I have a function that need to accept two parameters- user and folder! I call that function from VBscript, and parameters need to be send with post method. This is the Vbscript function code from where I want to post data:

How I can resolve this, how i can post two variables to this function?

I think you cannot declare a Const variable with variable parts. Change the line to
dim userVar, folderVar, HOST
userVar = "PC\User"
folderVar = "c:\foldername"
HOST = "http://192.168.0.144/webservice13/service1.asmx/Lock?User=" & userVar & "&folder=" & folderVar
Have you made sure the PC\User and c:\foldername paremeters you are using when constructing your HOST variable are propery URL Encoded?
You should also prepend an & to any additional parameter. You have not done this with your "folder=" paramenter, which should be "&folder=".

When I run it, I get the error Object required: 'DLL'. Since the post is from 2004, I assume that VBS interaction with User32.dll has been changed.
I am missing a line with CreateObject, something like Set DLL = CreateObject("User32.dll").
Does anybody know what is correct code for script to work?
I have also found that it was possible to use
Set oAutoIt = CreateObject("AutoItX.Control")
oAutoIt.BlockInput "on"
But this is obsolete.
Is it possible to call BlockInput from VBS?

I have a file header.asp that has an server side include head.asp. Inside head.asp my connection to my database is created and is accessible from the header.asp file and pages that use the header.asp file as an server side include (in this case my core.asp file). Inside core.asp I have the following:

This executes just fine and the proper page renders inside the core.asp file. My issue, is that the connection string (from head.asp) is not available to the file being called from Server.Execute. Thus, I cannot run database queries, etc. on this page unless I were to instantiate the object anew. Is there any way to use the object created?
If I have not explained this properly, I will expound as I am able given my intermediate experience level.
As a follow up to answer #1, if I've followed the logic correctly, I'm attempting to create the connection object at the application level (global.asa):

Assign this object to a session variable and you can access it from any page you like...
Session("MyConnectionObj")= CONN
CONN is your instantiated connection object on the page where you instantiate your connection originally. And in your executed file just call
set NewCONN=Session("MyConnectionObj")
RS.Open strSql ,NewCONN,1,1
where strSql is your SQL, RS is your recordset etc... Obviously if you calling the stored procedure, it will look slightly different but you get the point.
Edited to show that object have to be declared and set before one using it. As I see at least one "expert" did not know that.

I prefer to use the 2nd option, the CDO method, you just need to take atention to the fact that usually this email goes to the spam inbox, you need to manually add it to your secure contacts

When I run this code, I get the following error.
If I remove &request_token=#####some_default_request_token###### it works just fine.
I also tried this: I added again the request_token, and I just typed a random character in it, for example, rexfuest_token, and strangely it worked. It seems there's a wrong parse in msxml3.dll. with request_token word.
Ideas?
This problem could be related to the security issues in Windows. The best way to fix it is to replace Microsoft.XmlHttp/MSXML2.XMLHTTP with MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.

Try with a more recent version:

It could also be an issue with your Internet security settings (see here). Open the Internet Options applet in the Control Panel, select the zone for the website (probably "Trusted sites") in the Security tab and click Custom level….
In the section Miscellaneous set Access data sources across domains to Enabled.
Also can change URL from http to https. Me helps
For me the solution was to add the URL in trusted sites.
Internet explorer browser > Tools > Internet options > Security > Trusted sites > Sites > Add the URL under "Add this website to the zone: " and click add and save.

I was trying to get some code executed when the winhttp response comes (using VBScript inside HTA file). You may consider putting your event code right after the send. Using the following code, the user interface does not hang when waiting for the response:

This seems to be the same as synchronous winhttp for script files, which can be what you are looking for. So, the only difference may be noticed when using an user interface.
Change the third paramater in the call to the Open method to false. Then place the code you would have in OnResponseFinished after the call to send.
Use WScript's CreateObject not the built in one for event handler.

What works for me is Microsoft.ServerXMLHTTP which allows setting of the onreadystatechange in VBScript. The "MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP" handles redirecting websites (e.g. google.com) which makes it a better choice over "Microsoft.XMLHTTP".

It does need seem to be possible according to this (go to remarks) you can only access the error state with Err. Microsoft's documentation is lousy.
I found that I can get this to work Asynchronously by using the 'waitForResponse' with parameter '0' for the timeout method as a flag.
IE:
