I am trying to devise an ideal work flow which involves client, PM , Configuration manager, team leader, developer , tester and finally the repository itself.
Who would control what,how will the information flow and what role should the PM have when a change is requested.
A very suitable starting point would be the Wikipedia entry on this subject:

It does a good job of showing the general process flow and roles & responsibilities. You may want to tweak it to your organization.

I need to use the Steamworks API to pull the live player count of a game server and have it on my web app.
When I go to the Web API section it only gives me a limited number of uses for it, which do not include mine. Do you have any idea how I can do it?

we need to create policy for "disable autoRun for inserted drive and automatically apply for all our device.

You don't have to create a separate policy for this requirement, Azure already has a policy defined "AutoPlay Policies".
Please check that out if not meeting your requirement then you can extend that policy.

I’m not sure if this question is for StackOverflow or some other Q&A site.
Under the Capacity tab we have to manually update for each team member's annual leave that have been booked. Is it possible to link this to the outlook calendar?
Edit: Since its put on hold due to not being specific, I have edited it just to link the Capacity tab with the outlook calendar. Basically, the idea is to not manually update the capacity for each employee for the dates sprint is being planned. Hope this will help and encourage others to attempt the answer.

In my application i have to create report.I don't know which opensource reporting tool is best either jassper report or pentaho report.If anyone has idea about this please share your view. And In what are the aspect jasperreport is differ with pentaho.
I would highly recommend the myDBR reporting tool. myDBR allows you to create your reports within minutes and can easily be integrated to your existing web-application.
