How to I put time in my website's tab? - time

I was wondering if any of you can tell me how I can put the time in my website's tab. Heres an example: http://blog.wearebuild.com/
As you can see on the top (where the title is), it says "Build - We do Print - 22.10"
I am using DreamWeaver to design this website.
Thanks in advance!

You have to use JavaScript to modify document.title to dynamically alter the page's title. If you want to insert the date/time you can use JavaScript's Date object.

Tumblr: how do I remove the description/sidebar box on the submit page in the default Peter Vidani theme?

I have a tumblr account that has submission enabled, and I have a short description with a form in the "description" area that appears on the sidebar. However, this description also appears on myblog.tumblr.com/submit. I'd like to remove it.
I looked at the documentation on http://www.tumblr.com/docs/en/custom_themes#navigation, but haven't been able to figure out how to prevent the sidebar description from showing at the top of the submit page.
Can anyone help?
I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly. But if I did, a work around would be using jQuery to check if the current url contains the string /submit and simply disable the sidebar, or the element that contains the description.
I don't know jQuery but I know it's possible. I'd suggest you to look into this post:
How to check if the URL contains a given string?
and combine it with this line (replace the "alert part")
$("#sidebardescription).hide();
Another solution would be if Tumblr provided you with a way to only render for specific pages. They usually do that. I'd look into this part {block:SubmissionsEnabled} {/block:SubmissionsEnabled} before I go with the workaround.

Changing the BIRT hyperlink at run time

Is my expectation valid? If yes, please guide me.
Local machine->local server process-> I generate Birt report-> which contain hyperlinks hard coded for example: http://www.ip_one.com/birtserver/parameters...(this is fine and points to another report and get me the report also when I hit the Url from inside the generated pdf report).
Now, what I need is to change ip_one to suppose ip_two once I hit the hyperlink which is inside the pdf(on the fly) keeping all the other parts of the url intact.
I am using birt-rcp-report-designer-4_2_2.
Thanks in advance.
It sounds like you are trying to dynamically create a hyperlink at report run time.
In the properties editor of the report item that has your link (i.e. label), edit the hyperlink. In the Hypelink Options (pop-up) to the left of "Location" field is the button ab| select 'JavaScript' Syntax.
You will be able to create the URL using JavaScript.

How to display the “Menu Title” in Joomla 2.5

I’m trying to display the menu title text (example “Home”) in the header area of my Joomla 2.5 website.
Joomla’s default (when activated) is to place it in the Component area.
I’m not sure the best way to accomplish this. By default Joomla wraps the menu title with an H1 tag but doesn’t wrap it with a div and class.
The ways I’ve thought might be best to do this are:
Somehow wrap all menu titles with a div and class so I could reposition them up into the header with css .
Add some php code to my template. Something like:
php
$menuTitle = $this->params->get(‘fieldNameOfMenuTitle’);
php
echo = $menuTitle;
Any ideas, suggestions, or answers would greatly appreciated
Thanks
Never found an exact answer but found a work around.
Used a modified version of the below demo/plug-in to create a custom field (named it: "Title that displays on the Web Page") in the articles menu. By default, the table that is created and displayed in the web page is in the component area and is wrapped in a w/ a class. Repositioned the with CSS up into the header/banner area.

Confluence export dynamic PDF title

I am using Confluence 4.0.3, I am trying to create a PDF layout/stylesheet so that it would grab the main title from the page content and move it to the title page.
What I have tried so far:
use the way that confluence suggests - it did not work well at all because it came with extra toc (np, I can hide it) and extra page content because it requires me to export from the parent level for it to work
I define a macro which contains the page title and I can use css to make it land on the title page. This works however if I was to export multiple docs this could pose a issue
Style the h1:first-child, this works but again on multiple docs this would be an issue.
Question: Is there a good way to do this on multiple doc exports? If not, does the page title have its own class that I can target instead of the h1:first-child? I tried h1.pagetitle (in their documentation) but it does not work, thanks
I used a user defined macro to put the title in and use the PDF export css to position it on the title page. This works as long as you are only exporting 1 document at the exporting level. If you are exporting 2 or more docs from the same exporting level then you can only define 1 of the macros or else they will all be at the same position on the title page.
This seems like the easiest way I found to implement something like this.
I would try employing a minor work-around. You could use a .asp page, which is located off of confluence, to pull the the pdf title and display it how you like. Then you can use an html-include macro to display the .asp page, and the pdf title it shows, wherever you like on confluence.

How to put space in tab title in dojo?

i am using dojo toolkit with php codeigniter 2.1.0 and i want to put space in tab name wherever necessary.
Anyone has any solution??
My code is :
<div id="setupParty" data-dojo-type="dijit.MenuItem"
onclick="addPartyTab('AddParty');">Manage <u>P</u>arty</div
If i will directly write as :
<div id="setupParty" data-dojo-type="dijit.MenuItem"
onclick="addPartyTab('Add Party');">Manage <u>P</u>arty</div
then it throws error
I want my tab to be displayed with name as "Add Party"
can anyone suggest me solution for this???
Thanx in advance
What error does it throw?
how does the code in addPartyTab look like?
The following should work in any case:
onclick="addPartyTab('Add Party');">
However, this may not be an ideal solution. You need to look into your addPartyTab function to first, ensure the text with embedded space is coming through fine (and i dont see any reason why it shouldnt) and then examine the code in that function to ensure it is being processed correctly - i suspect somewhere in there you will find why it is breaking.
In general, you can set title on a dijit tab (which is typically a contentpane) directly even if the title contains spaces without any issue. Following is a typical way of doing it:
dijit.byId("myTabContentPane").set("title", "Add Party - Hurray!");
where myTabContentPane is the id of the contentpane that makes up that tab
