I have need to develop my joomla knowledge,so please Guide me which are the must visit daily websites for joomla Developers? other then Stack OverFlow.

The only thing I would categorize as must “visit” daily websites for joomla devs is the vulnerabilities and extension vulnerabilities lists. Nothing else is day-important. But that may be fit more for webmasters than devs.
For improving joomla knowledge, don’t visit daily sites but develop and check the wiki. There’s guides there that will help you.

Can one make any earning by getting involved in Springsource projects(by contributing code, submitting pull requests, testing features etc.)
You can if you are a VMWare employee.
You probably can (indirectly) if you are a normal guy. Being an opensource contributor is something good employers are looking for and may help you get a better job / salary.

Are there any Stackoverflow like sites for Joomla?
I know that there is a site for Drupal on the StackExchange network. I was hoping that someone might know of a similar site for Joomla.

Is there any decent free project/task management software out there with tasks management? I am looking for something similar to Trac or Redmine, but I would also like subtasking my tasks as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
We use Project Kaizer. It supports unlimited subtasking and is free for up to 5 users.

I want to add, add to quote functionality in my magento site ?
like :http://www.belgosweet.be/product.php?product=85&cat=20 this site.
Thanks
You do understand that there is no straight answer for that.
What you are asking for involves modifying several core files and functionality. Maybe you would be interested in an already free available solution something like this:
http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/Cart2Quote/extension/5495/cart2quote_customer_quotation
There are other solutions with payment if you want too :)

I am looking for a free image gallery extension which I can integrate in Joomla 1.5. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Ramji
The place to start is the Joomla Extensions Directory. It currently has 42 (!) offerings in the category of "photo gallery", most of which are free. Check them out.
If you don't know which to choose, start with the Very Simple Image Gallery; it may well do just what you need (you haven't specified any detailed requirements).
