I want to deploy my console application developed on Mono to Mac OS.
Has anyone know how to install mono using some script on Mac OS?

hey guys I'm trying to install older version of app on my new mac m1 but face with this error : "this app need earlier version of mac "..I'm wondering if there is especial command on terminal or else, for forcing the installation?
I have been trying to get AnzoGraph installed through docker in my Mac m1, but it seems this can work only on x86 architecture.
Do you know if there is any other way of having it install in my Mac?

I have an old Unix shell script that requires the use of bmtoa but I am unable to find it on Mac, and there isn't much on how to install it. Is there any way to get it supported on Mac?
bmtoa is an X11 tool, and is installed as part of the XQuartz package.
How do you build pygobject (GTK+ 3 in Python with introspection) on OSX? I'm not a mac user--I'm hoping to help my colleagues run an application I wrote for Linux on their mac books.

I upgraded my OSX to Lion. As I went to install couchdb locally I found that the installer link for mac on http://couchdb.apache.org was gone and replaced with "Mac OS X binaries coming soon". I haven't used couchdb before but I know it was there at one point.
A friend sent me a copy zipped up which he installed on his Snow Leopard OSX. This installed and I could access the Admin Console, but I was unable to access futon.
Is there a reason the button is missing, or is there another way to install it?
My guess is that the site is detecting my operating system and they just aren't ready for 10.7.5 yet. But How do I go about installing a local version?

It worked like a charm step by step.
