Good morning! I don't have much experience with laravel. I created an app with laravel then I installed breeze for authentication and I also installed an html/css theme everything works fine. The problem is that if I make a modification in the app.blade.php or the home component.blade.php nothing is displayed as if there was no modification but when I got connected and I makes the changes appear on the dashboard. Similarly if I add a link in the menu there is no effect even the text does not change however if I log in the change appears. please See how you can help me please
I searched on google but without result.

I have just installed Halogy on my MAMP localhost. I've followed the instructions here to set up all my folders and this is working fine. Dashboard looks good. However, my default template is empty. And, no matter what I put in it, after editing and saving - the markup is still empty. So I cannot get any editable fields in my pages whatsoever. When I edit my page content its just empty. I have also tried creating a new template and applying that to a new page. Same results. I am scratching my head here. Does anyone have any ideas as to what's gone wrong?
I could help you, since I've been working exclusively with and extending Halogy for about 8 months now. But, I need more details, since this behavior could be attributable to any number of issues. For example, what does the page source look like? Also, please note that, if you're not logged into Halogy, unpublished pages will not appear. However, your default home page should be visible. Have you searched the Halogy forum and/or posted your question there?
When I try to create or edit an article, category, or module, I am unable to save or cancel the changes. When I click on the Admin buttons, nothing happens. The URL gets a "#" added to the end of it, and I get this error (examples from 2 different editors):
ReferenceError: WFEditor is not defined
http://www.mysite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit
Line 250
ReferenceError: tinyMCE is not defined
http://www.mysite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit&id=47

I have Joomla 2.5.11, no other updates pending. JCE editor, TinyMCE, default, and RokPad all throw errors and don't do anything when I press the buttons. CodeMirror and None are the only editors that I can use to save the article. I have tried uninstalling JCE and reinstalling it, and no changes.
I don't remember the last time it was working, possibly January sometime, if not before then. I don't know if this has anything to do with settings in my php.ini file or not. That was the only thing that changed from the time it was working until now, but it should be back to the "default" settings.
I've tried reuploading the admin folder, but no change. I reuploaded all the Joomla files (except installation) this morning from the stable 2.5.11 package freshly downloaded from joomla.org today, and still having this problem. I've also tried purging cache from the updates manager as well as maintenance area. I've tried 2 different computers, Fire Fox, Chrome, and IE (this was the suggestion in one of the posts I found similar to this issue).
I have been searching for a resolution for months. Any topics I find that sound like my issue end up either not having a resolution, or it's something else that the person is having a problem with. I use both JCE and RokPad on dozens of other websites with no problems.
Thank you for your help.
Do you have extra plugins or modules published on all administrator pages? There could be an extra
Open your console (ctrl+shift+J) and you should be able to locate the error, once you do just try to locate the origin in your code, it's most likely not originating from Joomla core, rather from an extension / template.
Also bear in mind that plugins are active by default on both the frontend and the backend and very often they are not intended to run in the backend, nor tested in the backend.
I JUST FIXED IT!! :) : ) :)
I just switched my hosting's PHP version from 5.4 to 5.3 and voila! It functions as it should. I hope this helps someone! I'm not sure when/why I may be required to go back to 5.4 but for now this solves my problem. Any idea as to why these two versions of PHP behave so differently?
I have come across very different kind of problem. Suddenly in Magento products uploaded not updating anymore.
In detail, when we open products to update and click save button, nothing happens. It started happening suddenly, everything was working fine before.
Please help, its a big problem. I dont know what to do and which files to check.
May be you missed some mandatory field to fill. Check every tab if you have any error asking to fill the fields.
Or, there will be some javascript errors. Check if any JS errors are there, and post it here.
I found where it was gone wrong.
in js/prototype/validation.js
This file used by admin product option validation, which I have changed and didn't realize to check for admin validations.
Small change like this solved the problem.
if(!admin){
// put your code for front-end validation
}
Thanks to all.
I came here after having the same problem. "Save" suddenly stopped working on the product page. The only thing I had done was update prototype.js from 1.7 to 1.7.1 to support fade() in IE10 b/c I have a custom fade on thumbnails.
Well prototype.js 1.7.1 responds with TypeError: value.gsub is not a function when you click save.
Had to revert back because I dont know how to fix it.
if magento is configured to work with elasticsearch and elasticsearch is unreachable it also results in this error
I am building a site in Joomla (unfortunately) for a client. I have installed a template that uses Bootstrap as its basis, with some integration with Joomla, called H5BPTB. The problem I'm having is that when I visit the homepage on a small screen, and toggle the responsive navbar, it works fine, however after logging in, the navbar will open once, then close, but then no longer responds unless I refresh the page.
I read a few references elsewhere on stackoverflow to this being a problem with missing CSS transitions in the .collapse class in Bootstrap CSS. I checked and they are not missing. I also read another answer that suggested that it was a problem with some other Javascript overriding support.transition in the Bootstrap JS. I also can't find a reference to that in any other JS file. Is there anything else this could be?
Also I should add that the navbar works perfectly well in IE, but not in Firefox or Chrome.
Here is the site: http://avantgardeinternational.eu
I'd recommend just trying to update your Bootstrap files in the theme. They're both on version 2.1.1 and as far as I've seen looking around some people have had similar problems with earlier Bootstrap version.
The files you're looking to change are:
http://avantgardeinternational.eu/templates/h5bptb/css/bootstrap.min.css
http://avantgardeinternational.eu/templates/h5bptb/css/bootstrap-responsive.min.css
http://avantgardeinternational.eu/templates/h5bptb/js/libs/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.js
If that doesn't work, I'd try just looking around and making sure that some scripts aren't conflicting, that could just mean disabling all but the Bootstrap JS. Then seeing if it works fine.
http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/
Edit: Just attempted this, changing the CSS messed with the styles a bit, and it still didn't work. I don't think it loaded the JS into the page properly though, I'll try that now...
Edit 2: So after giving this a shot, I've concluded there is only one explanation now... I've observed the difference between the page when you're logged in and logged out. When you log in there are various other bits of JS that load into the page.
One of these must be overriding Bootstraps collapse methods, thus stopping it from working. There are a few extra scripts that load when you're logged in and some more styles. It might be working trying to remove these and then trying it again.
I am a newb in magento and recently started looking at it to create a store for my client.
I am not sure but i tried installing firephp extension and soon after that I’m having my screen looks like the screenshot. ** please check the link provided!
Do I have to make any installations to get everything working as normal or what am I suppose to do to go to the normal screen. I have also changed the inline translation option to NO if thats what it requires.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers I have also posted this question on the magento forum

Looks like you turned on some sort of template building helper that shows what templates generate which parts of the page.
Some quick googling found this, which appears to be the one. Look for "Template Path Hints" in the settings and turn it off.
