Stackpanel Thickness Animation - windows-phone-7

Is thickness animation for stackpanel in WP7?
I want to change margin of stackpanel, but Visual Studio can't find this type of animation. How to do it?
Also question, how to set this animation to VisibilityChanged EventTrigger?
PS: I tried to set animation in XAML.
Thanks.

I have got code similar to http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/92928/Thickness-animation-in-Silverlight-Margin-Padding to work in WP7.
Hope that helps

xamarin three-choice button color

I am using the Three-choice Button component in xamarin, but I don't know of a way to change the button color. The font and shadow ect can be changed, but I would like to change the grey color.
Can anyone provide some insight on how to do this?
I solved this a different way. I am using a normal ios switch, and just changing the background colour of the switch, ie Green, Grey or Orange.
Not exactly the answer to my question, but looks neater than the component did.

Android Wear DotspageIndicator changing the color of selected dot

I like to change the color of selected dot in wear's Dotspageindicator. I tried using setColor() and setSelectedColor() but the color is not changing still default behavior.
I hope somebody can help me with this problem.
I got the solution the problem is setting color they are redrawing the view without updating the paint.
To update the paint set the radius of the dot. It will redraw the view after updating the paint.

Margin Animation?

If I want to create a animation which change a control margin, and I need to write C# code instead of use blend, how to do this?
why do you want to change the margin? what kind of animation are you focusing upon? However you may use DoubleAnimation and StoryBoard to create your animation. Please refer the link below for a start.

Blurry NSImageView

I have an NSImageView in a view that utilizes Core Animation. Prior to using Core Animation the image looks fine but now its blurry and low quality. If I let NSImageView have a bezel border the issue goes away but I need it to have no border. Had this happened to anyone else?
Imgae in the background with no border, same image in the front with a border.
Thanks
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the image is an icon file (ICNS) so it has various sizes. The bordered view loads the correct size and the transparent one loads the smallest and stretches it.
Although not the way I wanted to, I managed to create a fix for the issue. The issue seemed to be the way that NSImageView was drawing the image so I created a custom NSView subclass with support for the same bindings I used in my original image view. Im not sure why the blurry-ness happend in the beginning, but drawing the image by hand in an NSView seems to do the trick.
Your image may be drawing in a non-pixel-aligned way. Have you tried shifting it by a half pixel?
Apple has a good demonstration of this in the BlurryView app in their "Cocoa Tips and Tricks" sample code.

Transparency in splash screen

I saw the splash screen of the Corel-Draw 12 application and lost my mind!
What technique do they use?
On application start-up they load a transparent image, use windows api or what?
How do they achieve this transparency?
Here is a demo project for both VB.NET & C#.
If you are using winforms with vb.net you can modify the opacity of any form by setting the Form.Opacity property. I am not familiar with the splash screen you are speaking about but it shouldn't be too difficult to achieve a similar effect.
If you're using WPF, set the AllowsTransparancy, WindowStyle and Background attributes on the Window object:
<Window xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
AllowsTransparency="True"
WindowStyle="None"
Background="Transparent">
<!-- more -->
</Window>
I am also unfamiliar with this flash screen... but if it slowly fades or something, then I would go with Quintin's answer here. Opacity at a certain percentage will show another form through yours.
If the splash screen is just an image and some of it is see-through and some of it isn't, then you can set the transparency key on your form to a certain color, then set the form's background color equal to that, and then whatever image you wish to display should be loaded into a picture box. Make sure you use a .GIF image though! or some other format that supports deleting out the background. JPG's and BMP's are worthless here since their "empty" color becomes white instead of transparent.
