What actions can we take with google recaptcha enterprise - recaptcha

I have been using Google reCaptcha V2 (Invisible recaptcha) for a long time and we know that if some spammer or bot is trying to call our API then the user will get a puzzle to solve. What will happen if I use the Google Enterprise solution, in this case, Google API will simply return the score based on the action taken by the user?
What if spammer buys a fresh new IP range and is trying to call our APIs, How frequent the google returns the low score that particular IP.
I have seen on my website that spammer used to call APIs with new IP every time, so need to check how google detects this as a spammer.

The score-based site key is the currently recommended type. You are correct that there is no challenge or puzzle in this case.
https://cloud.google.com/recaptcha-enterprise/docs/choose-key-type
While the IP is a part of what determines the score, it is far more complex than that, and having malicious users or bots simply change their IP address will not circumvent the bot detection, the algorithm is quite sophisticated.
The exact details of what signals the score is based on is proprietary and Google holds those details close to the chest, because if adversaries knew those details they could attempt to make workarounds for their bots.

What do I need to make a website that references a table of anonymous users to notify using SMS?

This is a project I'm working on for use between people at my university.
The idea is simple, it's a website where people can submit anonymous comments to other people based on a unique identifier, which is just a random number. People sign up with their unique identifier and their phone number, which would be saved together. Other people hop on the website and submit a comment with the unique identifier, which is sent via SMS to the corresponding phone number.
Conceptually I feel like this should be easy, the website just searches a table for the identifier and then uses an SMS API to send a message to the associated phone number. Also dynamically adds new lines to the table as people register.
I am real new to web development (if you couldn't tell), but I'm not afraid of a little code so I'm figuring it out. My problem is I have no idea big-picture-wise what building blocks I need to connect together. I think I found a good service called Twilio for the SMS API. I think I need to pay for web hosting, but do I need to rent server time? It's a real simple operation but the data also needs somewhere to live. I want it to be a long-term installation so I don't want to host it myself.
I would be very grateful if someone could real quick make a shopping list of the components I need to make this happen, or just any other tips if you've got 'em

Is it possible to Fetch Real-time data using Riot Valorant Api?

I am making an application that shows real-time status for a Valorant game. like players alive, the type of weapons each play has, time remaining, etc.
Is it possible to use Riot Valorant API to do this for live matches or for previously played matches?
As per my knowledge you couldn't. But I think you should try with Riot Games' official production API, not development API.
Let me know if you find something relatable.
(This is adding onto Sanskar's answer, which I cannot comment on as I lack the required 'reputation')
I'm aware that this is an old question, but for anyone who happens to have stumbled upon this question, there is no way to obtain real-time in-game events however, there is a way to retrieve certain data from a match-- only except, not in an official way that does go against Riot Game's TOS of using third party software. Though, I wouldn't worry about this too much as long as you do not ruin the competitive integrity of the game by providing yourself with an in-game advantage over others in the game. I personally have been using this for over a year now and have not received any form of punishment for doing so.
Anyhow, back to the actual question of this thread, check out this document of API endpoints that have been scraped through monitoring HTTP traffic of the Riot Client. https://github.com/techchrism/valorant-api-docs/tree/trunk/docs/ You'll need to obtain certain authorization tokens of the Valorant account through whatever methods are available to you (I pray that it is through lawful means :) ), which highly depends on the type of endpoint. There are certain wrappers for these endpoints already made by other users somewhere on GitHub, and you can always ask for help in the small community of developers that are using these endpoints in the README of the GitHub page I sent in this post.
REMEMBER TO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT WOULD CREATE AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT A RIOT EMPLOYEE WOULD NOT APPROVE OF USING THIS :)

