The site stopped working and got out {}. Laravel + Vue - laravel

I have a web site developed with Laravel + vue.(Redis is also connected to the site) After turning on Developer Mode on cloudflare, I see only curly braces, the project does not build in the div app and app.js disappears

I tried restarting apache, the virtual machine, nothing helps, after a while the site gets up and starts working. I checked, the code reaches index.php, everything collapses in the app.blade file (entry point) after loading the favicon.

Quasar / Vue.js Image in header not showing

Im really new to Vue.js and Quasar and am currently trying to build just a basic application.
In there i have a header which should display a logo on the top left using the following code in my MainLayout.Vue.
<q-layout view="hHh LpR fFf">
<q-header elevated class="bg-accent text-white">
<q-toolbar>
<q-toolbar-title>
<q-img src= "public/icons/favicon-16x16.png" style="width: 70px;">
</q-img>
Title
</q-toolbar-title>
</q-toolbar>
</q-header>
<q-page-container>
<router-view />
</q-page-container>
</q-layout>
It runs without an error, but the image is not displayed. At its position there is just a blank space. When i open up the JavaScript Console in my Browser,
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
The path is definitely right. Placing the image inside of the src/assets folder did not help as well.
I followed this tutorial, which lead me to the point im at now.
The only difference i can see is that the project in the tutorial uses the "static" folder for its image, however my project does not contain such "static" folder.
Googling i found that the "static" folder got turned into the "public" folder through some update.
But since i'm using the public folder for my code above, this seemingly either is not true or the issue is something else.
So how do i get my logo to be displayed top left in my header?

Image not loading in page on WAMP localhost 403 forbidden error, but clicking its link works

I have the following code in my localhost project in WAMP
<img src="/imgs/quickstartVideo.jpg" width="357" height="200" alt="quick start video">
The image won't appear - console says "403 (forbidden)". However, if I right click to view the page source, and click the image's link, the image appears.
The page loads js and css files that are using the same sort of relative URL.
Why does it tell me it's forbidden, yet lets me load it when I click it? How do I get it to just load please?
My dir structure is:
c:\wamp
c:\wamp\www
c:\wamp\www\imgs
c:\wamp\www\js (js files are loading fine)
UPDATE: it's displaying correctly in MS Edge, but not Chrome.
Thank you
Solved -the issue was an IfModule mod_rewrite I'd set up in htaccess to stop image hotlinking on my production domain. Commented it out for localhost development, and, funny enough, my images are working again.

How to host Laravel project on Raspberry Pi

I have scoured the depths of the internet for this solution and I come up empty handed. I have installed apache server on my pi and when I access the IP address from another computer, it pulls up the correct index.html page. So the server is working fine. My problem is that I can't get my Laravel app to work. When I deploy my laravel apps to other hosting sites, I put everything except the "public" folder into a separate folder in the file tree, and edit the index.php file in the public folder to match the new file structure of pointing to the autoload.php and bootstrap files. None of that is working for me in the apache server on the Pi. Can someone tell me how to do this or where there is legitimate documentation on how to do it. Please don't point me to any google articles that come up in the first 3 pages because i've read and tried them all.
The only thing that happens right now is that when i go to "IPaddress/project_folder" in the URL, it just brings up the file tree in the browser as opposed to pointing to my "/" route within the laravel project.

Vue components not working on live server

My components are not being rendered when I upload my project on a live server. It works fine on my local machine after I run npm run production when I upload the changes none of the vue components are being loaded in the page. On my local machine the vuejs dev tools tells me the site is running in production but when I go to the live server in the console it says
You are running Vue in development mode.
and on the browser taskbar it says
Vue.js not detected
I have no idea how to fix it. I saw a post saying I should upload the node_modules folder to the live server. But I doubt that would change anything plus it would take too long. How can I fix this?
I found out that the server was loading an older copy of the js file. So I had to apply cache busting by adding a phantom query to the end of the file. <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/app.js?v=2.4.1"></script>

404 error after hosting website developed using codeigniter

I am trying to develop an web application that takes google address and stores for future use..
I am a little new to codeIgniter and a little help would be appreciable...
I have developed the application in WAMP 2.0..
It works fine there..But when I upload it to a production server, it displays the index page..but as soon as I try to navigate to other pages from the home page it gives a
404 Page Not Found..
You can always check the site here..
The entire application is working fine in my localhost that is in WAMP..
Thanks in advance
it may be to do with case sensitivity in *nix and windows environments.
this link works:
http://www.poimart.com/index.php/poi/create_user
but this doesn't (404s) (no capital P)
http://www.poimart.com/index.php/Poi/create_user
so any references to your pages within your app should have lower case.
Have you checked if any .htaccess file exists in your document root?
