WCF service attempting to read mdf file - visual-studio

I have a Silverlight application, developed in VS2010 and deployed on Server 2008.
The application calls a WCF service within the project to read an mdf file, again within the application.
After getting through a number of what can only be called bugs within the VS deployement system (missing out the svc.cs file, placing the references in a folder the service can't see) I have managed to get it running.
The problem I'm having is that the service fails after a few seconds. Using WCF Storm I was able to run the service and get the following error information:
removed, see comments and below
has anyone any suggestions as to how to fix this? I'm getting to the end of my tether with WCF services!
Thanks in advance

Edit:
I have now activated errors in the web.config (thanks Upendra Chaudhari) and it has given the following error:

It looks like the service cannot see the database. I'm not particularly experienced with this sort of thing so I may be missing something important.
Within VS2010 I have the mdf file inside App_Data within the webpage. The service is within the services folder. I have published the site and moved the files and folders to a new folder within wwwroot. Any ideas?
Thanks again

Your problem is one of these:
your connection string is wrong:you must open web.config file in your web part of your project and right that.
database system is inaccessible because:
the database computer is turn off
firewall or antivirus of database system is active

For some reason my installation of Webdeploy 3 did not work well (tried reinstalling too) with ms authentication, created a sql auth connectionstring and it resolved the issue.

MemberShip.GetUser(model.Username) throws exception in hosted MVC3 site

So I've build this website in MVC3 in which I am using the default ASP.NET Membership provider for users, logins, roles etc.
It was finally the time to host the solution online which is causing some problems for me.
I have migrated my SQL 2008 Express database to the Hosted database by means of a sql script file which worked out nicely (Had some error, but worked around it). I can render the page fine and it loads data out from the DB fine.
The problem is when I either try to login with an existing users or try to create a new. Basically anything that uses a Membership provider Stored Procedure it get thrown an exception.
This one is from an attempted login which is thrown by the standard Logon function in the AccountController.
Any suggestions how come these stored procedures are acting up all of a sudden?
If i try to run the SP directly from the database with an existing user as the parameter it works out fine. It just wont work in the context of the website.
The line of code in the method from the AccountController that fails:
MembershipUser user = Membership.GetUser(model.UserName);

Is there something I am missing to add in my project? I am sure the data source is correct with localhost\sqlexpress.
Thank You
I am assuming you are publishing this to a different server like a virtual private host? If so, it is very weird that the datasource is sqlexpress.
Localhost\sqlexpress is for SQLServer Express which is typically installed on developer machines, if it's on a production server you will usually have SQLServer Enterprise or something else.
If you have provided the correct database connection string with SQL Server Instance, then you may restart your database server service. Then again try to publish your site. Please ask if it not worked for you.

How to deploy an MVC3 site with pre configured accounts

I have created a simple MVC3 web site and I want to limit access to certain pages depending upon who logs in.
In my development environment I have created the default users and roles which have been placed into a SQLEXPRESS database.
In my installer, I have included the App_Data folder and the database. The server I install onto has SQL express but when I try to log in to a restricted page, the site thinks about it and generates the error below.
In my web.config file I have a connection string set as:
<connectionStrings>
<add name="ApplicationServices"
connectionString="data source=.\SQLEXPRESS;Integrated Security=SSPI;AttachDBFilename=|DataDirectory|aspnetdb.mdf;User Instance=true"
providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
</connectionStrings>

EDIT: Some more data...
I have placed the database file in the App_Data folder within the web site.
Do I need to set any special permissions on this folder for the database to be accessed?
The NETWORK SERVICE user needs to have read and write permission on the App_Data folder (or wherever you place the database file).
