Ms Teams Bot Icon is not displayed

I've used app studio from MS Teams to creat a manifest for a Bot App. I've uploaded the full color picture as well as trasparent outlone. However the icon is not displaying at the chat window. Only the default icon is visivle.
Any ideas, how can I solve the issue? Thanks a lot!
Is your bot sideloaded or uploaded to your organization's private app store? In those cases, the image used for the bot in the chat window is taken from the bot registration in Bot Framework. (This is a known issue that we're tracking.)
To change your bot's icon:
If you registered your bot using App Studio:
Go to https://dev.botframework.com/bots and sign in with the same account you use in Teams
Select your bot, then go to Settings
Click on "Upload custom icon"
If you registered your app using the Azure portal:
Go to the Bot Service or Bot Channels Registration resource in Azure
Go to Settings
Upload a custom icon
As #Adrian Solis answer is indeed correct, I just wanted to add that it can also be related to caching issues. If you are changing icons and want to check if everything is working as expected, you can delete your browsers cache or the cache of the Microsoft Teams Windows App.
The Microsoft Teams Windows App has the following cache folders. Just stop the app, delete everything in this folders and start it again.
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache\
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage\
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache\
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases\
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache\
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB\
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage\
%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp\

Microsoft Web App Bot Icon not changing

I have changed the icon of my bot in the Bot's Settings. But the new image doesn't appear nor in the Skype for Business neither in the MS Teams conversation.
It is a Web App Bot, created from the template, I went to its blade, settings, and uploaded the less-than-30kb image.
When I go to the conversations in MSTeams and Skype for Business, even 16hs later, it still doesn't display the picture.
The icon should be:
1 .PNG image
2. The resolution should be either 30X30 or 50X50.

Google Admob in windowd phone 8 using cocos2dx

I have create a game in cocos2dx and integrate google admob for iOS and Android.
now I want to integrate google admob in this cocos2dx game for Windows Phone 8.
How I can do this?
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Your game needs to be built from the WP8-xaml template rather than wp8.
Do you want banner ads or interstitial? For banner ads, once you've created a template it's straight forward, just follow the instructions on the admob site once you've got your WP8-XAML template app up and running.

Blackberry and Windows phone 7 publishing of trivial app

We have a mobile version of our web site which works well on all mobile screen resolutions and sizes. Now, we would like to build a very simple app for Blackberry and Windows Phone 7. The app would be trivial - after you click on its icon, it opens a web browser and send you to our mobile web site. Just like a Windows OS shortcut that you place on your desktop.
Can you tell me if Blackberry and Windows Phone 7 policies allow such app be published? For example, Apple rejected us.
I can't speak for Blackberry, but Requirement 2.10 from the WP7 Application Certification Requirements:
Your application must have distinct,
substantial and legitimate content and
purpose other than merely launching a webpage.
So the answer seems to be no on the WP7 marketplace. Is there a reason you want to create an app like that anyway? On WP7, users can pin a tile to their home screen that will launch the website they've pinned. You could simply encourage users to do that on their WP7 and you'll get the same effect (except your site won't appear in the app list).
Seems this is okay for BlackBerry. See section 4.b of the App World FAQ.
Very strange. Our company has placed a similar application on Android Market and the Appstore and they have been resolved and now they available at stores. Also, I had a similar application for Windovs Phone, and it was also allowed.
P.S. Our application is not just a browser window, it has custom control panel in bottom. Also it has the communication protocol with the site - such a sending pictures from camera and phone and access to phone contacts.

how to change a Windows phone 7 market place application icon

I uploaded windows phone 7 app in market and it's rejected by apphub market, with reason of displaying default app icon, here the application icon is not being displayed instead it shows an default application icon.I also uploaded all design images in artwork design with suitable dimension of icon. Please help me to show application icon in market place.
Have a look at the end of this post
It shows how to set these icons. (The posts starts with drawing them but you could skip that)
If you are looking in the app hub at the details of your released ap, this always shows the default "cog" app at the top.
If you've uploaded the correcct images these will be seen in the application artwork section of the page.
If the wrong images are being displayed in the marketplace, is this the phone marketplace or the desktop one? Or both?
If the images displayed in the marketplace don't match the ones listed in the details in the app hub then you should contact app hub support.
