I try to combine my custom annotation processor along with mapstruct, it fails. Below is my pom.xml where I am trying to use combine my own custom annotation processor [FieldProperty] with mapstruct, the mapstruct is not generating implementation code. But when I use only mapstruct by removing custom annotation processor then the code is getting generated.
Question:
How to combine custom annotation processor with mapstrct?
<!-- Not sure how to combine mapstruct and custom annotation processor -->
<!-- Here the mapstruct not generating the code, when ever I add the custom annotation -->

Hint: this often means that some other annotation processor was supposed to process the erroneous element. You can also enable MapStruct verbose mode by setting -Amapstruct.verbose=true as a compilation argument.

I have trying to run project as Maven generate-sources, Maven Build goal:compile, but still not create Metamodel class, even java folder not exist in generated-sources folder.
I am using Spring Tools Suite 3.9.4.RELEASE.
How to solve this problem...?
Remove the pluginmanagement xml tag comment out the dependencies defined in the mysema plugin and your Q-classes will be generated. Your plugins should be as follows:
<build>
<!--<pluginManagement>--> // Remove pluginManagement
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>
</plugin>
<plugin>
<groupId>com.mysema.maven</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-apt-plugin</artifactId>
<version>1.0</version>
<executions>
<execution>
<phase>generate-sources</phase>
<goals>
<goal>process</goal>
</goals>
<configuration>
<outputDirectory>${project.build.directory}/generated-sources</outputDirectory>
<processor>com.querydsl.apt.jpa.JPAAnnotationProcessor</processor>
</configuration>
</execution>
</executions>
</plugin>
</plugins>
<!--</pluginManagement>-->
</build>
I have a working code that stops to work when I change Spring Boot version from 2.0.3.RELEASE to 2.1.0.M4
The error is:
Error starting ApplicationContext. To display the conditions report re-run your application with 'debug' enabled.

Description:
The bean 'dataSource', defined in BeanDefinition defined in class path resource [org/springframework/boot/autoconfigure/jdbc/DataSourceConfiguration$Hikari.class], could not be registered. A bean with that name has already been defined in class path resource [org/springframework/boot/autoconfigure/jdbc/DataSourceConfiguration$Hikari.class] and overriding is disabled.
Action:
Consider renaming one of the beans or enabling overriding by setting spring.main.allow-bean-definition-overriding=true
A kinda similar question (Trouble when changing Spring Boot version from 2.0.3.RELEASE to 2.1.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT) was already asked but no proper answer was given.

I have asterisked few parts.
The parent BOM has a parent element in its POM as below:
<parent>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
<version>2.1.0.M4</version>
<relativePath /> <!-- lookup parent from repository -->
</parent>
Progress
From the spring 2.1.0 M1 release notes (https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/wiki/Spring-Boot-2.1.0-M1-Release-Notes) I see that Bean Overriding has been disabled.
The error goes away when I add a property allow-bean-definition-overriding: true in my application.yml file but then I get the following error:

It seems your application is mixing two incompatible versions of Spring Boot.
Your main pom.xml seems to be importing spring-boot-starter-reactor-netty with the 2.0.5.RELEASE version.
You should not override versions of Spring Boot libraries, as it's all taken care of by the dependency management in the parent POM
You don't need the reactor-netty starter at all, as it's transitively brought by the webflux one.
Please don't change Spring Boot version once your project is in between development. Try to add latest version when you start project. Once development started don't change any thing in version. I have faced same problem and wasted 4-5 hours and again went back to previous version everything working perfectly.
Delete .project file and update maven.
I am trying to build spring+gwt project with the next properties:

The thing is that after building i cant find NotesGwtApp.gwt.xml file :)
There are 2 pictures for better understanding. What is going on?
I really dont understand why is that...
The behavior you're seeing is standard for Maven. It is because Maven, by default, only looks for .java files in the src/main/java folder, while some tools might include all files by default, and hence the confusion.
You need to tell Maven that you also have non-java resources in your src/main/java folder; you might want to add a piece of config such as:
<resources>
<resource>
<directory>src/main/java</directory>
<includes>
<include>**/*</include>
</includes>
<excludes>
<exclude>**/*.java</exclude>
</excludes>
</resource>
</resources>
I have installed sonarqube 5.6.6 on a linux centOS7 server.
The installation seems to be ok, given that I can access the web-interface at 95.xx.xx.xx:9000
However, whenever I try to run maven from my laptop
"mvn -X -Dmaven.test.skip=true clean verify sonar:sonar"
I get this error:
Fail to get bootstrap index from server: Failed to connect to /95.xx.xx.xx:9000: Connection refused: connect
Why is not able to connect and retrieve the index ?
When I try from my browser to go to http://95.xx.xx.xx:9000/batch/index
it returns this line:
sonar-scanner-engine-shaded-5.6.6.jar|d8869f7e1501c7163b7cfbec9ed6ff1d
Hence I don't understand why Maven can't access that url.
Thx a lot,
Best Regards

As you are able to access the SQ pages from browser from your laptop. Then network connectivity to the instance seems fine. I would check on the authorization of the SQ to check if anyuser can initiate a scan. If restricted user can initiate the scan then I will have to pass the config in the POM.xml
See http://docs.sonarqube.org/display/SONAR/Authorization#Authorization-ProjectPermissions
