Google Play reject app but app status is in review - google-play-console

app rejected due to "REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission" being used by file_open plugin. I used file_open_safe plugin instead and submitted again. Now app bundle permissions doesn't have this permission. Tried submitting new version (1.1.1) I still got app rejected mail, but submitted app (1.1.1) status is still in review. tried another 1.1.2 and got same mail and status still in review.

Issue with app bundle when upload the app bundle on google play console

I try to upload app bundle on the google play console but this message appears "You've uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle that has an activity, activity alias, service, or broadcast sink with intent filter, but without setting the android:exported property. This file cannot be installed on Android 12 or later. See developer.android.com/about/versions/12/behavior-changes-12#exported".
I try adding intent filter to each activity with intents but did not work, adding exported to each activity as well but this second did not working.

Unable to invite internal users in apple TestFlight

I have no experience in publishing apps on the App Store. I have created an app from Xcode 6, archived it, validate it and submitted to iTunes Connect. While is pending for being reviewed I decided to try the new apple TestFlight functionality.
Following the tutorial video (https://itunesconnect.apple.com/downloads/Documentation/TestFlight-v09-iTC-Export-sw.mov) I have performed these steps:
I have added another apple ID that I own under the User & Role section giving him a Technical role
I have accepted the iTunes Connect email invitation for that user
I have selected my app, then my build and enabled it for TestFlight
I went under the Internal Testers section and invited the user
Still the status for the user is not being displayed as invited and I didn't received any email invitation to test the build.
As you can see I also tried to invite my own apple id account, the status changed to invited but I didn't received any email...
In addition refreshing the page brings me back to no invitation at all for the new user:
Am I doing something wrong? I fear I am missing a step during the build submission or maybe that since the app is reviewing for the app store I cannot invite beta testers...
I have also tried to toggle again the testflight build toggle (as suggested here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/26579651/2701348) but nothing changed.
The problem with inviting an internal tester is that you cannot have an internal and external tester with the same apple ID.
Although deleted and recreated the user in user roles I still had the same problem. When I removed the duplicate email from External Testers and went back to Internal Testers, the invite was sent.
I managed to solve the issue. To make the invitations work again you must:
Under Internal Testers and Users and Roles: delete the users you are not able to invite
Under Users and Roles invite them again to join iTunes Connect
Enable them as testers
Go to your app build and invite them again as internal testers
Hope this might be useful.

Will my new version app be rejected if i do not support Push Notifications in iOS8 or later

I learned recently that the registration method of Push Notifications have changed in iOS 8 , But I didn't realize that before I submit my new version app , I want to know that if it violate the standard of app review and if it will be rejected.

"Invalid result returned from the software lookup service"

I am in the process of submitting an Mac OS X App.
This App is created with PhoneGap mac. The status in iTunes Connect is: Waiting For Upload.
When I try to upload through Organizer Xcode (Version 3.2.6) or through Application loader (Version 1.3), I get Invalid result returned from the software lookup service?
What am I doing wrong?
This problem most often occurs when you have no applications that are "Waiting for Upload".
There used to be an error something more like "No valid application profiles found", but they appear to have changed some functionality on the back end that caused this (unhelpful) error message.
To reach the "Waiting for Upload state":
Log into iTunes Connect
Navigate to Manage Your Applications
If the application that you want to upload is in the "Waiting for Upload" state, you are ready to go (not the "Prepare for Upload" state). If this is the current state, you need to:
Go into the details page for your application
Press "Ready to Upload Binary"
Answer the questions about encryption in the following pages.
After this, your upload should work.
