
In Google Cloud Console, I can see the requests made in the last days or hours but:
I'm a far cry from the 6 000 requests/minutes limit
I don't see any Quota Exceed Error in the graph
(https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/places#place_search_requests)
If I scroll down a bit, I can see that there's apparently a "Premium Plan", but no request have been made up to now.
Now I can see that the Premium Plan is not available anymore for sign up or new customers..
So I guess it's just a graph to support people who have previously signed for this plan but that it is not relevant in my case.
My payment settings have been set up correctly so I don't understand what's happening here.
Thank you so much.

Google Calendar Limit Problem Even Billing was Registered

I already use Google Calendar API for some months with no problem, but in 28th of August I get an error. The error message is "403 Calendar usage limits exceeded".
Accordingly to Google API Console I didn't reach daily quota limit (I use Service Account).
I was tried to read the official documentation, but everything is okay by my usage.
Here I attach some information from my dashboard.
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Google Contacts API was turned off in our Developer Console mysteriously

Our application relies on the Google Contacts API. Access to the Google Contacts API was disabled in our Application on August 7th, 2017 at 6pm (Pacific). Graph:
We weren't notified by Google and I'm certain we haven't hit the quota. Our users let us know and we were able to re-enable it this morning successfully.
But we're trying to figure out how this happened. Has anyone else seen API access disabled without their knowledge... or can someone from Google help us track this down?
Thanks!
Yes, had the same issue today with one of our projects that is using Google Contacts API - found Contacts API disabled...
And that came with another quite annoying issue when we started to get "unusual traffic" web page content with the CAPTCHA thing instead of error, when trying to access Google Contacts API.
The detailed issue was registered by me here, you can take a look:

Google Play Developer processing time

For the last 72 hours, my Google Wallet payment for the Google Play developer program has shown as "Your purchase is processing". I understand it can take up to 48 hours, but this is an entire day after their worst-case scenario for processing time.
I contacted Google Play using their help pages, not expecting an answer back until this week, with the problem hopefully resolving itself in the meantime. However, a day later instead of a reply (Which i wasn't expecting yet), they instead send me a survey, asking how their support was. Support I never received.
Does anyone know how to contact Google Play directly? While it's only $25, it's $25 that's been sent to google, and have received nothing in return. Google Wallet payments for apps have all gone through (Status: Your purchase is complete). Not sure why this is being help up.
