"ibtool not found. Please ensure the Apple SDK is installed." - xcode

since I updated my Xcode to 3.2.5 I get an error when I try to build a MonoMac project I'm working on.
"ibtool not found. Please ensure the Apple SDK is installed."
Did anyone of you guys ever have that before? Is there a way to manually reconfigure the path to Interface Builder in MonoDevelop? MonoDevelop is version 2.4.
Thanks

I'm still not exactly sure how to solve the problem but re-installing Xcode 3.2.4 did the trick for me.

Xamarin.iOS project not building after Firebase.Crashlytics upgrade

When I try to build my iOS project I get the following error:
Could not decompress the native framework 'FirebaseInstallations.framework' from '/Users/user188959/Library/Caches/Xamarin/mtbs/builds/TestApp.iOS/cc2e7be6a53e530c6acb7d83641ed73c09b7e9dc20fc89349f358d22430aaf4f/obj/iPhoneSimulator/Debug/mtouch-cache/FirebaseInstallations.framework.zip
My iOS build Linker Behaviour is Link Framework SDKs Only. I have tried to delete bin & obj folders, clean & build and also restart Visual Studio, nothing seems to work and I really need to get over this hurdle. All help is much appreciated, thanks.
It only happens after my upgrade of Firebase Crashlytics from 3.14.0.3 to 4.6.2
I've had a similar issue.
Updating Xamarin.Firebase.iOS.InstanceID and after that all Xamarin.Firebase.iOS libraries solved it for me.

How do I fix this command prompt error regarding these error messages?

So I already have these installed. I had Android Studio 4.2.0 but deleted it and got 4.1.0 to fit the circumstances. Now, it's telling me to get 4.0 and 4.1, which is confusing me a lot. I have Flutter and Dart installed, so I don't understand where I went wrong. s
I think your previous version of Android Studio isn't deleted properly. Try deleting its caches too. And I don't think these dart and flutter plugins installation is required for you as you are using visual studio code.
Try running a sample project and see if it runs or not.
Happy Coding

Xamarin Studio Error: A valid Xcode installation could not be found

I updated Xcode this morning (version 4.6.2) and right now, I cannot compile my projects.
Error: A valid Xcode installation could not be found. If your copy of
Xcode is installed to a non-standard prefix, please specify the
location in Xamarin Studio's Preferences under 'SDK Locations'
I checked that SDK Locations are good but still same problem.
Any ideas to solve this problem ? Xamarin Studio 4.0.3 (Build 13)
OK, it seems to be the Bug of Xcode 4.6.2: http://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/comment/10620/#Comment_10620
There is a known issue with Xcode 4.6.2, we would recommend that you
re-download Xcode 4.6.1 and continue using that until we get a fix out
for Xamarin Studio. You can re-download Xcode 4.6.1 from
https://developer.apple.com/downloads/index.action
The only one way is to go back to 4.6.1 :(
Xamarin Studio 4.0.4 released, fixes incompatibility with Xcode 4.6.2
I have the same problem. Is a bug and you need download 4.6.1 from https://developer.apple.com/downloads
You just need to be registered as Apple developer and will find previous version on Developer Tools
Do you have to have a paid developeraccount to get the 4.6.1 version of xcode from apple?
I only have the free account and I haven't found it on the apple hp.
Edit:
A Screenshot from my downloadssection on the apple hp:

Upgrading Xcode to 3.2.6

Hey I am upgrading to Xcode 3.2.6 now to test my app on 4.3 device as I will apply for the developer license tomorrow. Does the Xcode install itself over the old one or should I be worried about something?
You have nothing to worry about if you mean upgrade (not downgrade).
Xcode installs over itself, unless you choose a different install directory. Theres nothing to worry about, you can always do a complete uninstall and re-install a previous version (If you have it saved somewhere, I have the SDK's saved since iPhone SDK 3.0)

Base SDK missing after a fresh install of XCode 3.2.5 which includes iOS SDK 4.2

I'm new to iPhone development. I just did a fresh install of XCode 3.2.5 with iOS SDK 4.2. No previous XCode or iOS versions have been installed before. However trying to compile some sample project from some books gives "Base SDK Missing". :( What to do? How can I use XCode 3.2.5 for older iPhones like 3GS if it only supports 4.2?
When I go to "Project/Edit Project Settings/Architecture/Base SDK/iOS SDK's" only iOS 4.2 is available to be selected.
Do I need to install older XCode first and then upgrade?
In the build settings, you can support older phones by setting "iOS Deployment Target" to something like 3.0. http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/DeveloperTools/Conceptual/cross_development/Configuring/configuring.html has more details on the difference between this and the Base SDK setting.
Set Project/Edit Project Settings/Architecture/Base SDK to the Latest OS version, then quit and restart Xcode. You can later set the Deployment target to a lower OS version.
I had the same problem for most of the afternoon. I did everything suggested and nothing worked UNTIL I cleaned and cleaned and saved and rebooted and re-built. Unfortunately that doesn't tell me what actually worked, but it does give everyone "just one more thing" to try.
