I type fast and make a lot of typos. All this is in forums and chat gets ignored but in office on Microsoft Communicator, I make a lot of mistakes. So I'm making a spell checker. Right now I'm testing it, but I want to know how can I associate my spell checker with Communicator.

We are working with a client looking to launch in Europe and there are concerns if Heroku is compliant with Europe's Safe Harbor rules. I've done some Googling but most of the questions seem to be from 2011 without any clear answer.
Does anybody know if there is an update to this? Can we host a website for a European client on Heroku?

This maybe some ridiculous, but sometimes I need to work on server and there was no X interface. How to use Google and its search results in Unix-like terminal?

I have heard some pretty bad review about source safe (VSS) but no real examples. Anyone have a good example/story?
VSS: No warning for conflict when you do checkin. My colleague used to eliminate my changes. And then I had to drill down into comparing version histories for the check-in he did. He just used to ignore each time :(
