We have a web site with domain http://209.59.154.150/~phnxaudi/,.
To develop this website we have used Joomla framework, and we have used Ckeditor in it, for uploading files(pdf, images etc ).
Also we have installed Ckeditor in the server.
But for some reason we are getting an internal 500 server error.
Could anyone please help us to solve this issue?
I have gotten 500 errors from ckFinder. It almost always is permissions. Ensure that the internet user has read/directory browse/write permissions to the configured "user files" folder.
Try to remove the ".htaccess" file in the ckeditor root directory. This caused the error at our server.
if that's dont work, try to gave 0755 permission to the connector file in core....
when you put your files in the server automatically give 0777 permissions, and I can't execute php file, ...
try with a "hello world" en ckfinder folder and you can see the problem of permission.
sorry for my bad english.
enjoy!

Does the filename contain non-standard characters? Does it have no extension? I've found that if either of those are true, the image will not upload, the logs show nothing, and the CKEditor image upload interface shows a 500 error.
I faced the same issue with my ck_editor app, I was getting a similar type of error.
I tried copying demo application from django-ckeditor repository ck-editor demo application
with all the settings.
I faced two types of errors:-
Not mentioning upload path in the root urls
path('upload/', ImageUploadView.as_view(), name="upload")
import ImageUploadView from the ckeditor_uploader.views
I selected ckeditor_uploader's pillowbackend
This forum was quite useful to solve this problem.
which should have been something like
Hope it solves your problem.
i get this error
after install ckeditor and add the ckuploader '
Note: don't forget before you do the upload to run this commend:
python manage.py collectstatic
you need to get this folder in your project and on it you find this ckeditor folder:

I do this settings and it worked for me:

Actually the file openconfig-interfaces.yaml is there.
Any suggestion to solve this problem, thanks in advance
Seems to be a cross domain issue, Install the live server plugin in vscode, and then open it again
I have a strange behaviour from Laravel. I just copied the website to a new hoster. Everything is working quite fine but one thing: I can't access the images in my public folder. If I try to open an image on my own with "domain.com/img/Ausfahrten/42.png i get the following error:
error image loading
The folder structure on my server looks like this:

What method can't laravel find and how can I resolve this? I've already checked file permissions on the server, everything's fine there.
Laravel throw that error when it cannot find the file. Try to access to another directory without Uppercase letter in its path name.
I went through the whole process in order to move openx. My banners are normally displayed and I have full access to administration. The only issue is that when trying to upload a banner, it isn't saved. When returning to the banner properties tab the file is missing. Can you help please? Thanks.
This issue may raised after migrate files in to new server then you may not change "webDir" value in your configuration file under "YourOpenX/var/yourdomainame.conf.php" file .
If above mentioned not working then problem should be in "www/images" folder permission.
check and put your comment here if you need any other help.
I got Laravel 4 zip file from gitHub. ("laravel-master").
run composer and get all the dependencies.
i can access it from: "127.0.0.1/laravel-master/public"
but when i rename the "laravel-master" to other names, and then try to access it, i get:
"HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request."
I can not figure out what's going wrong !
You need to set your vhost docroot to /public most likely. You shouldn't be able to access it at /public since that should be the root.
Because you specifically mentioned MAMP (in the comments to an answer below), try going to Preferences on the MAMP app page, and click "--" in the cache dropdown of the PHP tab.
A simple refresh after that cleared up this same issue for me.
see Apathetic012's comment on a similar issue on Github (https://github.com/laravel/framework/issues/625)
EDIT: specifying where MAMP was mentioned.
Periodically after branch downloading from github Yii shows such an issue:
copy(Z:\home\localhost\www\insur\insurance\assets\c75d288a\css\_notes\dwsync.xml) [<a href='function.copy'>function.copy</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied
(/_notes/dwsync.xml - is a file created by DreamWeaver automatically for developer's notes).
I can't figure out following:
Why Yii tries to implement copy($path,$dst.DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR.$file); for that file (it's here: [site_root]\yii\framework\utils\CFileHelper.php(130))?
Why an access error is possible on Windows localhost?
What exactly is an error source - Windows, Apache or Yii (or maybe DW)?
What is solution?
So a real Guru needed!
I believe that here is one!
Generally Yii Assets Manager will try to publish (or republish) copies of diffirent resources (img, css, js, ..etc) used by your app (made by you or nativly in the framework, e.g Gii module stuff)
An access error can happen in localhost if you didn't set needed permission to web-server process. But in this exact case i think the web-server can not find the folder from the begining.
It is a joint crime between Yii & Apache. Yii CAssestsManager expects an assets folder, Apache can't find it and complains
Proposed Solution:
Make sure you have a folder named assets in your App Root and make sure it's writable by the web server process!!
