Get [Messages] values in InnoSetup's language file - windows

I know I can easily get messages inside
[CustomMessages]
AdditionalIcons=blablabla
using this code:
ExpandConstant('{cm:AdditionalIcons}');
which gets the AdditionalIcons string message. However, how can I get messages inside this?
[Messages]
ButtonNext=huhu
ButtonInstall=bubu
What I need is to get the ButtonNext, ButtonInstall and other values, and it is NOT possible to get those values using code like this:
ExpandConstant('{cm:ButtonNext}');
How can I query those values?

Inno Setup Script tips

Try
SetupMessage(msgButtonNext);
In general, the name of the constant to use (in this case msgButtonNext) is msg + the name of the message (string concatination).

“Error no label add or removes specified” when trying to modify labels using Gmail's Ruby API

I've looked at https://www.rubydoc.info/github/google/google-api-ruby-client/Google/Apis/GmailV1/ModifyThreadRequest and the examples https://developers.google.com/gmail/api/v1/reference/users/labels/update for Python and JS but can't figure out how to format the request properly in ruby.
I'm trying:
service.modify_thread('me',thread_id,{'add_label_ids'=>['UNREAD']})
and various other permutations of the object but can't get anything other than Google::Apis::ClientError: invalidArgument: No label add or removes specified in response.
Any help appreciated
modify_thread expects a Google::Apis::GmailV1::ModifyThreadRequest object as third argument according to the documentation.
In the source of the constructor of ModifyThreadRequest you can see that it looks for a key :add_label_ids in its arguments.
So if modify_thread creates the ModifyThreadRequest object itself then
service.modify_thread('me',thread_id, add_label_ids: ['UNREAD'])
should work.
If that fails I would try
mtr = Google::Apis::GmailV1::ModifyThreadRequest.new(add_label_ids: ['UNREAD'])
service.modify_thread('me', thread_id, mtr)

SonarJs still shows warning about postMessage cross-domain issue

The error message is "make sure this cross-domain message is being sent to the intended domain".
This check rule from RSPEC-2819
Authors should not use the wildcard keyword ( *) in the targetOrigin argument in messages that contain any confidential information, as otherwise there is no way to guarantee that the message is only delivered to the recipient to which it was intended.
I assume it demands * cannot be used as targetOrigin, But It still shows warning when I use intended domain as targetOrigin like below:
Please somebody can tell me how to pass this check,
Any help would be appreciated
This rule detects only if a method postMessage is invoked on an object with a name containing window in it. Source code: PostMessageCheck.java. To bypass it, just assign your contentWindow object into different one, like this:
var content = this.elem.contentWindow;
content.postMessage('your message', window.location.origin);
Have faced similar issue in sonarQube. Below fix worked. Just get rid of using window object using directly.
Actual code:
window.parent.postMessage("data", parenturl);
Fix:
var content=window;
content.parent.postMessage("data",parenturl);

How to make jmeter while controller work

I'm having trouble getting the while controller to work in jmeter.
I've a feeling that I read that it doesn't re-evalute user defined variables, so I am trying to use properties instead.
I start off by using a BSF assertion to set a property called keepLooping
${__setProperty(keepLooping, true)};
This seems to work as it enters the While controller with a condition of
${__property(keepLooping)}
But I cannot for the life of me get it to change that property to something else. I want it to change the property depending on the resulting text of an http request.
So I am using a Regular Expression Extractor to set a variable, which I can see is getting set. Then I am trying to use a BSF assertion to set the keepLooping property on the basis of the variable that I have set. I am using javascript as follows:
log.info("IM IN HERE");
log.info("props is "+props);
//log.info("props keep looping is "+props["keepLooping"]);
if (${surveyRequired} == false){
log.info("IM IN HERE 1A and props is "+props);
${__setProperty(keepLooping, true)};
log.info("IM IN HERE 1B");
}
else {
log.info("IM IN HERE 2A");
${__setProperty(keepLooping, false)};
log.info("IM IN HERE 2B");
}
I can't figure out how to set the property with javascript - I've tried several things. Can anyone help? Many thanks!
Also can anyone recommend a good resource that negotiates what seem to be the many 'quirks' of jmeter? Many thanks!
"I've a feeling that I read that it doesn't re-evalute user defined variables" -- I use JMeter 2.9 and it really does. I use user defined variable in order to count number of loops. It looks like: ${__javaScript(${MY_USER_DEFINED_VARIABLE}>0)}. The only one annoying thing is that I have to get value of variable, increment it, cast to string (toString() in Groovy), and then put new value into MY_USER_DEFINED_VARIABLE (by using vars.putObject("MY_USER_DEFINED_VARIABLE",localBSFVariable))
Using vars.put or props.put will help, as explained in detailed in detail in this jmeter thread.

DbLimitExpression requires a collection argument

Does anyone have the faintest idea what this error means please and how to resolve it? All my research is drawing a blank, I can see how to set it on MSDN but it doesn't explain it in a way that explains to me what the issue is. If I remove some of my LINQ queries to set viewbag items then it seems to resolve it but the moment I set new ones and pass them into my view to generate a mail for MVCMailer it comes back. Not sure if its a viewbag issue or simply that I am calling too many linq queries to generate them to pass to the view.
I am very stuck (again)..........
Cheers,
Steve.
DbLimitExpression requires a collection argument.
Parameter name: argument
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.ArgumentException: DbLimitExpression requires a collection argument.
Parameter name: argument
An example of the code is:
var VBSalutation = from A in context.Salutations
where A.SalutationId == policytransaction.SalutationId
select A.SalutationName;
ViewBag.Salutation = VBSalutation.FirstOrDefault();
This is repeated for various parameters and then passed to the view.
Well, I faced a similar problem and solved it. Problem was in WHERE clause: data type of left side equal operator (=) sign was not matching with data type of right side. So in your scenario:
where A.SalutationId == policytransaction.SalutationId
SalutationID of A might be an INT and SalutationId of policytransaction might be a string (This is how it was in my case).
I solved it by assigning policytransaction.SalutationId to an Int variable and using it:
int myIntVariable = Convert.ToInt16(policytransaction.SalutationId);
...//some code here
where A.SalutationId == myIntVariable;
Please also note that you cannot directly cast your variables directly in Linq else you'll get an error "LINQ to Entities does not recognize the method". You'll have to use a temp variable and then apply the where clause.
Try ViewBag.Salutation = VBSalutation.SingleOrDefault();

Saving GMAIL Attachment as 'Subject - (Date of message)' using ruby

I am trying to incorporate this script here (http://snippets.dzone.com/posts/show/7530), yet i'm no ruby wizard.
Right now it pulls down mail that I want with the local_file name, but was wondering if its possible to have it pull it down and save it by the 'message subject title + date of message'. When I try using mail.date, I get a longer than normal string, and can't convert it with Time.parse().
For instance, right now it pulls down an attachment as 103134.htm, which has no significance to me, and I'd rather have it be "Logs from Blah - 11/12/2009.htm" since it pulls the subject and date from the original message instead of the attachment local_name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
mail.date already returns a Time object, so it is not required that you parse it again. Instead use mail.date.strftime("%m/%d/%Y") to get your desired output