zagat content in the Places API - ERROR

I am many errors on my Maps API Console.
I am the website owner, not the developer or webmaster.
Got an email from Google about new pricing. Below is the email.
Today we are announcing important changes, including our new name - Google Maps Platform, a simplified product structure, pay as you go pricing for all, and more. Please take a few minutes to review the announcement to familiarize yourself with the upcoming changes.
We would like to highlight a few updates that may impact your implementation. Beginning June 11th, we are launching our new pricing plan and providing all users access to support. We’ll continue to offer a free tier — all developers will receive $200 of free monthly usage of our core products.
How does this affect your current account(s)?
Based on your usage over the last 3 months and our new pricing plan, we estimate that your monthly cost will exceed the current $200 free tier.
I am trying to figure out why I have so many API calls.
I am seeing in the console, that in the "Google Places API Web Service" I have alot of "Zagat content in the Places API" calls, and they all result in error.
I am trying to figure out how this is happening, but not finding any info online. I see that the "zagatselected" parameter was discarded May of 2017. I can not figure out what is causing these errors.
Everything has been working fine, I have my own API key, and have for a long while. The only reason I am really looking into this, is because Google will now start charging me monthly.
Is it possible you expose your Maps API key to the client, don't have any restrictions on it, and someone else is calling the API/raising those errors?
If you have a snippet of code like this....
<script src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=[APIKEYHERE]&libraries=geometry,places&callback=initialize">
...on a public web page, it would be easy for someone else to take the API key and use it themselves, unless you add a IP or referrer restriction to only allow it to be used client-side from your website. You can set up restrictions on who can use your API key following these instructions.
I suspect that the new Google Maps and Places API pricing scheme (which significantly lowers the number of free Places API calls) might cause some less ethical users to use keys they can scrape off websites.

Extending YouTube API Quota with limited funds

With a simple java program, I send GET requests using YouTube Data API specifically videos.list, in order to get the public metadata of a video and store it as .json files.
For my universities research, we have to do this with all available YouTube video IDs provided in the Youtube-8M Database.
Therefore, I would like to know if there is a way to extend the available quota for requests (I already know about the billing option, but I am a student and my university is small).
I have read the YouTube API terms, which states that only one project per client may be used to send such requests with the necessary API Key.
If I understand it correctly, even my simple java code is such a client.
In some other Stack Overflow questions about extending ones daily quota with API Keys, some suggested creating multiple accounts or projects.
Is this a legal option or not? Or is there another possibility to get a higher quota for simple requests used in research like I do right now?
If you go to the Google Developer console where you enabled the YouTube API. the second tab is called quota
Click the pencil next to which ever quota it is that you are blowing out. A new window will pop up with a link called apply for higher quota.
Fill out the form to apply. To my knowledge you do not have to pay for additional YouTube quota but it can take time to get approved. Make sure you comply with everything on the form.
I have never heard of the one project per client term. Technically you can run your application using different API Keys it should work fine. Technically there is nothing wrong with creating additional projects on Google Developer console. You don't need to go as far as creating another Google account.

Yahoo, Google, Yelp API

Is there any php API to gather information about a business(address, reviews) by its phone number from Yelp, Google, Insiderpages, Yahoo..
Please help, i have done research about these, but did't get the right info, though yelp is providing info by it's phone number but there they ask ywsid as mendatory (http://api.yelp.com/phone_search?phone=1234567890&ywsid=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) but i want by phone number only.
Please note that all APIs have terms, most of them won't allow you to store their data in your own database and most of them have display requirements, before proceeding with any developing please read carefully their display requirements and terms.
Depending on your project you might not be allowed to use the data as you might need/want to on your project.
The other alternative would be scrapping sites, but most sites have rules against scraping too...
And again read a lot before putting too effort on something you are prohibited to in first place.
Yelp
ywsid = API key, you need to get your own key if you are using the yelp API, get it here
if you are using it to add it to your own database or storing the information anywhere it is against their policies display requirements & api terms.
if you are using any API you must read their terms before even thinking of doing anything.
Google Places
API
Insiderpages
I Don't think they have one but you could use the citygrid API that does a [lot of sites] search at once.
Yahoo
Yahoo API
CityGrid
As mentioned before citygrid API
Foursquare
Foursquare API
Merchant Circle
Merchant Circle API
White Pages
White Pages API
Yellow Pages
Yellow Pages API
Bottom line is, all these companies have put a lot of time and effort and money to build their databases, and they want you to redirect people back to their pages so they can make their money back/profit.
