How to open webpage in Reader mode(Chrome) using UIPAth - uipath

Using UIpath trying to open an URL. I am able to do it. But the requirement is i want to open it in reader mode. How can i do that?
Browser i am using is Chrome.
I have enabled the Reader mode flag. I am able to manually open the reader mode.
Thanks in advance.

This is a tricky question to answer. I assume that reader mode is the google chrome extension Reader Mode. I can think of two potential solutions:
You can use the start process activity and pass the app argument --load-extension. This may or may not work depending on the specific behavior of the chrome extension.
You could use the click image activity and navigate the google chrome user interface as you normally would to enable the reader mode. This ensures that you wouldn't need html/css anchors.
Not sure if this helps any, but hopefully you figure your problem out soon!

Finally found the solution. I followed the extension method you suggested. I added the reader mode extension and pinned it near the address bar. So i was able to select it easily once the page is loaded. Thank You so much #churchill291

How do you see the code for locked google forms?

My friend is making an escape room with respond validation and locked mode. You can see the answer for respond validation:
[1]: https://youtu.be/400kENpsAHc
When I tried this with a Chromebook that had been locked, I couldn't use control U or inspect, it just simply doesn't let me.
Is there anyway for me to get the source code?
Ideas: VM (With a Chromebook and may be able to bypass the lock), extension (A way for me to see it). Or is there any other ways for me to get the answers, thanks for reading this.
I don't think you can access the codes.
because the Chromebook will cut off all other web pages from loading, and i don't think an extension can access the google forms when it is on locked mode.
In my opinion, the idea to access the code while it's in locked mode, is impossible.
I'm on my school's Chromebook, so i experienced it.
I hope this helps.
Sorry if my answer/opinion is wrong.

Cannot start web-simulator on google actions for API.AI project

I am working on Google Cloud Platform to develop a project in API.AI, I have an integration (in API.AI) with Google Actions (for Google Home or Google Assistant), they provide me to see my progress as real time in web-simulator, that you can find here:
https://developers.google.com/actions/tools/web-simulator
I am trying to START the web-simulator clicking on START button, then I get a window pop-up but after open, it closes, I try and try again but I obtain the same result, I cannot open the web-simulator. I have allowed the popup windows in my browser.
Of course I have completed all steps to start web-simulator...
I don't know what is happening. Someone can help me? Thank you, have a good day.
First, are you using a compatible browser? Try it in Chrome if you're
not already using it, as Chrome is a Google product, and so is the
web simulator.
Next, are you using any Ad-Blockers or
Script-Blockers like NoScript? If so, try disabling them, as they
could interfere with the operation of the tool.
If it still doesn't work, try going to an Incognito Windows by pressing the
three dots button and opening a New Incognito Window. Go to the page, and log
in. This will ensure that no cookies are interfering.
At this point, if you're still having issues, try a different browser.
(Either Firefox or Opera)

disabling (or fixing) ReadCube WebReader on Firefox

Mac OSX 10.11.2, Firefox 45.0.1
I'm trying to access articles through Wiley publishers website (onlinelibrary.wiley.com) and the PDF viewing function forces me to use ReadCube Webreader, which fails every time to load my article. I also cannot download the article. I have full permissions to view the article, but everything but the first page is blurred out. I just want to use Adobe PDF Reader like I used to, but I cannot figure out how to disable ReadCube. I have toggle this setting https://www.readcube.com/epdf_settings, cleared my cookies, turned off my addblocker, but nothing works! If I use Safari, which I really don't want to do, it works just brilliantly. Please help.
My add-on HTTPS Everywhere was interfering. It can be disabled by clicking the HTTPS Everywhere Icon in the browser window, and selecting the red-highlighted processes that are being encrypted by clicking on it. This is a bad answer to my question, because I'm not entirely sure how this has fixed the problem, but it has worked.

Locking user to browser window (using .dll files)

Is it possible to lock a user in chrome using .dll files (NPAPI plugin) or any other method?
I want to invoke chrome browser in highly controlled environment preferably on Windows. I would download chrome for businesses and write policies such that user isn't allowed to access any url except one.
I would create a packaged app and create an application shortcut on desktop for user which goes to the url. So it will open in KIOSK mode. But I would want that user shouldn't be able to navigate away from chrome, specifically that window and shouldn't be able to use any other program until he logs out of the application or explicitly closes the window. That means disabling function /ctrl/alt and window keys.
Something like this but with chrome.
Even opening chrome itself in 'locked' mode is not a problem.
Has someone ever implemented it? Is it possible using NPAPI plugin or any other method? If anybody could direct me towards any such resources I would be grateful.
No, this is not realistically possible using an NPAPI plugin, at least not by itself. At minimum you'd need an extension (see http://npapi.com/extensions).
If you loaded it from an extension it might be possible to get the window handle of the browser and such, but I think you'd probably be better off with a separate app.

Detect the open url in Windows Mobile

What I want to do is have a background running app on Windows Mobile that can detect when a specific url is opened and perform some task. About the only way I can think of is to watch the cache directory and look for files specific to the site. There might be a way with IE to get the open url information but I doubt it would work the same for Opera. Another way might be with the querying the open processes because there might be url information in the title bar.
I can always have the user turn my app on and off when they go to my site or have the app open the site when they run it but I would like to avoid any extra steps for the user.
Can you think of anyway to detect the open url? Thanks for any help.
I think you're looking at the wrong end. Don't look at it from above the app, but rather from below. I'd create an NDIS intermediate passthrough driver (the PASSTHRU example that ships with Platform Builder would be a really good starting point) that watches network activity and looks for HTTP GET requests much like a packet sniffer would. It would be easy to extract the URIs from the packets at that point and you would be able to definitively watch the requests no matter what browser they use.
