It comes out the following output:

What causes the error? How can I debug where the error comes from?
Could you post the code of either your YAML File or - if you wrote them yourself - your Models? That's where the problem should be.

I tried changing the lenght of 'FIELD' to more than 10 and reverse engineering but it didn't work.
Is this error coming from the original source? I'm doing a replica so I just have view privileges on it and I believe so because is the C$ table where the error comes from.

Solution: I tried with the length option before like the answers suggested but didn't work, I noticed the orginal source modified their field lenght so I reverse enginereed source table and problem solved.

As Bobby mentioned in the comment it might come from the byte/char semantics.
The C$ tables created by the LKMs usually copy the structure of the source data. So a workaround would be to go in the model and manually increase the size of the FIELD column in the source datastore (even if it doesn't represent what is in the database). The C$ table will be created whith that size on the next run.
I am exporting with expdp a schema from a database and the process finishes with no error but when I try to use impdp to import the schema, several views fail to be imported with the following message:
ORA-39083: Object type VIEW failed to create with error:
ORA-00928: missing SELECT keyword
Failing sql is:
CREATE FORCE VIEW...
The create statement that is in the message effectively is missing the SELECT statement, because is truncated way before it should appear. When I check the VIEW in the source database the view is properly created.
The only possible cause I can see for this issue is the length of the statement given that all failing statements have between 389 characters and 404 characters at the point where the statements are truncated.
Is there a way to set the maximum number of characters that the expdp should be able to handle? Or is there a different way I which I should handle these views.
I have one SSIS package in which there is one DFT. In DFT, I have one Oracle source and one Oracle destination.
In Oracle destination I am using Data Access Mode as 'Table Name - Fast Load (Using Direct Path)'
There is one strange issue with that. It is failing with the following error
[Dest 1 [251]] Error: Fast Load error encountered during
PreLoad or Setup phase. Class: OCI_ERROR Status: -1 Code: 0 Note:
At: ORAOPRdrpthEngine.c:735 Text: ORA-00604: error occurred at
recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL
I thought it is due to NULL values in source but there is no NOT NULL constraint in the destination table, so it should not be an issue. And to add into this, the package is working fine in case of 'Normal Load' but 'Fast Load'.
I have tried using NVL in case of NULL values from source but still no luck.
I have also recreated the DFT with these connections but that too in vain.
Can some one please help me with this?

I recently encountered a Strange issue on Merge statement. It failed with ORA 30926 error.
I have already checked for the below pitfalls,
Duplicate records check in Source and Target table – Came out clean
Source and Target tables Analyze structure – Came out clean
Source and Target tables Indexes Analyze structure – Came out clean
Same Merge SQL when DBA tried in SYS user – Worked. Still Puzzling
Same Merge SQL runs successfully in Copy table of Target – Worked. Still Puzzling
DBA Bounced the TEST server. Though not convincing wanted to give a try as the issue appears to be strange – Didn’t Workout
Gathered the statistics
Truncate the Original target table and reload from Copy table and try the Merge again - Didn't Workout. Failed with same error
Nutshell Script:

Unique Index (EMPLOYEE_NO, START_DATE) exists on Target table and a normal Index of same combination exists on Source table. Target table is a partitioned table and there are some VPD policies applied to other columns.
My Database version : Oracle 11.2.0.3.0
If you really checked everything you said correctly, then this is a bit of a puzzler. I think #4 in your diagnostic checklist may be telling: that the same statement worked when executed as SYS.
For fun, check to see where there are any VPD policies on either table (DBMS_RLS package). If there are, try to disable them and retry the merge.
This error happens on MERGE when the USING clause returns more than one row for one or more target rows according to your matching criteria. Since it can't know which of two updates to do first, it gives up.
Run:
SELECT matching_column1, ..matching_ColumnN, count(*)
FROM (
<your USING query>
)
group by matching_column1, ..matching_ColumnN
having count(*) > 1
To find the offending source data. At that point either modify your USING query to resolve it, change your matching criteria, or clean up bad data - whichever is appropriate.
EDIT - Add another item:
One other possibility - you will get this error if you try to update a column in your target that is referenced in your ON clause.
So make sure that you are not trying to UPDATE the EMPLOYEE_NO or START_DATE fields.
I'm trying to add an attribute to an already existing Object Type in an Oracle 10.2.0.4 DB.
The schema is valid, and everything is working before running the following statement:
ALTER TYPE sometype ADD ATTRIBUTE (somefield varchar(14))
CASCADE INCLUDING TABLE DATA
/
SHOW ERRORS
The alter fails with an ORA-22324 and an ORA-21700.
Afterwards most of the schema objects which depend on sometype are invalid.
Compiling them all, restores the schema to a working state.
Anyone seen that kind of error?
ORA-22324 is "Altered type has compilation errors", and ORA-21700 is "Object does not exist or is marked for delete". Sounds like the body of your type may be referencing something which has been deleted.
